Well i used have an online account with equifax. then didnt pay the yearly fee so i guess my account was closed. i tried to re open my equifax account but the system wouldnt let me. i spoke to customer service and they said they counld not discuss my file with me it has some sort of lock on it that they cant access...what kind of bull **** is that?? i then asked if that is true how are u getting info on my supposed creditors. because i have a bunch of credtors on my file that i have no idea were they came from and do know that the only thing on my file should be federal portion on my OSAP and nothing else. anyways i then asked what do about and they said sorry we dont know mg really ..so now anyways i back to find out what the **** i should do they supposedly have identity theft protection i do know that because i had it when i was clienr. but then they told me that they dont know. or is it because i believe my id has been comprised and i had id theft protection at one time that they wantt to deal me cause they might have to pay
