Order Confirmation for Shiny Bright Designs - #[redacted] I recently received the keychain I ordered from your store, but unfortunately, it arrived broken right down the middle of the initial (H). I immediately reached out to you with photos, requesting a replacement, but have not received a response yet. I have sent follow-up emails and tried contacting you through Etsy today. I noticed that on other purchases, there are options to report issues like not receiving an item or it not being as described, but these options are not available for this particular item. I, Ida S., placed order number [redacted] for a blockage spell from Shadow Creations Gifts on Etsy with a delivery date of August 9, [redacted]. Despite communicating with Taylor, who mentioned being occupied with her four children, the spell has not been cast as promised. I requested a refund due to the lack of action, but have not received a response. I am disappointed that she accepted payment knowing she couldn't fulfill the request. On August 4th, I received an order. The next day, the customer notified me of an address error and I promptly canceled the order via Etsy desktop, receiving confirmation of the refund. The order was no longer in open status. The customer then placed a new order with the correct address. While Etsy desktop displays the correct information, Etsy mobile incorrectly shows the initial order as open and prompts for shipping, which is inaccurate. I am seeking assistance from Etsy to rectify this discrepancy in the mobile view without initiating another refund.

Hello, as a seller, I have been patiently waiting for my earnings to be deposited today. Although I understand there is a 3-day waiting period, it has been frustrating as it has impacted my ability to fulfill orders promptly. Despite having USAA, a reputable bank that usually processes payments quickly, my earnings have not been deposited according to the expected timeline. The delay has been disrupting my business operations, considering I have pending orders awaiting shipment. I urge for immediate attention to resolve this issue promptly.

Subject: Return Request for Order #[redacted] Hello, I recently placed an order with BareWoodInteriors for a TV stand and Vinyl Stand, with the shipping address as follows: Mr. D Whibley 40 Speldhurst Road London E9 7EH After canceling the Vinyl stand due to size constraints, the TV stand I received was different in color from what was shown in the product picture. I contacted the seller to arrange for a return or exchange, but I was informed that as the item is made to order, they cannot accommodate this request. Since we chose the TV stand from a set of predetermined options without customization, I believe the seller should be able to resell it in its original condition. According to the Consumer Rights Act, we are entitled to return online orders within 14 days if the goods received do not match their description. I kindly request confirmation that we can return the item and receive a full refund, understanding that any return shipping costs will be our responsibility. I recently purchased a vintage dress from this shop for almost $[redacted]. Instead of the described condition as "found," the dress arrived with extensive rip at the side seams from the hip to sleeves, awkwardly patched with a shiny rayon insert. The poor quality makes it unsellable in any vintage store. This isn't my first issue with this seller; a previous dress was also poorly made. Despite the sales policies, the seller was unhelpful and unapologetic, dismissing my concerns. I previously contacted you regarding the broken Precious Moments figurine I received, which arrived shattered into numerous pieces. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from your customer service team. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of care taken in packaging the item. It was wrapped in paper instead of bubble wrap, which led to its destruction during shipping. I am adamant about resolving this issue and will not rest until I receive a satisfactory resolution. I recently made a large purchase from an Etsy seller, buying 11 diaper cakes. The communication with the seller was difficult, and when I received the items, they were not as described or pictured. The diaper cakes were smaller and missing components like the base and shredded paper decorations. The seller blamed me for excessive emails regarding a custom order. Despite this, when the seller offered a $25 refund, I accepted out of courtesy, even though I did not want it. The seller threatened to report me, but I believe I am entitled to leave an honest review for the paid services received. I have a lengthy history of shopping on Etsy with no prior issues.

I am having trouble accessing my Etsy account. Despite finally finding a buyer for a piece of jewelry after three years, I seem to be locked out for an unknown reason. Oath utilizes PayPal, which reportedly withholds funds and enforces email changes with consent to new terms. The situation seems unjust, as any errors made are apparently my responsibility. Feeling overwhelmed due to being off my Cymbalta, my circumstances have taken a turn for the worse. I fear I might not be reachable by phone soon.

I recently made two orders from ROSIEOart. One order should have contained two prints, but it only had one print. I reached out to Rosie multiple times but only heard back from Isa, Rosie's assistant, who said the package was already sent. I clarified that only one print was in the package instead of the two I ordered, but I didn't receive any further responses. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] for the missing print. I made an order on Friday night from SequinAlley, requesting delivery by Aug. 30th. They assured me they would ship it on Monday and send a photo of the personalization the next day. However, I haven't received any updates or photos, and the status indicates it has not been shipped. Despite numerous emails, I have not received a response regarding the order's status. This outfit is essential for my granddaughter's 1st birthday, and if it's not coming, I will have to find an alternative quickly. I've already paid, and my bank has processed the payment. Could you please check the status for me? If necessary, I'll have my bank handle the refund so I can purchase from another vendor. Thank you.

I ordered a baby door badge from JoleyBeanDesignsShop on August 23rd. They are still within the delivery window, but I have not received a reply to my emails about the estimated delivery date or to confirm they received my order. I want to confirm because despite my credit card being charged $66 and having screen grabs of the final purchase screen, the purchase does not appear on my Easy purchase list. I suspect this could be due to having two accounts with them, an old one and a new one. However, I believe I should at least have received a confirmation email. I am concerned that they have received payment but I cannot find a record of the purchase on the site, and they are unresponsive to emails, which was the only contact option provided. My name is Audra Urbanic, the package was supposed to be mailed to Natalie Moore in Austin, TX, and the name on the door badge should be Eli Moore.

I desperately need assistance with a recent issue I had on eBay. I faced difficulties yesterday, spending three hours with a representative from the U.S., trying to access my account. I am 74 years old. It seems that changes made by eBay affected my internet connection, impacting my access to the Etsy website. On Etsy, I inquired about a golden rutile copper pendant from a seller. She initially informed me that it was unavailable, leading me to believe it was sold. To my surprise, the pendant arrived in my mailbox two days later. Hello, approximately a year ago, I had an Etsy account where I experienced some issues with shipping delays and occasional account suspensions. Despite these setbacks, my Etsy store was successful, and I often rectified issues promptly to restore my account. However, around a year ago, Etsy permanently suspended my account without providing a reason or responding to my inquiries. As an alternative, I transitioned to Shopify, which has proven to offer superior customer service and a more reliable payment system compared to Etsy. Although Shopify is performing well for us, we miss the broader reach that Etsy provided. I am curious if there is any possibility of having my Etsy account reinstated. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a wooden Buddha from LovingThySelf, specifically chosen for my boyfriend's birthday. Upon receiving the item, we were disappointed to find it was actually ceramic made to look like wood. The misleading information on the website stating "Wooden Sitting Buddha" and "material: wood" was only clarified at the very end of the description. I feel deceived and would like a refund. Unfortunately, returning the item from Hawaii would incur high shipping costs. I paid $40 for the Buddha and $40 for shipping under the impression it was wooden. I am willing to return it if LovingThySelf covers the shipping expenses. I bought the Buddha to promote positive energy, not to be a reminder of online deception. I have tried twice to get an update on my order from BordadosdeMaria in Miami, which I bought on 9/11/18, but it hasn't been shipped yet. I prefer receiving updates via email to know when it will be sent out. Lack of communication is making me consider canceling the order. Typically, items ship within 24-48 hours after purchase, but it's been 8 days with no word from the seller. Clarification on the delay would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to using Etsy and placed an order for a Norman Rockwell print on 9/9 for my daughter's birthday. The payment was deducted from my account on 9/10. I ordered robes for my wedding. The seller assured me they would arrive before the big day, but I just found out they're not even ready to ship. After contacting the seller, they claimed there was a mistake in the shipping date. Despite my previous inquiry ensuring they would be here before October 6, the seller now says they will only ship on October 5. I purchased 72 amber 1ml glass perfume sample vials from JBS on September 12, [redacted]. I received receipt number [redacted]. JBS notified me on September 14, [redacted], that my order was shipped with tracking number USPS [redacted][redacted]04. Unfortunately, the post office has not received the package yet. I have a seminar on Saturday, and the bottles were supposed to arrive by today. I have contacted Jar Bottle Supply three times via email with no response. I am disappointed with their unprofessional behavior. I kindly request Etsy to either expedite the delivery of my order or provide a full refund promptly. This experience has been frustrating and costly for my business.
