I don’t know how to even begin. Black ink was *** full. Yellow & magenta half. Cyan was out. Fine. Can’t find a replacement for just cyan, bought a pack of all * colors. While replacing cyan, cleaning the heads & trying to align them, all of a sudden magenta & yellow are gone. Haven’t used them at all except to align the heads. Put new magenta & yellow in since I had them, in this process of checking*charging those, the Black is suddenly low. I have now wasted $** in ink & need to go back to the store to buy a black cartridge. I am absolutely FURIOUS and ready to throw the entire printer away & buy a different brand. On top of all that, now the new colors are showing they have been used quite a bit & the printer isn’t even printing correctly.
GetHuman-cproeche did not yet indicate what Epson should do to make this right.
