I forgot my Epicurious password some time ago. I have submitted a request numerous times over the past year or more for a reset. But the email I get with a supposed link to set a new password always just takes me back to the recipes. Clearly I am still logged in to the site. But whenever I want to save a recipe I have to do this complicated workaround to be able to save from within the app. Frankly, I don’t even understand it myself, but it works. However, it is such a pain, that I rarely use the app or website anymore. My only recourse seems to be to set up a new account, but then I lose the recipes I’ve saved and I can’t be bothered with resaving **** recipes. I’ve tried to submit this issue before, but have never received a reply. To be honest, not expecting much better this time. And it’s one reason I don’t subscribe to any of your publications. Disappointing customer service.
GetHuman-joycen_g did not yet indicate what Epicurious should do to make this right.
