There was a misunderstanding on my part. When I made my order, I thought I was ordering a wallet phone cover and realized I didn't. Asked for a refund though it was my fault and they responded no problem. They mentioned in about three weeks they would have them. So I asked if I could just wait and if they could hold my payment and I will order the wallet version. No response. Then I got three emails saying they shipped my order with a tracking number. Is there anyway this can be turned around??
GetHuman-nmiela did not yet indicate what should do to make this right.
