I am experiencing an issue when trying to log into the game Mobile Strike. Every time I attempt to start the game, it only loads up to 70% on the log-in progress bar and then stops. I click on Mobile Strike, it begins to load and connect but then halts at 70%, preventing me from accessing my account to play. The game freezes and never progresses beyond that point, leaving me unable to play as it fails to load to [redacted]%.

Additionally, missing out on essential buildings and traps puts me at a disadvantage against stronger opponents. I believe fairness and balance are essential for an enjoyable gaming experience, and I hope the developers address these concerns promptly. Rebecca assisted me with trying to recover my account that I couldn't access. I entered my email address and clicked on the "forgot password" link, but I didn't receive a password reset link. This experience has been frustrating as I suspect my emails have been compromised. I tried to contact customer support by providing my phone number for a callback, but I haven't heard back. I promptly replied to their email but received no response. Today, the hacker taunted me regarding my account with a $2,[redacted] investment. I feel helpless and angry. I am currently working with law enforcement to address this issue. I just want my account back as Epic War had no problems taking my money.

I am experiencing an issue with my Mobile Strike game. I am able to log in, and the game appears to be running as I can see it, but my tablet is indicating no internet connection. I find this confusing as the game is visible behind a window stating there is no connection. Despite trying various solutions like reinstalling the app, switching between different WiFi connections, and even performing a factory reset, the problem persists. Hello, my name is Larry L. Shelton. I have been playing Mobil Strike since its inception and have spent approximately $20,[redacted] on the game. However, for the first time, I did not receive all my resources and four teammates, including myself, got stuck in state [redacted] during the last svs event. We were only there for 35 seconds before being moved back to state [redacted]. Despite sending 11 tickets, I received the same response each time, stating that to maintain fairness in the game, they could not assist me. As a retired Navy officer, this is disheartening. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] to be returned to my account, as I believe it is rightfully mine and will likely be spent within the game anyway.

I have been experiencing issues with my account for the past 14 days, specifically with using my commander xp boost. This has prevented me from unlocking new levels for my commander. Despite reaching out for help, no one has been able to identify the problem or provide a solution. I have suggested some concessions to assist me in the meantime, but have not received any acknowledgment. It has been frustrating not being able to fully enjoy the game for so long, especially considering the money I have invested. I am considering quitting this disappointing game. It seems that the only way to enjoy it now is by spending money. I would like a full refund of the money I have invested. I am even thinking about joining a class action lawsuit against this company for falsely advertising a free game that now requires unreasonable payments to play. It's frustrating that I can't even provide feedback within the game. This change was probably made to avoid negative comments and complaints. Many players are upset about these new game conditions, and public opinion can greatly impact a company's success. Businesses have suffered due to public backlash in the past. I hope the company realizes the importance of listening to its customers before losing them due to these unfair changes.

The thief is spreading false information that I sold my base, which is completely untrue. My base was never up for sale and never will be. I am experiencing issues with Mobile Strike on the mech side. My commander got killed, and I tried to resuscitate them with gold, as instructed, but it didn't work. I had to recruit a new commander only to realize that the new one had dropped three levels and lost nearly 2 million power. When attempting to report the problem through the in-game mail service, I noticed that the feature had been removed from both sides of the game. I find this situation disheartening as I have been playing this game for over three years, and such changes disrupt the enjoyment of the game. I feel frustrated by the ongoing issues and changes implemented without consideration for the players. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it with Google as I recently purchased a pack before encountering these problems. I believe I should be compensated for my losses and the misrepresentation of the game due to these issues. The pricing of packs also seems unreasonable, resembling more of an extortion scheme than an enjoyable gaming experience at this point.

Hello, I've been playing Mobile Strike for a long time and enjoy it despite the frustrations. My main base is now in the Meck world. I recently saw your blog about a big kill event advertised for last weekend and was excited, so I purchased 6 packs in preparation following your "kill event prep buy now!" promotions. Unfortunately, the kill event did not happen, leaving me extremely disappointed. I spent money updating my base for an event that never occurred. I've submitted 5 tickets over the past 4 days without any response, which I find unacceptable. I would like a refund for the packs I purchased due to the false advertising. Hello. I am experiencing a problem with Mobile Strike. I have been actively playing this game since [redacted], and it remains my favorite. Initially, all of my friends were playing it too, but unfortunately, they have all decided to quit over time. This has made the game less enjoyable for me as the current players are very skilled and overpowering. Despite investing a significant amount of money in Mobile Strike in the past, it seems to have been wasted. I would like to propose the idea of a private server in the game exclusively for me and my friends. After discussing this with my friends, we all agree that it would be absolutely fantastic. I have submitted a concern with EW reference [redacted]2 that remains unresolved. After taking a break from Mobile Strike, I reinstalled the app on my phone only to find a new base instead of my existing one despite logging in. I invested approximately $[redacted] into my account and now have a fresh base without any progress. The new base lacks all the features and progress I had in my old one, which was at level [redacted]. Unfortunately, the packs I purchased for the new base do not contain the necessary items to progress, leaving me unable to upgrade or research effectively. I am requesting that at least half of the $[redacted] I spent be transferred to my new base so I can recover my losses and continue playing the game without starting from scratch. I am frustrated with the changes in the new version of the game. Spending a significant amount of money on $[redacted] packs does not provide the expected in-game items like peace shields to safeguard investments. This situation is disheartening, especially when realizing that hundreds of dollars have been spent in vain within a day. The game now lacks the joy and challenge it used to offer, as larger bases easily overrun smaller ones without proper protection. The packs do not adequately provide necessary gear and materials, unlike the older game versions which were more generous. It is unfair to pay more money and receive less in return. I have invested a considerable sum only to find the game unenjoyable due to the advantage held by players with bigger bases. This experience is disappointing and discouraging.

I am experiencing an issue on my Fire Tablet where my keyboard keeps disappearing during gameplay. When trying to type in the chat window, I noticed that using hyphenated words prevented the window from crashing. However, every time I hit the space bar, the window closes and takes up to a minute to reopen, almost as if it is proofreading. I have been facing this problem for about five months. I contacted support and received one response advising me to uninstall, check for updates, and clear the cache, which temporarily solved the issue. Since the problem persists, I am currently reinstalling the game. I am using a 5th generation Fire Tablet and my email is [redacted] My in-game name is jesterhunt. I am seeking assistance as my account, associated with the email [redacted] and the base name AMJ0214, seems to have disappeared. I have frequently used a card ending in [redacted] for transactions, the most recent being for $19.99 and $99.99. However, when I attempt to log in now, I am directed to a new account with the base name Base.[redacted]7, instead of my established AMJ0214 account. This is distressing as an impending shield drop could jeopardize funds invested in the game. I urgently require access to my original account to prevent any losses. I stopped playing my game over five years ago. I had five bases under different emails, but with the same phone number, I have been able to recover four of my bases, which I used to farm resources. However, I am unable to locate my main base. It was at a high level, with a lot of fully upgraded items. My commander was fully upgraded in gold and was over level [redacted]. The base name is Villa 62 New Jersey on Mobile Strike.
