I am disappointed that I have to type out all of this instead of speaking directly to a human customer service representative. Some ongoing issues are too complex to convey in writing. My ordeal with one of your stores started back in March or April. I bought a quilt kit from Pinkscotton, paying in advance. I don't recall seeing a notice that I was prepaying for an item that wasn't ready to be shipped. From then until a couple of days ago, I received excuses that it wasn't ready for release. I have emails documenting this. This buying experience is new to me, and I am concerned it might be a scam. The company is still marketing the same quilt on Etsy without a clear shipping timeline. It seems like they are only taking payments. I want to understand what's happening and request a refund if everything isn't legitimate. Can someone reach out to me personally to address this and assure me of the company's credibility and customer-friendly practices? Thank you. - PM

Hello, my name is Sandra V. On July 1st, I purchased suspenders and bows for my twin children for my sister's wedding on Etsy.com. I realized I had an existing account, so I didn't create a new one. I've already been charged, but I haven't received my items yet. There doesn't seem to be a customer service number to call, and I don't have a receipt. I need the products by the 23rd. I placed an order on June 25th using my card, with a payment transaction date of June 27th. After contacting the artist to confirm the shirt, she mentioned the payment did not go through. Although my order was then canceled later that day, the funds are still missing from my card. Furthermore, I attempted to reach out through the website but found my account to be blocked. It is frustrating and seems unfair given my previous positive experience with the site. I have two main inquiries: 1. what happened to the money for the canceled transaction, 2. why was my account blocked?

I contacted JuicyTees about my issue, but they refused to resolve it! They are claiming that when I ordered the NBTS Camila Cabello hoodie, the misspelled words were already known online. However, I disagree. I provided them with evidence from their website and their items, but they insist it's the updated spelling. Had I been aware of the incorrect spelling, I would not have spent $55 on this hoodie! The shirt I received says "I TSB in my BOOD" instead of "BLOOD," and "viens" instead of "veins" on the hoodie. I am simply asking them to cover the return costs for their mistake and send me a new one with the correct spelling. It is unjust that I paid so much for their error, and they are refusing to rectify it while shifting the blame onto me. This is not good business practice on their part and it is extremely unfair.

I purchased Bridal Robes from PromiseForever with order number [redacted] (Bridesmaid Robes / Bridesmaids Robes / Robes / Bridal Robe / Bride Robe / Robe / Bridal Party Robes / Bridesmaid Gifts / gray robes / grey robe). The expected shipping date was July 11, but upon checking my order, I noticed they haven't been shipped yet. I reached out via email on the 12th and did not receive a response. After visiting the shop's page today, I discovered the member does not exist on Etsy. I need the robes by July 27 for my wedding, so I sent another email inquiring about the delay. I paid $[redacted] for these robes for my bridesmaids and I expect them by the deadline or a refund.

I placed an order yesterday, but I noticed that an old address was saved when I tried to update it to my current one. I promptly messaged the shop multiple times on the same day, emphasizing that the item should be shipped to the correct address on file. Despite my requests, the item was shipped this morning before they could address my messages. As a result, it seems like it's heading to the wrong address as I didn't receive any response. I would like a refund or for the item to be sent to the right address. The shop in question is WHITECOTTAGECRAFTS11, but unfortunately, I have not heard back from them. Thank you.

Order number: [redacted] Transaction number: [redacted] I purchased a "pop the champagne I'm changing my last name" t-shirt from the FromMrstoMama store on 7/9 with a requested delivery date of 7/23. Despite confirming with the shop that they could meet this date, I have not received a shipping confirmation email as of today, 7/19. Attempts to communicate with the shop have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that I will receive the item by 7/23. Consequently, I placed an order with another vendor and paid for express shipping to ensure timely delivery. I now need to know how to cancel my order with FromMrstoMama and request a refund.

I opened an account with Royal Outcasts two days ago and placed an order. I've been waiting for an email notification at my correct email address, [redacted], but realized I actually entered it incorrectly as @gmal.com without the "i". I tried to correct it but got logged out when attempting to change the password. Now I can't remember my login credentials - is it Miagirl360, MercyHunnie, or Mercy77? I urgently need the supply labels I ordered before my kids start school. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?

Regarding order transaction #[redacted] for the Walnut Mounted Floating Desk with a total cost of $[redacted]: I placed the order and made the payment on June 9. The listing indicated it would ship within 3 to 4 weeks. On July 3, I was notified that the desk would ship on July 9. However, after tracking the package through the FedEx tracking webpage for the past 5 days, it is still in pre-shipping status and has not been sent. Despite multiple attempts, the seller has not responded to my inquiries about the delay. The seller has exceeded the estimated shipping time, and I am seeking assistance in either receiving the desk or obtaining a refund. Thank you. - C.P.

I recently placed an order on Etsy for a Cotton Teething Toy from WoodCraftToy. However, when I tried to review my order, I was directed to an old order for herbs instead. I'm concerned that my current order confirmation might not have gone through properly. The item I purchased is a teething necklace made of wooden beads and cotton thread with crocheted crab and marine buoy balls. I purchased candy apples from a company listed on the website. However, the apples did not arrive or ship as scheduled. After my event had passed, they informed me that they were preparing to ship. I then requested a refund via email. The company assured me of a full refund and mentioned ordering checks, but it has been a month, and I have not received the refund. I am contacting them one last time before considering legal action against both parties. I feel I have been misled and want the refund I am owed. Even if the product had shipped later, it did not arrive, so the order was incomplete. I am disappointed in the lack of service and wish to resolve this within 48 hours before pursuing further action through the appropriate channels.

Hello, I purchased a shirt with lettering on the front. Upon arrival, I noticed it was the wrong color. I reached out via email, but received an unhelpful response just two days ago. I decided to order the same shirt again, hoping for the correct one this time. Unfortunately, the second shirt arrived with the correct color but incorrect lettering. I purchased a case from NthGraphic a few months ago. I requested a return label through email, but they failed to provide one. After countless delays, I finally returned the case a month ago. However, NthGraphic is now refusing to issue a refund. To make matters worse, they informed me that my 1-star review disqualifies me from a refund. Today, I received yet another email claiming they have not received the returned case, all while referring back to my negative review. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. It is unfair for them to withhold refunds based on reviews. Their business conduct on Etsy should be regulated. I urgently require a refund credited back to my account. Thank you.

I informed the seller a day before shipping that my address in PayPal was incorrect. Despite her acknowledging the issue, she failed to update the address. Consequently, the package was returned to her by USPS. My attempts to reach out to her have been futile, as she seems to be ignoring messages, focusing instead on promoting her store on social media. The tracking status shows the item was delivered, but it was sent back to her. Etsy closed my case due to the delivery status. I recently made my first purchase from Sejireborns. Initially, the payment was processing, but I received a message later on stating that the order had been canceled due to the transaction not going through. I communicated with the seller and decided to place the order through her personal website instead. Upon checking my account, I noticed that the money had been deducted despite the order being canceled. The seller provided me with proof of when the payment supposedly failed. I am seeking a refund from Etsy for the $[redacted].00 purchase amount and $80 shipping fee. I am unsure why the payment was unsuccessful, leading to a temporary suspension of my account. I kindly request a refund to be processed promptly as I am in need of the funds.

On August 30, [redacted], while conducting a Google search, I discovered that some pieces I created were being sold on other websites. Specifically, I found a gray wool cardigan and floral patterned trousers being sold on www.nottibiancheitalia.it, and a crochet cardigan on www.teatrisenzaetichetta.it. I want to clarify that I am not aware of any other sites selling my clothes, and I have never authorized anyone to sell them on my behalf. I am concerned about the unauthorized use of my product photos and feel like a victim in this situation.

I am disappointed by the disrespectful communication I received, especially when I did not exhibit any rudeness. The delay of a month to create a water bottle with a decal is unacceptable. The responses to negative reviews appear to be bullying, sarcastic, and impolite. If Etsy does not address this issue, I will have to caution others against using their services. I have shared the details and screenshots of our conversation via the Etsy contact form. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email linked to my account. I urgently need Etsy to reach out to me to review the conversation and find a resolution. Thank you.

I bought a t-shirt quilt from HandcraftedbyJazz on Etsy with Order #[redacted] on 7/9/18. I paid $[redacted].35 for the quilt and shipping, then sent my t-shirts to her. She acknowledged receiving them but hasn't been responsive since. She said she would send the quilt in 3 weeks. The email she used is [redacted] I have the t-shirt shipping address if needed. Can you reach out to her, as she's selling on your platform, and inquire about my quilt's whereabouts?
