I am a new customer and have only placed one order with your service. I am very disappointed with the process I have had to go through to track my products, which have not arrived yet. One of the sellers mentioned they would not refund the cost of the sheets but would refund the postage. Due to my disabilities, I rely on home delivery and cannot easily go out to shop. I plan on contacting my bank on Monday morning to dispute these charges. I urge you to reach out to both me and the seller with whom I have had extensive communication to address these issues promptly. I have never encountered such problems with Wayfair, PayPal, or Amazon. This will be my last experience dealing with your company, and I will not recommend it to others unless my problems are resolved immediately. Seeking a resolution directly from the seller seems like it will only result in additional costs.

My Dragonball Z necklaces are not appearing in Etsy search results, and the items that do show up are not reflecting my 5-star rating and [redacted] sales history. I bought a personalised Hello World baby boy coming home outfit on August 22nd for £29.60. Unfortunately, I discovered a gray notice from Royal Mail on August 29th about additional customs charges I needed to pay. Due to ongoing house renovations, the notice was misplaced until today (September 23rd). I tried to pay the charges online, but it seems I missed the deadline, and the parcel might have been returned to the sender. I had previously contacted the sender regarding the parcel's whereabouts, not aware of the charges. Now I'm unsure how to proceed to receive my package.

I made a purchase on September 21st from an Etsy store named Boonelovet. I paid $19.95 for 4 glitters. The shop is local, so I expected a quick processing and shipping time. However, checking the next day, I found the store was listed as "closed." I assumed it would reopen the next business day, September 24, Monday. Unfortunately, it remains closed today, and my paid order has not been shipped. I reached out to the seller on various platforms but received no response. I am uncertain if I will ever receive my order. If not, I am seeking guidance on how to request a refund.

We purchased a toy box for our son's 1st birthday in November [redacted] from the Crafty Owl Company. Upon delivery, the product was wrapped while the paint was still wet, causing the packaging to stick to the paint. After informing them and returning it, the replacement arrived just before Christmas. Unfortunately, some decorations and even one of the letters from our son's name fell off the box. Despite numerous contacts with the seller, the issue remains unresolved. We were promised a new design and replacement panel, but delays continue due to the seller's daughter being on school holidays. As expecting parents and with a growing family, the stress of this unresolved matter is concerning. We have requested a resolution or a full refund. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with placing items in my cart or making instant purchases on Etsy. The website keeps freezing, making it difficult to proceed with transactions. The only reliable feature seems to be the email communication between customers and vendors. I've been requesting vendors to hold items while I attempt to navigate through the frozen system, hoping to catch Etsy when it's fully operational. This problem has been occurring frequently and it seems like there may be a significant issue with the platform. It's unclear what actions Etsy should take to address this, as only they have the insight into their system. I've also noticed the resignation of their COO a few weeks back, with no apparent replacement in sight, which is concerning news for the platform's stability.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding an unresolved issue with a seller on Etsy. I placed an order with TheDenimStoreCo on September 2nd for a pair of Levi’s shorts for my upcoming holiday. Despite their advertised 2-week delivery window with an estimated delivery date of September 15th, the shorts did not arrive in time for my departure on the 16th. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with the shop have been ignored, leaving me unable to resolve this matter directly. I placed an order on delphineblue, an Etsy shop. However, when I tried to purchase, I encountered login issues with Etsy. Despite providing the correct password, I was informed it was incorrect. After changing the password, I faced trouble with my username. It took 55 attempts until the name Boysenberry was finally accepted. After two hours of struggling, I attempted to make the purchase needed urgently. Yet, I was then prompted to change my password once more to protect my account. Subsequently, Etsy claimed my email was not on file, causing further frustration. Unfortunately, contacting Etsy through their website proved futile as my email was not recognized. This ordeal has been incredibly exasperating and challenging.

I bought a fur coat from Greece listed for $1.44, including tax and shipping. The seller later admitted the price was an error, refunded me without consent, and refunded $10 less than what I paid. The seller claimed Etsy processed the refund and they couldn't adjust the amount. Despite the coat being mass-produced, I insist on receiving what I paid for at the listed price. The item was meant as a gift for my sister. Please reverse the refund and send the coat, as the seller still has more in stock. I appreciate your understanding, Etsy.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to bring attention to an issue I encountered with one of your sellers, FABRIC UNIVERSE. Upon purchasing fabric from them, only one price of $1.00 was listed. Consequently, I bought 20 yards of fabric at $1.00 per yard. After my purchase, the seller claimed that the $1.00 was for a swatch, which was not indicated in the listing. Despite my attempts to explain that the sale should be honored as per the advertised price, the seller offered a refund instead. My preference is to receive the fabric as originally intended rather than a refund. I believe that the seller misrepresented their product and, therefore, should fulfill the sale. I am dealing with an intellectual property matter concerning my needlepoint company, Winnetka Stitchery. Heather Mallon is selling 14 designs on Etsy that belong to my company. I have evidence dating back to [redacted] proving my ownership of these designs. Despite requesting her to remove the designs, they are still on her site. The seller, Gary Wonning of JourneysThruLife, is offering photos of Native Americans for sale without their proper historical context. For example, a photo labeled "Proud Cherokee Couple" inaccurately depicts individuals in headdresses, which is not traditional Cherokee attire. After I contacted the seller, he changed the label to "Proud Indian Couple," but this still lacks proper context. Other photos of Native American Chiefs and Warriors are similarly listed generically. Despite the seller's claims of studying and documenting Native cultures, these listings fail to provide accurate historical information. This raises concerns regarding compliance with seller guidelines and terms.

I am requesting an immediate refund. The seller, Guttershopwest, has not responded or provided a tracking number for the jacket I ordered on October 8, [redacted], for $36.47. The item was meant for my ex-husband, who is battling colon cancer. Despite being shipped via USPS Priority Mail on October 11, [redacted], it has not arrived, and the seller is unresponsive. The package, reportedly sent from Los Angeles to the SF Bay Area, has not been delivered. I reached out to a seller known as "Savannah Sweet Co" requesting 18 decals slightly larger than usual to fit my water bottles. The seller agreed and asked for specific measurements. After providing the measurements matching her typical size, I bought the 18 decals for $33.00. An email received on October 5th confirmed the shipping of the decals. However, as of October 18th, I have yet to receive them. Attempts to contact the seller via Etsy showed her as a non-member, and the Facebook page provided is now deleted. I am unsure how to proceed in reaching the seller for either the delivery of the decals or a refund.

As a seller, I am struggling to receive the necessary support online. Etsy recently made a platform change that impacted my shipping settings without my awareness. My items are set to auto-renew with specific custom shipping and production times. Despite one item taking up to 12 weeks to produce due to overseas supply orders, buyers are asked to contact me before placing an order. Unfortunately, due to an Etsy platform glitch, one item was incorrectly listed to ship in 2 days at half the actual shipping cost. Now a buyer is requesting rush shipping, and Etsy insists on a refund even though I have expedited production and invested in supplies and time. I face financial hardship if forced to refund this buyer, who had agreed to receive the item by 10/29. This situation is unjust, and after being an Etsy seller since [redacted], it is disheartening to encounter such challenges.

I purchased 4 sheep by Dept 56 from Founding Fathers, but they arrived damaged and are of poor quality. I paid $18 plus shipping and will contact Amex to dispute the charge. I did not receive an invoice or any contact information from the seller. This is my first and last time buying on Etsy. I urge the seller to reach out to me. I am disappointed as the items are faulty - they are broken inside and don't produce the intended sound they are supposed to make. I have owned a sheep from this brand for many years and know how they are supposed to function. I need a return address for these defective items.

I need assistance dealing with a seller who is harassing me regarding a watch I purchased that was not as described. The seller has been hostile, making false accusations and rude comments. Despite agreeing to a refund and me returning the watch, she insists it works for her. Due to recent eye surgery, I couldn't respond to emails promptly. This seller has caused me a great deal of stress. I have asked her to keep the watch and the money as a resolution. Please address this issue and remove any inappropriate comments made by the seller. I am considering closing my Etsy account due to this unpleasant experience. I request that a review be posted to reflect that I allowed the seller to keep the watch and money. It would be beneficial to have a contact number for Etsy support. I want the seller's harassment to cease immediately.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on Etsy for custom Mickey Mouse shoes for my son's birthday. The estimated delivery date was October 16th, but I have yet to receive my package.
