Hi there, Im a seller on etsy, store called madeandprinted.store. I recently had a big oder of USB sticks to a customer called Laura in france. Now I posted the order to her address tracked and signed for by royal mail service, with the a tracking number. She is claiming it never arrived but if i look on the tracking information it clearly states that is has arrived at the address and has indeed been signed for by the addressee. Obviously my refund policy on my etsy shop is to issue a refund when i receive the return of the item. From my point of view it looks like she has received the item and is claiming she has not just so so can be refunded. Obviously i have proof of postage and it being signed for. How do i go about resolving this issue, please help. dan
