I recently purchased the Academic Planner from this website. It claimed to be fully customizable, but I was disappointed to find that it starts in January, which is not aligned with the typical academic year. Additionally, the layout doesn't accommodate different month lengths, leaving me unable to use it effectively. It was my first purchase from this site, and I was excited to receive my order, but now I have to look for another planner that suits my academic requirements. A product marketed as customizable and for academics should offer the flexibility to choose the starting month to better meet customers' needs.

Hello, I am writing to request a refund for the mini planner bundle, gratitude journal, and on-the-go organization folio that I recently purchased. I made the purchase less than 24 hours ago and upon reviewing my receipt, I have come to the conclusion that these items do not fit my budget or my planning requirements. I was initially thrilled to find a sale on your products and took advantage of the reduced prices by ordering these specific items. However, I am dissatisfied with my purchase because I was seeking a compact yearly planner and ended up with four planners that I find overwhelming and disorganized. Managing multiple planners is proving to be too stressful, especially given my chronic illness that requires me to easily keep track of my weekly appointments. I would like to cancel my order. I am dissatisfied with your mini planner system, where I have to buy all four journals to cover a full year. Managing my health appointments will be challenging due to having to navigate through multiple planners for future appointments. The on-the-go folio seems bulky for my preferences. I placed three orders last week. The first one was a planner ordered under my name but intended as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend, sent to his address in Dallas. However, he mentioned that it didn't turn out right. The second order included a cake with incorrect plastic inserts; I had requested specific inserts but received different ones. The third order, which arrived today, only contained one spiral instead of two as ordered, and the colors were also wrong. I have double-checked my orders, and the discrepancies are evident. I have been a loyal customer, ordering annually, appreciating your quality products. Sadly, these mistakes have left me quite frustrated. I hope these issues can be rectified promptly as Christmas is approaching. Thank you for your assistance.

My order confirmation, #[redacted], is incorrect. I paid $[redacted].00 for purchases, and the planner colors are wrong. I specifically chose hot pink and navy blue. I am frustrated that this simple detail was missed. I have attempted to contact you multiple times through phone and email to no avail. This will be my final message. I have already sent seven emails without any response, which is frustrating. I urgently need someone to call me back regarding my order #[redacted]. I chose hot pink and navy colors for my daughter's planner and accessories. Despite numerous attempts, I cannot reach customer service. I placed an order #[redacted] on 12/10/[redacted]. Shortly after, I was informed that the same item was already purchased for me. I tried to cancel the order immediately due to the personalization. I tried calling customer service but couldn't reach anyone, so I sent an email. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. Please cancel the order promptly. If a refund is not possible, I am willing to accept a credit. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I look forward to your response.

Hello, this is Sarah L. I accidentally purchased the daily planner instead of the life planner during the Cyber Monday special. The customized cover is great, but I require the week to be split into three horizontal sections to suit my needs. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate my order number in my email. I only have a tracking number #[redacted][redacted]45. I have tried reaching out to customer service via email, but have not yet received a response. I am looking to pay the price difference and have a coverless life planner shipped to me so I can transfer over the covers myself.

I have been waiting for my surprise box for over a month now. I was aware of the delay until 3/17, but I had other items in my order that were held back without notice. When the package finally arrived, I received the SP Box and someone else's personalized planner instead of my own. I was also supposed to receive a $35 gift which was missing. Although I like the products, I do not have any use for someone else's planner. The customer service experience has been disappointing, especially since the caller did not provide a call-back number, and the call came from a blocked number. I am still waiting for my personalized zippered planner holder, A5 personalized planner, and the missing $35 gift. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process as I am determined to receive what I paid for.
