****o, I recently ordered a jacket from one of the sellers on Etsy. I asked the owner what size the jacket was in men’s for the sizing was “un***ist” she told me she did not know. I proceeded to order the jacket in hope that it would fit. Unfortunately it didn’t fit once I received it. I asked the seller for a refund but she said she could not give me one because it was her “policy”. I am a very unhappy customer with an item that the seller did not describe to me accurately. This was not a small in mens. Even though it said un***ist it was clearly a woman’s small, not a men’s small, there is a big difference. I would like a refund for this poor customer service treatment. Thank you.
I trust that Etsy.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
