I am encountering an issue with my account as it remains unactivated whenever I attempt to log in or reset my password. A message appears stating, "Your account is disactivated, you can't use it to pass." This problem arose after my account was hacked one day ago. The person who hacked my account requested money for its return. I am now seeking assistance to resolve this issue. My account is linked to the email [redacted]

A couple of years ago, I used to play Fortnite frequently and spent over $[redacted] on the game. Initially, the game was connected to my Xbox Live account, which was later linked to an Epic Games account I didn't recognize, named "KDW josh oneshot" or something similar. I've tried creating a new Epic Games account with the same email used for the Xbox Live account, but changing details on the Xbox Live account seems to result in losing all my previous purchases. Is there a solution for this issue where I can retain access to my purchases while resolving the account mix-up?

I bought V-Bucks game cards for Nintendo Switch as Christmas gifts. One card was used early, but the V-Bucks won't load. The system claims the Nintendo Switch is inactive and won't recognize it. However, my son can use his credit card to buy V-Bucks on my granddaughter's Switch. If that's the case, why are V-Bucks gift cards sold at retailers like Walmart, Target, and GameStop by Epic Games?

I purchased and downloaded "Ark: Survival Evolved" on the Epic Games Store. After downloading and attempting to play, I discovered that my version on Epic Games is incompatible with my friends' Steam versions, especially for non-dedicated servers. I wanted a refund, but I couldn't request one directly due to having more than 2 hours of playtime. I believe I should still be eligible for a refund because I only had about 10 minutes of actual gameplay, while the rest of the 3 hours was spent in menus trying to join my friends.

I created an Epic Games account for my son a couple of years ago. Recently, he got a new console and wants to transfer his Fortnite account to the new system. However, we are encountering difficulties logging in and connecting the account. I am having trouble with the email addresses I try to use and only have access to three of them, so I am not sure what the issue might be. It's possible that the account is linked to an email address I no longer have access to. My son, who is autistic, is finding this situation very challenging and is getting quite frustrated. Any assistance in linking the accounts and speaking with a representative would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to provide proof of ownership of the account, such as his screen name, details of his last purchases, and other relevant information if necessary. Your help is greatly needed in resolving this issue.

Hello, Epic team, I need assistance with recovering my account password as I seem to have forgotten it. I play on the Nintendo Switch and attempted to log in using my Nintendo account but it requires logging into the Epic account, which I am unable to do without the password. Retrieving access to my account is crucial as I have made purchases on it. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My brother has a Nintendo account. He also had an Epic Games account, but when he tried to sign in to Epic Games to redeem some V-Bucks, he couldn’t log in. It said the account and its registered email weren’t recognized. We then created an Epic Games account with the same email he used for Nintendo, but now it isn’t linked to the Nintendo account. What are we missing here, and why is this such a complicated mess?

Dear Epic Games Support, I am Fenton Townley, an avid player using the account "deathstar044". I accidentally purchased the "Pure Salt" emote, and I'm not a fan of it. I was actually saving up my V-Bucks, and this purchase was not intentional. I kindly request a refund for the emote as I do not have any tokens left to repurchase. I understand if this might not be possible, but I truly do not like the emote. I bought it about 10 minutes ago for [redacted] V-Bucks. Thank you for your understanding, F. Townley

I am wondering if my Fortnite account is separate from my Epic Games account. I am attempting to redeem V-Bucks cards for Fortnite on my Epic Games account through the website. However, I suspect that my Fortnite account on the Switch may be different, preventing me from using those V-Bucks. Additionally, my Epic Games account is connected to my Nintendo account. I am uncertain about the details of my Fortnite account on the Switch to log out and log back in. The Epic Account ID on my Switch in Fortnite appears to be different from my Epic Games account online.

I am having trouble logging into my Epic Games account. It does not accept my email address: [redacted] (my Xbox 1 gaming email). I need to know if this email is associated with my account or if I should be using a different one. My name is Anthony J., my parent is Michelle M. from Australia. If you cannot confirm the email associated with my account, please guide me on how to update my email, connect my Epic Games and Fortnite accounts (I am currently on a ghost account). Thank you.

Hello! I'm reaching out for some assistance regarding my daughter's Fortnite account. She had an account on our old computer with purchased skins and items. Unfortunately, the computer was formatted, and she hasn't played Fortnite since. Recently, we installed Fortnite on a new notebook and set up the Epic Games account, but her account has been reset to level 1 without any of the purchased items and skins. Her account went by the names ZaraZara11, VenomDestroyer4, and currently Darkbow111. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I noticed three unauthorized charges totaling $65.97 on my debit card for Fortnite on December 4. I do not play these games and did not authorize these transactions. The name on my bank account is Judith A. Rhodes. I kindly request a refund for these charges. I hope my concern is addressed this time as it is frustrating to be ignored. I have seen concerning reviews about your credibility. I kindly request that the refund be processed promptly.

I encountered an issue when trying to link my PlayStation account with my Epic Games account. Despite following the provided instructions, it prompted me to create a new Epic Games account, causing me to lose all my progress in Fortnite on my PS4. After trying to revert to my old account, I was unable to reconnect, leaving me frustrated. I kindly request assistance in recovering my progress or seeking a refund. I am quite upset about this situation and would appreciate your help.

I recently had to change my password for one of my Fortnite accounts. Unfortunately, I misplaced the phone with the email and password, and couldn't recover them. I suspect someone may have accessed the account and changed the password. Is there any way you could assist me in retrieving access to the Epic account associated with the email [redacted]? Thank you.

Hello, Good morning, Unfortunately, my son has lost access to his account because he can't remember the email he used to register, or perhaps because it was created just for that purpose and never used again, it was deleted by the service provider. He is using it with Nintendo, but if it were to break, he would lose all progress and purchased skins. How can I help him? Thank you

My son had a Fortnite account on his Nintendo Switch, but after getting an Xbox for Christmas, he mistakenly linked an old account instead of his current one. We're now struggling to recover his latest Fortnite account named "Warren12" as we can't recall the correct email and password. Any advice on how to regain access to this account would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I purchased the soccer skin and Pulse emote in Fortnite for a total of [redacted] V-Bucks. However, today when I logged in, I received a message stating that I was refunded and both items are now gone. I did not receive my V-Bucks back as well. I would like to request to have my skin and emote restored instead of receiving V-Bucks. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

Hello, my alias on your platform is Adamsvbucks without spaces. I bought the Kratos and Master Chief bundle but I want to return both items. Unfortunately, I've used up all my refund tickets and couldn't find the refund button on the screen. The Kratos bundle was [redacted] V-Bucks, and I believe the Master Chief bundle was [redacted] V-Bucks. I am sincere in my request for a V-Bucks refund, not to gain extra V-Bucks. I appreciate the work you've done, and if possible, I would also appreciate the Renegade Raider skin, though not necessary. Thank you, Epic, for your assistance. Goodbye.

I would like to redeem V-Bucks, but I am unsure if they are going to the correct account. My Fortnite tag account is HarleySweetie, but it seems to be linking to JelikoCats. I am concerned that they might not be connected, and I want to ensure the V-Bucks go to the right account. My email is either [redacted] or [redacted] I am unsure about what is happening and I want to avoid losing or wasting the V-Bucks. How can I verify that they are going to the correct gamer account?

I am experiencing difficulties with Epic Games in unlocking my Fortnite account as I am unable to provide proof of ownership. The account was acquired from someone else who no longer wanted it, and no purchases have been made on it. The email address linked to the account is provided below, and I can log in if it is reactivated. While I understand Epic Games’ security measures, I wish they would disclose if an account was potentially stolen rather than outright closing it. I respect their player protection policies. I believe that users should have the ability to transfer ownership of accounts, as seen in other video game transactions. I am from Germany and seeking assistance to resolve this frustrating situation. Though a refund is an option, it does not address the main issue of not being able to access the original Midas Skin. Your help is greatly appreciated.
