On Wednesday night, October 22nd, as I was syncing a shirt I designed with Printful to Etsy, an error occurred, halting the process. Subsequently, I found myself logged out of my Etsy account. When attempting to log back in, a notification indicated that my account had been deactivated. Following Etsy's guidance, I used the contact button to request reactivation, waiting for an email response within one day. It has now been almost three full days, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any updates. I reviewed their FAQs, mentioning that suspended accounts would receive an explanatory email, but I have not found any such email, even in my spam folder. My account's suspension seems unjustified as I was not violating any terms, merely uploading a light-hearted design involving a polar bear. I seek clarification and resolution regarding this unsettling situation.

Regarding Fair Trade Order [redacted] I came across the Zapotec handbag on your website yesterday and began filling out the necessary information to make a purchase. When I proceeded to purchase the item, the credit card information displayed was for a Master Card ending in [redacted]. I don't own a Master Card ending in those numbers and have tried to communicate this via email to request the cancellation of the order. Although I received an email confirming the cancellation of the order, I am now being informed through another email today that the order has been shipped. I'm reaching out to request the cancellation of the order. If it has already been shipped, please provide a telephone number so we can resolve this matter promptly. I am feeling extremely frustrated after days of attempting to reach out to Etsy and the product owner regarding my recent purchase. Despite multiple emails sent to both parties, I have not received any responses. The inability to speak to someone over the phone to address my concerns is adding to my frustration. I am looking to return the unused product in its original packaging promptly but hesitate to do so without any confirmation of receiving a refund. I urge for a response and assistance with this matter as my confidence in your company is wavering, making me apprehensive about future online purchases.

I am experiencing an issue with Russell Klein Dentures. We were trying to purchase some dentures from his company, but the bank was not allowing the transaction to go through. After back-and-forth communication, I decided to take a break from the purchase due to timing issues with my extractions. My friend had loaned me the money through a credit card, and now the company has withdrawn the funds despite our agreement to hold off. I have evidence of our conversation where we agreed to delay the purchase. I believe this is a misunderstanding and not Russell's fault. My main concern is returning the money to my friend's account promptly, as he had already returned the funds to me. I need assistance in resolving this situation as soon as possible.

Regarding Order #[redacted] I initially ordered 4 valances with some inquiries, resulting in a recommendation from the seller to add 2 more valances for proper window coverage. I also decided to order 6 linings. The seller promised to create a new listing on Etsy, but I encountered difficulty accessing it to confirm the price increase. I have encountered an issue with my ETSY account. There is a $[redacted].00 credit in the form of a gift card, but I am unsure how to redeem it as the website requires a gift card code which I do not possess. The credit was issued due to a delayed delivery of a horse portrait ordered for my daughter's Christmas present. After several months, the portrait finally arrived from overseas after being held up in customs. Four teachers, including myself, placed an order for pumpkin shirts with Etsy seller(fictitious) PicklesandRain to arrive in time for Halloween as assured by the seller and USPS. Ordered on October 24, the shirts are still not received, and payment has been processed. After the seller initially agreed to send replacements, she later accused me of bullying and declined. When discussing sending the replacements via UPS due to the delayed delivery, the seller refused, citing financial constraints. In response, I mentioned contacting the credit card company for a charge dispute if the shirts don't arrive by November 13. The seller now insists on returning the non-existent package unopened for a refund, threatening fraud charges if not followed. Despite our patience, the lack of merchandise and unresponsive seller leave us concerned. Though hesitant to leave a negative review, the situation lies with USPS, but the seller's behavior raises doubts. Seeking advice on the next steps as the USPS tracking hasn't updated beyond "In transit" since October 29.classmethod unethical.

I purchased a gold ring with music notes around October 18. I am unable to access my information while on the phone, so I need to use the Internet to check my tracking. It shows the item as delivered, but I never received it. I have contacted the seller twice, informing them I didn't get the package. They mentioned it was delivered on October 24 but did not respond further after I explained I even involved the police and asked neighbors. I would like a refund as the ring was a gift, and I had to replace it due to the delay. I reached out again but received no reply. Now, I am reaching out to Etsy for assistance in getting a refund for the undelivered item. Thank you.

I own CAOLEiheartvintage. Due to a mix-up, I sent the wrong items to two customers who returned them. Despite me sending the correct items, I mixed up the orders again. Feeling awful about this, I suggested the customers exchange the items to meet the urgent deadline of one of them. However, Customer 2, Jessica Barnhart, has not yet sent back the item. Customer 1, Tiffanie Batts, who patiently waits, feels disheartened. I promised to make it right with Tiffanie but need Jessica to send the item back. The unique vintage piece holds sentimental value as a birthday gift for Tiffanie's daughter. I trust Etsy's community spirit to help resolve this issue. Hello, I recently launched my store "Chubby Cat Art" on Etsy and uploaded my first three Halloween-themed digital art pieces on October 25. My Etsy account settings have changed overnight. I sell globally. This morning, I received five messages from potential customers in the US and Australia notifying me that my site no longer indicates worldwide selling. I haven't made any alterations myself, so I assume it was done by Etsy. Please resolve this promptly as it's affecting my business and income. Your company is hard to contact, raising concerns about your intentions. Hello! Earlier this year, on March 10, [redacted], I placed an order for a $[redacted] custom 5.7 stuffed animal from SweetStitch Plushies (CaroArtePlushies). Initially, the seller kept me updated, sharing progress pictures on Instagram. However, in the past few months, communication has dwindled. The seller mentioned being pregnant and falling behind on orders. I made a purchase on October 7th from HermitageStudio on the Etsy app. Despite being a new shop, their products looked great. I was initially doubtful but decided to order black wings for Halloween. The owner assured me that they would arrive on time and be of good quality. However, Halloween passed, and the wings never came. When I tried to contact the owner, there was no response. Later, when I attempted to report the issue, I discovered that the shop was closed. I'm disappointed to have spent $90 without receiving the product or a refund. I've contacted Etsy support multiple times but haven't been able to reach anyone.

I received my order for the Christmas Centerpiece with Nativity Scene today, on 11/20/[redacted]. I am disappointed to report that the item arrived in poor condition. The white tile the arrangement sits on is broken in half, and all the flowers and greens were disarrayed. I ordered this item as a guest and do not have an account. I would like this item to be replaced, and I kindly request to be informed by 11/28/[redacted] about the replacement date. Regarding the questions asked about the condition of the Nativity Scene, the Nativity Scene is intact, as well as the stand and candlestick holders. While the candles are in good condition, the wicks are bent. I have not attempted to light the candles, but there are some loose wires attached. After the customer did not receive the mirror they ordered and the replacement was mishandled by DPD, I immediately refunded them through Etsy. However, the customer closed their account, and the refund could not be processed. I recently opened an Etsy shop. A customer bought an item and claimed to have paid through PayPal, but I haven't received any emails confirming this transaction. I also haven't received any order processing emails from Etsy. I'm unsure about the process since I'm new to Etsy. How can I verify if the customer actually made the payment or if they are being dishonest?

I established my shop, VineyardRetroShop, in April [redacted] with only one item. After selling that item, I deactivated it from my store. Now, I wish to list numerous vintage and antique items, but I am struggling to access the listing to add my items. I provided my M&S credit card information to purchase a Thomas the Tank knitting pattern from ETSY, but it was declined twice on Saturday, November 30th, [redacted]. M&S bank advised me to contact them on Sunday, December 1st. They explained that their anti-fraud system detected a suspicious activity on my card, leading to the declines. They requested that I ask ETSY to delete both of my card records to prevent any fraudulent activity. I am deeply concerned about this incident and will refrain from making any future purchases on ETSY to secure my data. I urge ETSY to prioritize data protection as I have done.
