My faxes have stopped coming through. The phone and fax are on the same line. *My phone line and voicemail are through the cable provider.*I have had the same number of rings to answer and number of rings to voicemail for some time and was previously having no trouble with this configuration. Since the problem started, I have turned off call waiting and turned off visual voicemail but neither of those solutions helped.*The phone now rings, the fax picks up, the screen reads "connecting". *The fax machine then goes through a process which appears to be receiving a fax, the screen reads "fax has been received" and then nothing else happens. Nothing prints (the current setting is to print). I have tried switching the setting to save on the computer, which seems like a fantastic way to save paper. Again, nothing happens, so I switched it back. I'm trying to run a business and need to be able to get faxes so please help!
