I utilized the shopping cart to compile a list of embroidered pillowcases I was interested in, totaling over $[redacted]. After reviewing the items, I selected one valued at $15 to purchase today. However, when I tried to apply a coupon code, the website glitched and attempted to process the entire $[redacted] order. Despite the attempt, it did not go through, possibly due to using an uncommon Gmail address because of password issues with Google. Etsy sent me a notification mentioning a problem with the shipping address, prompting me to update it. The address is valid as Etsy successfully delivered a package there a week ago. I suspect the issue lies with the email address. I have email accounts at [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I am hesitant to proceed with the order as I fear accidental purchase and the consequent struggle to return items from multiple sellers who may not accept cancellations or returns, potentially costing me about $[redacted] in shipping fees. How can I cancel the entire order? This experience taught me to avoid using the cart for creating shopping lists.

Yesterday, I made a purchase using my MASTERCARD for an item from Grunewald Antiques. The item is a 14K filigree articulated bracelet with patent number [redacted], listed under #[redacted]04. Following my order, I received an email from ETSY on an infrequently used email account requesting confirmation before the seller ships the item. I ordered three items from three different vendors on 11/22/19. I have only received two items. The shirt I ordered from Peachy Cactus Tees was never delivered. I have attempted to contact this vendor through phone, email, and Facebook Messenger but have not received a response. Similar complaints can be found on their Facebook page. This was my first time using Etsy, and the experience has not been pleasant. It may be advisable to remove this vendor from the site. I am unsure how to proceed in getting a refund for the undelivered item or how to initiate a credit card chargeback for just one of the three items on the receipt.

On December 6, [redacted], I purchased two items from BirchandBuffalo Company for $52.47 each. After canceling due to a Christmas product delay, I received a $52.47 charge from Etsy which is not showing on my purchase history. Despite being unable to reach Etsy or identify the charging company, I need assistance disputing this charge with Etsy. The lack of customer service makes resolving this issue challenging. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Hello Etsy, I am encountering an issue with a troublesome individual who has been making repeated purchases on my various platforms this month, causing damage to items such as clothes and jewelry. Although I suspect who this person might be and their motives, it is challenging as they seem to have multiple bank accounts and addresses. The buyer in question asked for a discount similar to one seen on Ebay for a pendant necklace. Despite investing time in polishing and shipping the item, they utilized our free shipping offer and insisted on priority shipping. Now, they are pushing for a return based on disliking the pendant without providing a valid reason, which leads me to believe they manipulated the situation to secure a reduced price. This behavior is concerning, especially considering past experiences with returned, odor-infused clothing. I logged into my Facebook account and made some orders but then realized I couldn't access the email associated with it. I tried to link it to my other Etsy account to view the orders, but it didn't work as expected. Now, when I try to access my Facebook account through Etsy, it keeps redirecting me to my other Etsy account. Unfortunately, I have lost track of all the items I ordered in November as I don't have the invoices anymore. It's been a while, and I haven't received anything yet. I'm not sure how to proceed or if it's possible to retrieve the order information using my card details.

I recently purchased a sweatshirt from Derek at WhatElseIsNewVintage, and unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the transaction. The receipt I received falsely advertised the item as a Tyler the Creator Limited Edition hoodie. Despite my attempt to cancel the order only a few hours after placing it, Derek informed me it was already shipped. The pricing seemed excessive, and I am disappointed by the no-refund policy once the item is shipped. I am seeking a refund and willing to return the item. I am also disappointed by the lack of customer service representatives available to speak over the phone. I am upset by my experience and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. I am having trouble locating my recent orders on both the Etsy App and the website. I purchased a total of 3 digital downloads, but they are not appearing in my order history. Although my previous purchases are visible, these latest 3 are missing. Without the orders showing, I am unable to download the files. It seems as though the purchase did not go through as there is no record or option to access them on Etsy. The only evidence of the orders I have are in emails from the sellers. When attempting to download from the provided Etsy link, I am redirected to an error page prompting me to "try again," but the issue persists with no success. Nicole has emailed me the purchases from her shop, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from Dayna to address this issue.

I recently placed an order on farmhouseframeshop for a photo frame with the order number [redacted]. I had requested a custom map from Texas to Florida on the frame but received a different one instead. I had hoped they would contact me before shipping it out as I had some confusion during the ordering process. On November 29, [redacted], I placed an order for personalized stockings from JoseStoreCrafts. My order number is #[redacted], and I used PayPal for payment. I reached out to the owner to update my shipping address and have contacted them multiple times to inquire about the order status. I recently noticed that the store is no longer on Etsy. I have been struggling with my suspended seller account on Etsy for an unjustified reason. Numerous other sellers on the platform are offering identical or similar items without facing similar consequences. I firmly believe that my account was suspended erroneously, possibly due to outdated policies. I have consistently been a reliable, hands-on seller who was always dedicated to providing excellent service to my customers. I placed an order for personalized rings on November 28th with a promised delivery date of December 13. The package did not arrive, and I have not received any further tracking updates. The delivery date was then rescheduled to December 17, but the package has still not been delivered. I was assured of receiving my order before Christmas, and I am adamant about receiving it on time. If the package does not arrive by Christmas, I would like a refund for the shipping fee. I would appreciate updated information on the whereabouts of my package and an accurate estimation of when it will be delivered.

Hello. I am a seller. A customer bought 2 pure cashmere hats on December 5th, and the items were delivered on December 7th. On December 17th, the buyer requested a different size. Normally I don't accept returns unless there is a quality issue, but I agreed to a refund. However, the customer mentioned that the items were sent to the wrong address. In my view, once I receive the goods, I am willing to issue a refund. Can you please provide guidance on how to proceed?

I wanted to share my recent experience with Etsy regarding what I believe is an unfair trade practice. Over the past three months, I have noticed that they have been sending emails to customers that seem to direct them to the same preferred vendors or products repeatedly. Despite reaching out to support about this issue on multiple occasions, I was informed that they had no way to contact the department responsible for these emails. Each time, the support supervisor mentioned that they would escalate the problem, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up emails as promised. In an effort to address this concern, I have recently reached out to Etsy's CEO, Josh Silverman. I must say that overall, I truly love Etsy and have had a wonderful experience using their platform for my store, PremierDisplayInc.

I am inquiring about the status of my package. I was informed that it would arrive between December 6th and 17th. However, it is now the 24th and the package has not been delivered. The tracking information shows that it has been in San Diego for the past four days. Could you please provide an update on when I can expect my parcel? I believe my account has been hacked, and a fraudulent order was placed using my account and card details. I am unable to log in for support as my email has been changed without my authorization. The suspicious activity occurred on Christmas Day between 12pm and 9:30pm CST. The email notification I received on my personal Gmail account stated that there was a request to change my email address to [redacted] The email came from Etsy and provided instructions to contact support if this change was not authorized. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, this is Linda from Blue Moon Patent Prints. I have been operating an Etsy shop for 5 years, selling patent prints and custom drawings. Recently, I discovered that another shop called PatentPrintsOffice has copied a significant amount of my artwork, including my original background patterns. They are offering digital downloads of my designs, causing me great concern for my business. They have replicated various categories of my work, such as Roller Coasters, Guns and Military, Boats and Marine, as well as Cars and Automotive. I believe this shop has a history of changing names to avoid similar accusations. I have reached out to them about this matter, but I am seeking further action to stop this copyright infringement. I placed an order with Sparkling Seas Co, order #[redacted], on August 7, [redacted]. According to the tracking information, it was in transit from Mumbai, India to Kelowna, BC, Canada on August 22, [redacted]. Despite the delivery date passing, I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact the shop twice but have not received any response. Unfortunately, I am now beyond the [redacted]-day window to open a case.
