Sadie on Feb 2, [redacted] Rated 3 out of 5 stars I was disappointed as I requested my fordite charm to be drilled with a bail but couldn't access my Etsy or email due to phone issues. The owner proceeded to send it without drilling it, assuming I wouldn't reply. Now, I must find someone else to complete the job. Given that I had already paid, it would have been better if they had waited for my input. I will seek fordite elsewhere in the future. It's frustrating to receive unfair reviews. I am not obligated to drill holes in items without confirmation. Despite reaching out to the customer, we didn't receive a timely response. We would have gladly fulfilled the request if there was communication. This is the 3rd unfair review, and we request its removal. Thank you.

I purchased item [redacted] and got my order confirmation on Dec 1st. The transaction ID is [redacted]. However, the item has not been delivered. Despite contacting Smokers Corner, who mentioned they would investigate with the courier, I have not received any updates in 2 weeks. I tried to create an account, but I am facing issues since the purchase was done as a guest. I have reached out to them via messages and emails numerous times with little to no reply. I initially preferred the item over a refund, but it seems like a refund might be my only option. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps. Thank you. Helen

I am writing to address an issue with a review left on my shop (LabyrinthLeather username) by a customer under the name ckhb1. The review falsely claims that the buyer did not receive their item, when in fact, our conversations confirm that they have received it and were satisfied with our service. This inaccurate review paints an unfair picture of my business, and I kindly request its removal. Hello, I am Anna Tucker-Taylor. I purchased a necklace from Beams of Light jewelry for $25. I have been monitoring the shipping, and it seems to be taking longer than expected. The seller mentioned that storms could be causing delays, which I hope is the case. However, I am concerned that once the package leaves the seller, they claim no further responsibility. I would like to know the company's policy regarding lost or significantly delayed packages. Will I receive compensation if the package never arrives? Having clarity on this issue would provide me peace of mind and assurance that I am dealing with a reliable company. I purchased a wedding dress on Etsy from Russia while in London. The return policy stated I had 7 days to return the dress upon delivery. After receiving the dress on February 8th at 1:37 PM, I contacted the seller on February 15th to initiate the return, believing I was still within the 7-day window. However, they refused my refund, claiming I missed the deadline. The seller mentioned non-refundable taxes imposed by the Russian government as the reason for the strict policy. I find it hard to believe since similar Russian businesses have longer return periods. I informed them promptly after receiving the dress, visited a seamstress on the 14th, and decided to return it on the next day, but was unable to due to the post office closure. Juggling full-time work, I couldn't return the dress within the short timeframe. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service from the seller is distressing.

A few days ago, I purchased a Metlox strawberry cookie jar. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my old address, which I haven't used in six years. It seems like there was a mix-up with the address, as I didn't recall doing business with FC previously. I must admit that I should have been more diligent in checking the delivery details. Now, I am hoping to retrieve the package from my old apartment building in San Francisco and have it re-sent to my current address in Sacramento. I am willing to cover the postage expenses associated with this redirection. The cookie jar is a collectible from the 1960s, and I have been unable to locate another one like it. I fear that it may be lost forever if left unclaimed in San Francisco, which is truly disappointing. Thank you for your help.

I have sent three emails about this same issue, but Etsy has not responded or fixed it. I am frustrated since I can't contact a help desk by phone. Each time I got an email acknowledging my message, but no solution. I followed the advice to lower prices and offer free shipping by adding a handling fee, but it hasn't been applied. This caused me to lose $3 per box on the last three card sales. I'm disappointed by the lack of response. I request: 1. Fix the system to include a handling charge, 2. Credit me $3, 3. Email me in 24 hours confirming the resolution or I'll adjust prices in my store.

I have been attempting to contact Etsy regarding an issue I am experiencing with sharing my listings on Facebook and Pinterest for the last couple of months. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the forum is only moderated by fellow shop owners who have not encountered this problem. I am frustrated and considering transitioning to a company that prioritizes customer support. While I have enjoyed using Etsy, relying solely on other shop owners for solutions is becoming tiresome. Etsy, please take better care of your shop owners instead of constantly making unnecessary changes like introducing distracting "Discover" buttons. Consulting shop owners or reviewing feedback in the forums run by them before making changes would be greatly appreciated.

I reached out to the supplier about the sign I ordered on Feb 11th as a gift, expecting it by Feb 22nd with priority mail. They responded on Saturday and are looking into it. I emailed them again yesterday but haven't heard back. USPS shows they received the electronic order but not the merchandise. I recently purchased 2 necklaces from Sacred Cake on Etsy, with a custom feature added. Unfortunately, the necklaces arrived with issues and needed to be sent back for a fix. Despite sending them back and the vendor receiving them, there have been delays due to personal issues and an ice storm. The package is still in transit according to the tracking information, even though my post office has no record of its delivery. Dealing with Sacred Cake over this matter has been difficult, with no resolution in sight. I am currently out $[redacted] and have not received the necklaces back. I would prefer the necklaces, but if a refund is issued, I will seek them elsewhere. It's been challenging to navigate this situation, especially with personal matters and offensive comments interfering with the transaction. I hope to see a resolution soon. Thank you, Stefanie G.

I made a purchase a month ago, but I have yet to receive my order even though the seller claims it was shipped. The store closed soon after I placed my order, and despite reaching out via email multiple times, I have not received any responses. Etsy has informed me that I must wait until March 5th to take any further action, as the package is scheduled to arrive between February 25 and March 4. I am considering buying a similar item from another reputable seller, but I want to resolve this issue first. I would appreciate an Etsy gift card for the amount I spent on my original order before making any new purchases on the site.

When I check the "STATS" section, four of my listings consistently receive a high number of views around 1:00AM daily. Throughout the day, these particular listings, which include three knitted monkeys and a pair of penguin slippers, continue to accumulate views at a rapid rate. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by placing one of the monkeys on "inactive" status, the view count continues to rise. This situation has persisted for some time now. While my other items only receive one or two views, these specific listings garner around 12 views each day. Interestingly, it seems that the view counts of the monkeys and slippers increase whenever another item is viewed. I suspect an error in the system, leading to inaccurate view counts. How can I address this issue? My username is japb20.

I was overcharged for my purchase of 12 bath bombs for $22, but I was charged $58.30. I have already reached out about this issue and have not received any assistance. I wanted to make regular purchases from Etsy, but if this is the level of service provided, I will not be ordering again. I will also share my negative experience on social media and with news outlets. The order in question only consisted of the bath bombs, and I did not order any additional items. I recently ordered a corduroy iPhone XR case from your store, but I received a luxury custom case for a different iPhone model instead. However, on Feb 1, [redacted], after inquiring about my order, Carlo informed me there were 34 orders ahead and gave a vague timeline. After another month passed, I reached out on March 5, [redacted], with no response until March 7, [redacted], indicating no progress. I suspect the store I made a purchase from may be fraudulent. I placed an order two months ago, and despite sending them numerous messages, I have not received the item nor any response. I took the matter to Etsy by opening a case, but after escalating the situation, they claimed it had been shipped over two weeks ago. However, I remain skeptical of the item's arrival, especially after reading similar complaints in reviews from other customers. The case was closed once they marked it as shipped, but the problem remains unresolved. At this stage, my main desire is to receive a refund. This experience has been disappointing, as I usually have a higher opinion of Etsy's service quality.

On March 8th, I attempted to submit my payment for my Etsy bill via PayPal, but encountered an issue. The bill totaled $6.90 approximately. In an attempt to resolve this, I enrolled in auto billing and updated my credit card information. Following the update, I processed a payment, which resulted in a charge of $16.50. Surprisingly, my bank statement indicated a purchase of $16.50 for an item I did not acquire. I am perplexed by this situation and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. I am Adam P. I bought a PS4 from seller [redacted] for $[redacted].00 on March 7, [redacted]. I reached out to the seller on the same day. The seller, who identified as Biz Lock, said it would ship on the same day. I emailed the next day requesting tracking numbers or shipping details, but received no response. Despite daily attempts since then, there has been no reply. The item still shows as not shipped on Etsy, and all my messages remain unanswered. I asked for a refund yesterday, but again there was no response. I urge Etsy to intervene and refund my payment. This has been an extremely disappointing ordeal. I request a prompt review of my case and assistance in securing a refund.
