I signed up for a Best Buy credit card and made a purchase. When Best Buy sent the first bill they did not send it to my PO Box so I did not receive it . They sent another bill to the same place but not to me and my PO Box . Again I had no idea of the bill because I never received it . I believe I received a phone call from Best Buy and was shocked to hear that I had a delinquent bill . Through our communication we had realized what the problem was and resolved the mailing address issue the customer service rep indicated that she would waive the late fee due to the mixup . The late fee was never waved and continue to carry as a balance . I called them numerous times to resolve what they said they were going to resolve and they hadn’t . They then removed the fee and assured me it was their error. I still asked to have the card cancelled and they said they would.I went in today to check my credit report which I haven’t checked in a while and noticed it had gone down after further research I found that the Best Buy card had canceled me as a user as opposed to canceling the card like I had requested them to do because of their incompetence mixup . Could you please help me with resolving this issue .
