My son's Xbox is broken, and I'm attempting to access his Fortnite account, HenDogg903. I've tried every email I can recall, but none seem to be associated with the account. I got him a Nintendo Switch and wish to transfer his old account onto it due to all his skins and around [redacted] V-Bucks. If I can discover the email linked to the account, I should be able to regain access since I typically use the same passwords for everything. Unfortunately, I'm unsure which email I utilized when I initially signed him up. I believe it was sometime around Christmas [redacted] when the account was created.

Hello, I have multiple Epic accounts associated with my emails [redacted] and [redacted] My Fortnite username is bananabboxla, but I cannot locate this account. I only find the account mattewxl linked to [redacted], which is not the bananabboxla account. Would it be possible to provide my Fortnite account code to assist in resolving this issue? Hello, I am seeking urgent assistance with a complex issue. Recently, there have been unauthorized purchases made through a PayPal account linked to my wife's mam, resulting in significant charges to my parents-in-law totaling £[redacted]. The purchases were related to a Fortnite account used by my son, who unknowingly made these transactions without realizing the impact. My wife's mother, who does not have a PlayStation and thought the emails were phishing scams, did not identify these charges until recently. The situation has caused immense stress as my in-laws are retired and rely on a fixed pension. I noticed the January crew pack was released with the green arrow skin, but I missed getting it. I'm eager to know when it will be available again. I used to be a crew member, so I'm wondering if I need to be a current member to access the skin. I tried to add v-bucks to my son's account at [redacted] using the card number, intending to redeem them on PS4, but the only options available were for mobile or PC. I selected mobile, but now I'm unsure where the v-bucks ended up or how to access them.

I encountered a problem when trying to redeem a code from Nvidia. Everything was fine until I reached the "confirm" button. However, at that point, there was an issue with the code redemption. This code is a gift from Nvidia and it is set to expire tonight at midnight. I have contacted support about this matter and would appreciate assistance as soon as possible.

On December 22nd, I bought a Fortnite V-Bucks gift card for $19.99 as a Christmas gift for my special needs son, who enjoys playing the game. When he couldn't locate where to redeem the code on his PlayStation, I tried on my phone since I manage the account through my Gmail. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem the code, it said it had already been used, but the V-Bucks aren't showing up on my son's account. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I recently created an Epic Games account for my son and added V-Bucks. I am currently attempting to link this account to his Switch account, which I manage through parental controls. After receiving an email with a link to authorize the connection, I followed the steps only to encounter a roadblock at the email/password screen. Despite entering my son's details, I received an error message stating the email address was already in use, which is indeed the case by my son, the very account I am trying to link! I also attempted to link the accounts through the Epic Games website by logging in, navigating to accounts, but was greeted with a message stating his account is already linked to a different Epic Games account, which is inaccurate.

I am experiencing great frustration not being able to call and speak with a representative, instead having to email to voice my concerns. I am currently attempting to link my Fortnite account from Nintendo Switch to PlayStation 5. I am wondering if it takes several days to complete this process as all my consoles are on the Epic website. When I try to link it on PlayStation 5, it shows that it's already linked to another account, presumably my Nintendo Switch. I have followed the instructions given, but I cannot figure it out. It indicates that parental consent is needed, but due to an error, I accidentally selected the wrong birth year, which caused a verification issue. Even though I am over 12 years old, I am stuck because the account is unnamed, and I lack the necessary credentials. I keep receiving a prompt to obtain parental permission to play 12+ games whenever I try to access Fortnite. The problem seems to be related to 2FA, which also led to unauthorized purchases in Rocket League and Fortnite. Hello, my son received a V-Bucks gift card from his aunt this Christmas and he wants me to add it to his Nintendo Switch account. Since he's only 10, I set up the Nintendo account under my name and email. The V-Bucks are for Fortnite on Epic Games, but I'm not tech-savvy and struggled to figure it out. When I first created my account, I also bought some additional items without any problems. Suddenly, my credit card was denied without any explanation, and when I switched to my debit card, it worked for a while then stopped. I reached out to support, and they mentioned that the Marketplace was a separate entity and advised me to contact them. Confused, I've been emailing back and forth for weeks trying to resolve this. Despite being able to log in and see my account details, I'm being denied access to the Marketplace which is frustrating as I need to buy two things to complete my project. I just want to get this billing issue fixed quickly without all this back and forth. Please, someone contact me directly to help with this matter.

The original email linked to the account was [redacted] Although I cannot recall the email I used to create the account, I distinctly remember creating it on March 24, [redacted] when I linked my Xbox account. I have never made any purchases on Epic Games, so I do not have any invoice numbers. I have linked Twitch Prime to the account to receive skins. My original display name was DADE.G and the date of my last login is unknown. My Xbox account is connected to my Epic account under the name AndroidMaster67. I need to verify my email account, but the listed email is outdated, an iCloud email which I created before having a proper one. I am unable to access the verification code as I no longer have access to the iCloud email due to forgetting the password and using a new phone. This prevents me from engaging in various activities like trading in Rocket League, enabling 2FA for gifting in Fortnite and Rocket League, progressing in story modes, or adding a payment method. Hello, I'm Alessandro Gigli. I'm trying to connect my son, Akira Jonathan Gigli's Epic Nintendo Switch Fortnite account with his PlayStation 4 Fortnite account. My son had created a Fortnite account with the username Akira12JG and a unique account number: 61467fee314c467794c48fa31a47d7db. However, when I try to log in with the Nintendo account, I find AKIJ12, and the Fortnite association for PlayStation 4 is empty, indicating it's a new account with no progress.
