Nothing is wrong at all!*In **** BYTE Magazine published the IBM PC. In Washington DC I bought one of the first, and also an Epson MX-***. Your Engineering team for "what to expect 'out-of-the-box * easy start up is way past simple". Delighted in cool engineering things that are often overlooked and thought out before your product is "out-the-door" should get an award. If that's not enough, the corporate thinking reminds me of "we will always do this right" and that's a mouthful.*I commend the obvious whole minded focus of the entire team at Epson... from the bottom of your socks to the last hair on your head. *Model ET-**** work's in ways that interact with a buyer as best as I've ever experienced.**My conclusion is: I'm old now at ** but your stuff is like making a new friend everyday.**That's my opinion:*BIZABEEJIM@GMAIL.COM*I would love to be in your employ.*James L. Nothing because everything works way better than any other printer I've ever used. Everything works just fine... there isn't any feedback loop to say there is NOTHING WRONG!
