I dialed the toll free number that is displayed. I was waiting for a call back for two days, but I finally decided to phone instead. I phoned about ** minutes prior to their office closing time. I was on hold for * mins and ** seconds. The concern I had was addressed quickly and my questions were answered accordingly. *Thank you Equifax.
