I purchased 15 Korean boxwood plants from your website, fulfilled by JJ Garden Boutique in Florida. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I found that 5 were either dying or dead. Despite reaching out to JJ Garden Boutique on eight occasions and contacting your website twice with a detailed complaint, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of concern for my issue is disheartening. I am considering involving the BBB if this matter is not addressed promptly. I kindly request that you replace the 5 deceased Korean boxwood plants. I hope for a resolution soon as I am hesitant to continue supporting your business under these circumstances.

I've noticed discrepancies in the November deposits compared to our sales and deductions. We received a bill from Etsy, which was paid with a credit card, but were still charged for listings separately. Previously, all expenses were supposed to be billed and paid automatically using the credit card. Is this still feasible with the updated system? Additionally, we were charged for Google Shopping ads that we didn't authorize; we have exclusively used Promoted Listings. Despite sending an email before and not receiving a response, we would appreciate it if Etsy could reach out to us promptly.

I placed an order on Etsy with "TheSaltyEmerald" for a Disney-themed doormat to give as a Christmas gift. Despite the expected shipping date of 11/28/18 and arrival by 12/4/18, I never received the item or any tracking information. Contact with the shop owner, Sarah Davids, has been unfruitful, and Etsy has been unresponsive except for an automated message about escalating the complaint. The shop is now closed, and I feel like I've been scammed. I hope to resolve this quickly and get a refund, or I will consider reporting both Etsy and Sarah Davids to the relevant authorities.

Hello, I made a purchase from EverydayCalligraphy on 11/27. My card was charged $19.20, the price the seller confirmed for the item. Although I didn't receive an email confirmation, I assumed the transaction was successful. I have an Etsy account but checked out as a guest. After over two weeks with no delivery, I contacted the seller and was told to reach out to my credit card company because they hadn't received the order. How was I charged if the seller didn't get the order? I'm frustrated as this gift for my parents is important, only to find out the order wasn't placed. Can I track if my order went through or should I contact my credit card company to investigate?

I wanted to share my recent experiences with companies on Etsy. Lately, I've had some problems with my orders: 1. Company 1 didn't reply to my second message about my order's whereabouts, even though Etsy asked me to review an item I hadn't received yet. 2. Company 2 hasn't answered my question about returning the wrong item I received. 3. Today, I got my order from Company 3, which included 2 different-sized Christmas stockings for my dogs instead of the same ones I ordered. It's disappointing that Etsy's oversight doesn't seem to prevent these issues. It's frustrating dealing with order problems without a direct customer service number from Etsy. I've heard other customers sharing similar complaints as well. I won't be making any more purchases through Etsy in the future due to these difficulties in resolving order problems.

I purchased a titanium wedding ring that unfortunately split into two pieces. My two-year-old daughter was playing with it and accidentally dropped it, causing the ring to break. Despite titanium being a strong material, I'm shocked this happened. This ring was special to me as it was a gift from my wife, with a unique meteorite and deer antler mix design. I had a similar silver one before, but I lost it and replaced it with a rose gold version. The first replacement had a small flaw, but this break is unacceptable. I am experiencing a serious issue with a seller. I had to open a case because they never shipped my item and did not respond to my messages regarding the shipping date. I requested a refund and urged them to cancel the order as the occasion was approaching rapidly. The seller had not even started making the item at the time the case was opened, but 18 days after the order was placed, they decided to make and ship it. Despite my request to cancel because it was past the time I needed it, the seller still shipped the item. It seems like she shipped it just for the money without considering that I no longer wanted it. The seller marked it as shipped in the case, and now it's on its way to me. This situation is truly frustrating.

I placed an order for the AARON JUDGE signed autographed 8x10 professional photo (Reprint) in November, expecting to receive it by December 20. However, I got an email saying it was shipped on December 5 from Illinois to Virginia. I find the time it's taking to deliver a bit too long. I have contacted the seller but have not received any response. My main request is to get the item I ordered. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered software discs just after Thanksgiving, expecting them by the first week of December. However, I have yet to receive them. I suspect the seller only created a shipping label without actually shipping the items, as I can't track them. My attempts to reach out to the seller have been fruitless. I am checking on the status of my order. I received an email confirming my order, but the mirror maker mentioned issues processing the payment through PayPal due to an account block. I later noticed that the payment was deducted from my PayPal in November. I am concerned about the mirror's delivery from Germany to Los Angeles for Christmas. I purchased two monogrammed duffle bags from Strawberry Monograms - seller Hannah J. on December 5th with an expected shipping date of the 12th. However, after several delays, the shipping date has been pushed to the 17th. Despite reaching out multiple times over two days for an update on the shipping status, there has been no response from the seller. I recently realized that a buyer to whom I sent an item never paid me. They requested a refund for all fees, including shipping, which I processed through Etsy, except for the return shipping through PayPal. I received another request for measurements from the same person under a different handle with the same profile picture. I am eager to report this to Etsy and request a refund for the shipping costs. I placed an order for Christmas gifts on December 11th on your website. As of December 19, one seller has just shipped the item today, and the other is yet to send out my order. I reached out to your customer service yesterday, but it was unhelpful. Both order receipts you emailed me state a delivery date of December 13-17. Today is the 19th. I prefer speaking with a customer service representative rather than using online chat. After researching online, I discovered that many customers face similar issues with delayed deliveries on your site. This is unacceptable in this modern age. I came across a post mentioning that last year, your site caused many ruined Christmases due to delayed shipping. While you had no trouble taking my money, you've failed in delivering promptly. The BBB has a poor rating for your site, and it seems it will only worsen. I request that customer service addresses this promptly, expedites my order, and ensures delivery by Friday 5pm. If not, I demand a full refund. Unfortunately, you have lost my business.

I am experiencing an ongoing issue with the seller Gathering Splendor regarding my order #[redacted]. I originally ordered the item in copper, but I received silver instead. Ellen assured me she would send the copper bails and claimed to have shipped a replacement in copper on August 27, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the replacement shipment. Ellen mentioned that the postal service delivered it to a mailbox and considered it successfully delivered. Despite my numerous emails through Etsy, the issue remains unresolved. I suggested Ellen send a replacement item before dealing with the postal service claim but have not received a response since setting a deadline of November 30. I have already contacted Emilia, but the issue remains unresolved. I purchased a Dalto Wear mustard legging advertised on this website in an extra-small size. However, I received a bright yellow, one-size-fits-all, cheap-looking legging instead. The transaction number is [redacted]. My name is Idalia, and my email is [redacted] I invested time in placing the order and waited over a month only to receive a counterfeit product. Emilia's actions are dishonest and she is potentially scamming customers. She must fulfill orders accurately to restore her reputation. Merely returning the incorrect legging does not rectify the situation and may perpetuate her dishonest practices.

I made a purchase with 3dceramicprinting on December 13th for a 40 piece kit that was supposed to include charcoals, pastels, and a zippered carry case for $64.99. However, Steve replaced the item I ordered with a different one from Amazon without informing me. I contacted them for a refund after sending back the wrong item but have not received anything yet. They are no longer responding to my emails or texts. The total cost, including the return shipping fee, was $76.88, and I am very disappointed with their dishonesty. Unfortunately, I am having trouble accessing my Etsy account to file a complaint as my account's email addresses have expired.
