Went online to set up a "my Social Security"account.*After putting in the personal information and extra security information, the next pages (Please tell us about yourself) contained questions all of which had to be answered "none of the above".*There was even a grammatically incorrect question to which no answer was possible. The question:*"*n which of the following streets have you never lived?"*I have never lived on any of the * options although I own a property on one of them. But the *th answer, "None of the above." would mean that I had NEVER lived on NONE of the streets, a double negative, meaning I had lived on all of the streets which isn't true since I had never lived on any of them.*Then the Social Security site gave me an alert that the digital account was locked because my answers didn't match the data on file.*I need to set up the My Social Security account so that I don't have to travel ** miles every time I need a spot of information and telephoning them, and after hours of waiting on the phone, just gets the answer "talk to Equifax".*What do I do about this?
