Hello; I bought an L805 printer yesterday, and after installation, I noticed that the ink level is not showing and the color printing is incomplete. I am disappointed. When I check the ink level, it displays a message saying "To confirm the actual ink remaining, visually check the ink levels in all tanks of the printer. Continuing to use the printer when the ink level is below the lower limit could damage the printer." I have already filled ink in all tanks. Please provide feedback on what the issue might be, or alternatively, arrange for a technician to come and assist as soon as possible. Regards, Jose

I am currently facing an issue with replacing the black ink cartridge in my 288XL Epson printer XP-[redacted]. After following a tutorial on YouTube, I carefully replaced the cartridge. However, the printer keeps prompting me to replace the cartridge in a continuous loop, preventing me from accessing the home page. In an attempt to resolve this, I turned off the printer hoping for a reset to default settings, but the same message persists. The cartridge I used is a new Epson cartridge. Setting up this printer initially was challenging, and operational issues have been ongoing since its purchase. Despite checking your website for assistance which indicates Saturday operating hours including a contact number [redacted] from 7:00am-4:00pm PST, upon calling I discovered the number is not in service on Saturdays. I am hoping to find a resolution soon to have a functioning printer.

After downloading a firmware update, my printer stopped recognizing non-Epson cartridges that had been working fine. This issue has pushed me to consider replacing it with a different brand that doesn't impose such restrictions. Until then, I refuse to purchase ink from Epson's website. Furthermore, I attempted to share this feedback on their website, but it seems to be malfunctioning. It is important to me to have the freedom to use the ink of my choice in my printer without any limitations.

On June 30, [redacted], I bought new Epson ink for my XP-[redacted] printer. The printer accepted the cartridges but showed the Magenta ink as low even though it was new. I've updated drivers and ensured the printer is connected, but it won't print. I can still scan from my computer, but printing fails. I'm frustrated as I spent $80 on ink that I may not be able to return due to opening it. This printer keeps clogging, prints poorly, and now won't work despite using genuine cartridges. I'm a long-time Epson customer but may switch if this isn't resolved with a refund or a new XP-[redacted] printer.

My XP-[redacted] printer is prompting me to replace two cartridges. One of them, the black one, still has 90% ink left as I recently replaced it. I have attempted to enable temporary black printing by following the instructions but have encountered difficulties finding the specific print settings such as Media Type: Plain Paper or Envelope, Grayscale: Selected, Borderless: Not Selected. I am using a Mac Mini from [redacted] with version 10.10.5. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm working on MAC OSX and we have an Epson Stylus Pro [redacted] printer (UltraChrome K3). I am printing my black and white photos from Lightroom. I consider myself a relatively good printer, but I struggle with the technical aspects! I have a commissioned job and needed to reprint some photos that were already delivered in multiple copies. Unfortunately, I made a mistake trying to stop the printer mid-print, and the prints came out very dark and unusable. I have tried multiple times with different photos, but the results are still disastrous. I reached out to a friend who I believe is knowledgeable. He uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from the internet, but unfortunately, the result remains the same. I switched from "Dark" to "Normal" printing, but the difference is barely noticeable. This commissioned work is due in a week, and I am counting on your help. Thank you in advance.

I purchased a Brightlink 1450Ui in Ohio for my new job overseas to have an English user interface. After a long wait and delays, I found out the projector has a faulty motherboard. Despite being in China, Epson North America won't help immediately, suggesting I wait until I return to the U.S. next year. Local Epson outlets can't service the unit but could sell me a new one. Unfortunately, no one at Epson is approving a solution, leaving me with a non-functional projector for the next several months. My curriculum relies on this tool, and I need urgent assistance from someone at Epson with the authority to resolve this frustrating situation.

I purchased the Epson [redacted] Photo Black and Color Ink Cartridges, C/M/Y and Photo Black 4-Pack (T410520-S) on 10/2/[redacted]. Order number: US[redacted]9. However, after replacing all the ink cartridges in my XP-[redacted] printer, the Nozzle Check did not produce good results. Subsequently, after performing multiple "Print Head Cleaning" processes, the issue remains unresolved. Adding to this inconvenience, all the ink cartridges have been depleted. I can provide the estimated ink level report. I feel disappointed as I spent $49.74 and have not achieved the desired outcome. I am requesting that Epson either refund my money or replace the ink cartridges.

On Saturday, 10/20/18, I reached out to Epson support regarding error code 0x97 on our Workforce WF7620 printer purchased from Office Max in Feb. [redacted]. After being informed that there was no fix available, a replacement printer was promised. Incident #[redacted]. Yesterday, 10/24/18, we received the replacement, a refurbished WF-[redacted], which showed error code 0x10 during set up for an internal scanner error. I contacted Epson again and was advised that this printer will also be replaced. Incident #[redacted]09. It's worth noting that the second printer appeared to be used, showing signs of wear on the plastic around the scanner. Now, I must transport two faulty 50-pound printers to FedEx within seven days to avoid any charges on my credit card.

Hello, I am Keyur Vaidya from Bahwan Electronics in Muscat, Oman. I am reaching out regarding our order for the Epson SC T [redacted] Inkjet Multifunction plotter placed with Epson UAE last month. Despite assurances from the Regional Manager, Mr. Bala, we are yet to receive the machine as promised for delivery by the end of October. Mr. Bala's vague responses have left us disappointed and concerned about the future of our business relationship. We urge prompt delivery of the plotter by the end of this month to avoid canceling the order. Thank you, Keyur from Bahwan Electronics.

My wifi and internet connection in Gran Canaria, Spain is very poor. My printer used to work wirelessly, but now it's not working at all. Can I use a cable to connect my printer to my Fujitsu laptop like we did in the past? I'm looking for instructions on how to connect my printer to my computer without using wifi. I have a few questions: 1. Can I use my Epsom printer without wifi? 2. Is wifi the only way to send print commands to the printer? 3. Can I connect my laptop to my Epsom printer using the cable from the box to print via cable without wifi? 4. Can I print without using wifi, just by connecting with a cable? I hope you can understand my questions and provide guidance. Thank you.

On October 18th, I spoke with a representative from Epson support before leaving town regarding my WF-[redacted] printer not printing after I installed new ink (black, first replacement). They remotely accessed my iMac (OS 13.6) to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the issue escalated - now all other ink levels display as empty, even though they were half full at the start of our conversation. The printer is still not functioning properly.

I am experiencing issues with receiving faxes as they have stopped coming through on the same line as my phone. My phone line and voicemail services are provided through the cable provider. Despite having the same number of rings for the phone and voicemail, I am facing difficulties with the configuration. I have attempted troubleshooting steps like disabling call waiting and visual voicemail, but the problem persists. When a fax comes in, the machine indicates it's receiving the fax, but it doesn't print anything. I even tried changing the settings to save the fax on the computer but to no avail. As a business owner, it's crucial for me to receive faxes promptly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I have an Epson Artisan [redacted] printer. I was attempting to print address labels for Christmas cards on clear, inkjet Avery mailing labels when the Avery sheet jammed. After following the instructions to clear the jam and restarting, I still received the warning. Despite removing all visible remnants of the label and trying to restart the printer multiple times, the warning persists. I have gone through various areas of the printer, but the issue remains. Any solutions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I need some advice on my printer troubles. The black ink was at 3/4, while yellow and magenta were half full, and cyan was out. Unable to find just cyan, I got a pack of all three colors. When I replaced cyan, cleaned the heads, and aligned them, suddenly magenta and yellow disappeared. I only used them to align the heads. After putting in the new magenta and yellow, the black ink became low. I've spent $28 on ink and now need to get a black cartridge. This frustrating situation makes me want to toss the printer and get a different brand. To add to this, the new colors show considerable usage, and the printer isn't functioning correctly.

I'm having trouble with my printer. The black ink was three-quarters full, but cyan ran out. I couldn't find just a cyan replacement and had to buy a pack of all colors. While replacing cyan and aligning the heads, the magenta and yellow cartridges emptied unexpectedly. I hadn't used them except for aligning the heads. Now, after spending $28 on ink, I need to buy a new black cartridge too. This frustrating experience is making me consider switching to a different printer brand. In addition, the new colors are showing as used extensively, and the printer isn't functioning correctly.

I purchased the Epson WF [redacted] all-in-one printer in spring [redacted]. Recently, when I attempt to print from my computer, the status shows "error" and "server is unknown." Despite spending over an hour with Epson tech support following their instructions, the issue remains unresolved. The printer did manage to print once, but the problem persists. This continuous malfunction makes it the most unreliable product I have encountered in years of using printers. As an 84-year-old with decades of experience using technology, I cannot tolerate this level of inconsistency. I urge for a prompt resolution that meets my satisfaction. Regards, L. Goldschmidt

I am extremely disappointed with the Workforce Pro3720 printer. It constantly jams, even when there are just a few sheets in the cassette, despite the false advertisement claiming it can hold a couple of hundred sheets. I find myself going to Kinko's most of the time I need documents, which defeats the purpose of owning a printer. I would not even give this printer 1 star.

I am having trouble connecting to my new internet service. I removed and reinstalled my printer, but it shows an IP address conflict. The computer warns that the network channel assigned to my Wifi is incompatible with the printer, which might disable its connection. Continuing prompts me that the Setup is incomplete, asking me to confirm the gateway setup and connection using EpsonNet. The instructions suggest checking default gateway settings, adjusting them correctly, and following on-screen prompts. I am confused and unsure how to locate the default gateway settings. I am using an Epson Workforce Pro [redacted] printer with a Windows 10 system.

I used to be able to print in black when my color ink was out on my Epson [redacted] printer by selecting the print in black/gray scale option. However, this functionality no longer works after a software update. Despite the print in black button still being there, it now does nothing, forcing me to replace the color cartridge even when I only want to print in black. Epson claims a small amount of color ink is necessary to maintain the color print heads, but why should I have to replace an empty cartridge I'll discard anyway? This seems like a ploy to force customers to buy unnecessary items. Additionally, using non-Epson cartridges didn't work as they have a chip recognizing only their products. It's frustrating to be locked out of printing and pushed to buy expensive original cartridges. Epson's tactics feel like extortion, and their actions reflect poorly on them as a company.
