Your customer support representative (John Ryan Angels) was exemplary. I have personally worked in over-the-phone Customer Support*Service roles for and including one of the largest banks in Australia (NAB * yrs) and the worlds largest insurance company (Metlife * yrs), as well as several other phone based sales and customer service positions. Not only this, but have also owned and run my own telemarketing company based here in Australia. I say this so you understand that through my experience I believe this has given me a very qualified position to make a very honest and accurate opinion and rating of Johns performance and of my experience over the course of the * calls when trobleshooting my printing issues. He was friendly, clear, concise, efficient and completely qualified and you couldn't elevate my opinion of him, his performance or my experience when dealing with him any further. Again, truly exemplary. I do hope that his excellence is recognised and hope there are plans for him in a leadership role (if he so wishes) made available to him as this is deserved and would only greatly benefit all staff, customers and Epson as a whole.
