I need assistance resetting my password. I've tried the self-help option without success. After a frustrating hour and a half phone call with Equifax, I was disconnected without a solution. I simply need my password reset and not military-grade security measures. Despite speaking with four different representatives and verifying my identity multiple times, my issue remains unresolved. The communication barrier due to heavy accents made it even more challenging. I prefer not to contact customer service by phone again. Even the alternative method of using my last name, SS#, and birthdate failed as it claimed my information was incorrect. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I kindly request help in resolving this issue efficiently.

On October 30, [redacted], a credit check was carried out by Aussie Home Loans in Altona on my behalf. I recently noticed that the current address listed is not accurate and has never been my current address. My actual address since July [redacted] is listed as the second address on the document. It's concerning that someone was able to change this information without my consent, especially given the fraudulent activity that occurred on my Telstra account with services I did not authorize. Despite providing Telstra with proof of my identity, address documents, and a Statutory Declaration in April and August [redacted], the issue remains unresolved. I request the removal of these discrepancies from my credit report and the reinstatement of my correct address. Additionally, there is a Consumer Enquiry related to Optus in November 22, [redacted], with which I've had no association, suggesting possible fraudulent use of my details. I ask for these entries to be investigated and removed accordingly.

A $99 charge has been placed on my credit account without any contractual agreement with Crystal Coast Heating and Air regarding owed fees. Despite their website advertising free estimates, they invoiced me $99 for a bid on a heat pump replacement at my office, which was not awarded to them. I'm Chelsea Adams. I am reaching out for advice. In September, I needed a co-signer for a vehicle loan. The dealership ran credit checks through eight different banks for both me and my mom, showing as multiple hard inquiries on our reports. I recently received validation documents from Portfolio Recovery Associates. Upon review, I cannot recognize the Capital One account mentioned, nor have I resided at the address provided in Revere, MA. My current legal address in Dracut, MA has been consistent for many years and is reflected on my driver's license. During my time at University in Connecticut and Rhode Island, my mail had been forwarded through USPS. The validation documents do not align with the Massachusetts Regulations on debt validation. Additionally, as a Social Security Disability recipient in Massachusetts, my assets are protected from seizure according to state law. The collections account associated with PRA was previously removed but reappeared affecting my credit score. Despite sending multiple certified letters, I have only received one response with the mentioned validation documents. The ongoing stress is exacerbating my disability, and I am considering seeking legal advice to resolve this issue promptly. I hope for a resolution soon.

My credit score recently dropped by over a hundred points due to an error at Pentagon Federal Credit Union. The issue arose from an unintentional skip in an automated payment. This error has been rectified by rescheduling the payment correctly. This mishap affected my daughter, Marianne Rafeedie's credit score as well, as she was added to my account while in college. After falling behind on rent in my second year at my apartment, I was informed that I would be evicted. Despite not seeing a judge, receiving a writ, or any marshals arriving for eviction, I decided to move based on a verbal notice from a property manager. Days later, I discovered a $[redacted] charge from The Milano on my credit report for apartment abandonment, which a leasing agent confirmed. I had to move quickly to protect my belongings, including items for my new baby, as I was wrongly pressured into leaving to avoid having everything thrown out.

I recently applied for a Best Buy credit card and made a purchase. However, I encountered issues with receiving my bills at my PO Box. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, the late fee was not waived as promised. They finally removed the fee and acknowledged their mistake. To my dismay, I later discovered they had canceled me as a user instead of canceling the card per my request. This has negatively affected my credit report. My Equifax credit score on Credit Karma only displays closed accounts, with no open accounts visible. After contacting my bank, Chase, and speaking with their Credit Bureau Specialists, it was revealed that there is a split profile in Equifax. Chase mentioned that my entire credit history can be viewed accurately only when searching by First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Name. Equifax must merge the profiles to ensure my open accounts are reflected correctly. I am seeking help from Equifax to address the split profile issue so that Credit Karma can accurately show my open accounts.

I noticed that my Equifax credit score on Credit Karma does not show all my open accounts. I reached out to Chase regarding this issue. The Credit Bureau Specialists at Chase informed me that Equifax has multiple profiles linked to my SSN, causing my accounts not to be fully reflected in my credit score. According to the bank, Equifax needs to address this split profile situation to resolve the missing account information.

My Equifax credit score on Credit Karma is missing my open accounts. After contacting Chase, one of my banks, I found out Equifax has multiple profiles tied to my SSN, causing this issue. Chase believes Equifax must resolve the split profile problem. A false credit score undermines the purpose of credit bureaus, and a split profile is concerning due to potential unidentified fraudulent activity. Equifax needs to consolidate all my accounts under one profile. I have raised a dispute with Equifax over a year ago, but the issue remains unresolved. Reliable and accurate reporting is expected from all companies, especially financial institutions.

I noticed a sudden drop in my Equifax score without any clear reason. After reporting a duplication issue with my MidFlorida account, which was inaccurately displayed twice on my report, I requested its correction as I only have one loan with them. Although MidFlorida rectified the balance error and updated two credit bureaus, my Equifax report still shows the incorrect amount. This discrepancy caused my score to drop by 35 points. I want to highlight that my credit report doesn't contain any negative information, and all my accounts are up to date. I have confirmed with MidFlorida that I have a single account with a balance of $13,[redacted], not $26,[redacted]. I kindly ask Equifax to restore the 35 points that were deducted due to this oversight and error on their and MidFlorida's part.

There were many factors on my part that contributed to most of this situation. However, if the other party had directly addressed the problem with me instead of involving multiple external sources who were not involved, it could have been resolved more effectively. I was left unaware of the other parties' issues, so I couldn't provide the necessary information to help. It is important for both sides to acknowledge the possibility of being wrong, rather than assuming guilt or dishonesty. Approaching the situation with a mindset of understanding and remembering the initial reasons for choosing each other may have altered the outcome positively.

I am in need of a new phone and looking to switch carriers. I must remove my credit freeze and replace it with a fraud alert. After speaking with Equifax, the representative was unable to verify my account. We faced language barriers as English may not be her primary language. Providing details like my name, social security number, address, date of birth, mortgage lender, and amount did not help since I only have a mortgage, no bank loans. I mentioned possessing a Home Depot credit card with a zero balance. To proceed, she instructed me to fax all required documents, including copies of my social security card and driver's license, to Equifax at [redacted]. She mentioned this process would take 3-5 business days. Although I understand the procedure, it inconveniences me greatly due to my faulty phone. I have submitted all my identification documents to prove my birthday, address, and identity. Despite providing my driving license, SIN number, mobile and internet bills, bank statements, and passport, my credit card applications in Canada have been rejected. I have multiple names associated with my SIN number, causing the rejections. I recently faxed all required documents to the provided number: [redacted]. I possess a Walmart credit card that I primarily use for purchasing gasoline. I have consistently made on-time payments, and I have never missed a payment. However, whenever I use my card for gasoline purchases at Walmart, Equifax decreases my credit score. According to Credit Karma, my score dropped from the mid-830s to [redacted] due to my Walmart credit card activity, despite my impeccable payment history. I am currently in the process of applying for a lease on an apartment. However, I encountered issues on my credit report relating to disputed items. While I can prove that two of the discrepancies are in dispute, one particular item involves a broken lease in another state where I can provide evidence that I had already moved away during that time. I have attempted to contact the property in Florida for the necessary documentation showing that I was not involved in the lease violation, but they have not responded. I do have other evidence to support my case, demonstrating that I was out of state and not residing at that property during the lease period. Can I utilize this alternative evidence to dispute the claim if I am unable to obtain the direct documentation from the property? I have 3 accounts with AES/Suntrust in question - accounts 2, 3, and 4. After Suntrust's investigation, James Teague explained via email that Equifax is inaccurately reporting delinquencies, while TransUnion and Experian have correct information. Suntrust confirms no delinquencies reported since April [redacted]. Equifax's records show late payments in 2[redacted] during my bankruptcy period, which ended in January [redacted]. Following bankruptcy, I consolidated student loans with Great Lakes, consistently making on-time payments monthly. This error jeopardizes my home buying plans and I urgently require its correction to avoid significant financial losses. This situation, not of my making, must be resolved without delay.

My spouse and I both submitted disputes by mail. I received an email informing me that his were accessible, but upon him trying to sign in, the system requested he call to verify his identity. Shortly after, the same happened to me. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to connect over the phone as the call would drop after waiting for over thirty minutes each time. After requesting a callback, I eventually spoke with a lady who verified my information, yet I remain locked out online without a resolution to my disputes. Communication was difficult due to language barriers and she did not allow me to provide details to unlock my husband's account. As he travels frequently for work, waiting extensively on hold is not feasible. We are seeking guidance on how to unlock our online accounts to review the outcomes and address any discrepancies.
