I placed an order through you guys on the ** I believe it was in September the item still has not reached the destination which has almost been a month since placing the item I contacted the seller and they told me I should take a no later than ** days while it's about to reach the ** day limit and it still hasn't reached my location or near nowhere near the location what is the next step if it doesn't reach me can I cancel and refund all my money
