Without your Freeze PIN you will only be able to lift the freeze by writing in. If you have it, you should be able to do this process online using the link provided https://www.freeze.equifax.com/Freeze/jsp/SFF_PersonalIDInfo.jsp. The link will be a form you will submit to Equifax that will allow you to unfreeze your credit. The process should be short but make sure you fill all the correct information about yourself
