Hello! I am new to selling on Etsy and will soon list unique jean jackets in my shop. They are one-of-a-kind pieces that I plan to promote on Instagram, sharing the shop link for interested buyers. My concern is how to avoid selling the same jacket to two different customers at once. Since I only have one of each item, I worry about potential checkout conflicts. I wonder if Etsy has a system in place to prevent this issue and ensure only one buyer can successfully purchase an item. Anticipating traffic from Instagram and Etsy, I want to prevent any disappointment or disputes over item availability. I appreciate any insights or advice on managing this situation.

My case concerning the order from Mynavyshiphat has been closed abruptly without notice or any resolution, leaving me dissatisfied with the outcome. The order was for the USS DEWEY DLG-14 Embroidered Ship Hat, placed on July 15, [redacted]. I opened Case #[redacted]92 on August 10, [redacted], seeking a return and exchange to swap two USS DEWEY hats for two USS REMY hats as I had not received a response from the seller. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue by communicating with the seller, identified as njajv4wy, I have not been able to exchange the items as desired. I hope to have this matter addressed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

I placed an order for seeds from Crysseus Ademium in Los Fresnod on October 12th. I was informed that the package was shipped on August 27th, but it has not arrived yet. I have tried reaching out to the seller via email, but I have not received a response. This was my first time using Etsy, and if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will avoid using the site in the future. I have been a longtime eBay user without similar issues. While I prefer to receive the seeds, I am aware that PayPal can assist with a refund if needed. I hope to hear from either you or the seller regarding this matter promptly. Despite being told my email address is invalid, I have been using it for sixteen years without any problems.

I recently received an email informing me of a change to my email address on my Etsy account, but I didn't make any changes myself. When I tried to reach out to Etsy for assistance, I was unable to get through. Shortly after, I received another email asking for personal information related to the previous email I had sent regarding the change in my email address. The questions included inquiries about my full name, the month and year I created my Etsy account, a shipping address I've used for Etsy purchases, the locations where I typically sign in to my account, my preferred internet browser, and details about any mobile devices I use to access my account. These requests feel suspicious and make me question if this may be a security scam. Although I believe I have made purchases on Etsy in the past, I am hesitant to respond to these emails directly until I can confirm their authenticity.

My payment has been processing for several days, and I'm starting to feel impatient. It's disappointing that your business isn't following the guidelines you provide to sellers. I'm frustrated with the deduction of fees without any progress on my payment. I've already sent the item, so please stop delaying. I appreciate Etsy, but this situation is challenging. I placed an order for a toy back in March. I contacted the shop at the end of April, and after multiple attempts to follow up, nothing has been resolved. Despite promises from customer service representatives, no action has been taken. I was recently informed that nothing can be done as it has been over [redacted] days since I ordered. This is unacceptable given the amount I spent. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance after numerous communications. I am requesting to escalate this matter to a manager who is willing to address and resolve this issue promptly.

On September 17, [redacted], I bought a coat hanger from Hope Custom Creations. After completing the purchase, I was redirected to an order page but did not receive a confirmation email at the provided email address. I took a screenshot of the Order #, which is [redacted]. The seller directed me to reach out to you, but my order was not showing up on your site when I checked on September 27th. I registered again with the same email address but couldn't initiate a case without a confirmed order number from Etsy. My credit card was charged and paid on September 18th through Etsy. I kindly request a review of this case and information on the expected shipping date. If not resolved within 5 days, I will dispute the payment with your company and cancel the order. - Glenn I. I've had an unpleasant experience with the seller "CoMod". The order was continuously delayed and eventually canceled, but I haven't received my refund yet. Etsy, please intervene! This was a significant purchase for an expensive table. The last message I received from Joshua Nunez stated that the order would ship by Sep 24, [redacted]. The lack of communication and delay is frustrating, and I demand a resolution. Where is my item, and where is my refund? Please respond promptly as this situation is infuriating. Thank you. - Bill

I own PosysNBowsBoutique. Initially, I offered free shipping but now I've changed my mind. I turned off the free shipping guarantee and updated my shipping profile, yet it still shows free shipping. After contacting them for a custom design, I received a link to place another order. Without realizing, I ended up ordering from a different seller with order number [redacted], which was shipped from Ukraine instead of Texas as I expected. Bestof Canvas suggested canceling this order and ordering from them instead. I would appreciate it if you could review our messages to address this issue. Thank you.

I recently tried to access my Etsy pattern shop on Chartinganewcourse.net but encountered issues with the site not loading. I suspect this is due to a payment problem stemming from fraudulent activity on my credit card, necessitating a change. It's concerning that as an Etsy seller, I am unable to reach the support team for assistance with my Pattern website. I've been struggling to contact Etsy recently. I had a sale that I lost because they required ID verification, despite my two attempts to upload it. After calling customer service, I was told I'd receive an email explaining how to fix the issue, but all I got was a message about Etsy's email backlog. Around 2 months back, I bought a painting on Etsy, expecting a 1-month delay as per the seller's message. I recently tried to contact the seller and found that all messages and purchase details were missing. I'd like to request Etsy to look into this matter and provide confirmation of my purchase. It's concerning that this information could vanish from my profile. This painting holds sentimental value as it is for my son, and I simply want to receive what I paid for. I recently placed an order for three items, and I noticed that they were not shipped together, prompting me to make separate purchases. I believe combining them could have qualified me for free shipping. Additionally, one of the items, the citrine beads, seemed to cost $18 when I found them elsewhere for $6 or $10. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, consolidate the shipment to benefit from free shipping, and clarify the discrepancy with the price of the citrine beads. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with Etsy. Despite being charged for my last two purchases, which were instant download crochet patterns, they were not sent to my email address [redacted] Instead, they were sent to [redacted], a person I am not familiar with. I suspect my account may have been compromised when using Facebook to access the site. Even more concerning, Etsy now claims there is no account associated with my email address. Thankfully, I have a screenshot of the receipt as proof of purchase. The receipt shows order #[redacted] from CrochetNPlay Designs on 10/16/19 for the Venus Fly Trap Crochet Pattern. The transaction #[redacted] was charged to my MasterCard ending in #[redacted] for $4.00. I urgently need the pattern I purchased for my granddaughter and an explanation for this mix-up. I have reached out to the store owner, who suggested I download the pattern from my purchase history, but unfortunately, that's not a viable solution in this case. This experience has left me frustrated and hesitant to use Etsy in the future.

Hello, I need your help! On September 24, [redacted], I created a Facebook page for my small business. Recently, two people messaged me through my page claiming they ordered from my Etsy shop, which I do not have. They are concerned because their orders, for items I don't even sell, haven't arrived and their wedding is in 3 weeks. I suspect a scam or confusion as my Facebook page username is Treasured Gems @ craftygems. They mention a shop named craftygems. This mix-up is frustrating, and I need assistance as stressed brides are reaching out to me. They've received confirmation from the purported Etsy shop owner that the items are on the way. Etsy supposedly takes care of collecting sales taxes from various states for sellers through a 3rd party. However, as a seller from Kentucky, I have noticed that most of my sales do not reflect sales tax being collected. When I inquired with Etsy Support about the tax submission process, they were not able to provide me with clear information. Concerned about potential penalties, I consulted with my tax advisor, who mentioned that Etsy may not handle Nexus sales tax returns. Should I manually track and report all states' sales taxes from my sales records for the year to avoid penalties? I seek guidance on ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Best regards, T. W.

I purchased a Miles Morales Spider-Man costume from (COSPLAYNWIGS) on September 30th, but the seller never provided a tracking number and I haven't received my order. The estimated delivery was between October 18th-23rd. I received an email from Etsy informing me that the seller is no longer on the website. I used my debit card for the purchase, even though the seller claimed I used PayPal, which I don't have. I opened a case, but was instructed to request a refund through PayPal, which I can't do without an account. How can I seek a refund for an undelivered package in this situation? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I sold a product in my store on 9/20/19 and shipped it to the buyer on 10/4/19. I am currently waiting for payment but have not received it yet. Despite multiple attempts to contact Etsy over the past three weeks through calls, emails, and chats, I have not received any assistance or explanation for the delay. I would like the payment to be deposited into my account promptly and for this issue to be resolved. It is frustrating to not have received any payment when the buyer has already received their product. If you need to get in touch with me, please call me at [redacted] instead of emailing me, as I have not been receiving the promised emails.
