I bought a WF-**** all in one printer*scanner*copier in November and have been very happy using it . . . . UNTIL two things happened: I got a message on the printer digital screen (not on my computer) that a software update was required and to hit "OK" -- so I did that. Then, last night my Apple computer did an automatic IOS update, and now I have been unable to print anything using the "Print" option on my computer. When I check on the "Jobs in progress", I see it says "Unable to find printer". So I haven't been able to print anything all morning and really need to get some work done. Can you help Calling is best on my cell ***-***-****

I contacted Epson customer support and a very nice young man walked me through everything I should do to fix the problem. He even helped me set up the scanner option on my new printer. Epson is the best.
