I inquired before about a bolero that I ordered from Alexbridal. I paid $**.** for this bolero and when I reached out for help from Get a Human the first time because they weren’t answering, Alexbridal then reached out within the next ** hours stating that they sent the ****pping tag to send it back and once I sent it back they would send the right one. I sent the bolero back on Monday and I tracked the package, it got to them on Tuesday. I then reached out to Alexbridal for them to resend the correct order, I have still yet to hear from them and they have yet to keep their word. I have not recievd an email or any kind of verification that they sent the correct order. So they still have my money and I still do not have my order.**Regards,*Holly Engels
