Hello, my son has had a Fortnite Epic Games account for many years now, named Deez_Guys_Nuts. Unfortunately, we seem to have lost all of his skins, progress, and history. The account might have been written with all capitals or with underscores; I believe it was linked to the Xbox account Penguin Toes#[redacted]. The 2FA email associated with it was [redacted] Due to account issues, we created a new one called BIG.D.69 and linked our Xbox account to it, but all the history and skins are gone. Is there any way you could help us retrieve the items from the Deez_Guys_Nuts account that disappeared when the new Fortnite season started? We would like to transfer the skins, history, etc., to the BIG.D.69 account if possible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I am having trouble setting up 2FA through all methods available. Also, I have noticed that my Fortnite Save the World quest tracking is not updating. For instance, the task of killing [redacted] husks with a melee weapon has been stuck at 80 out of [redacted] for a while now. I have played three missions using both the axe and highlander sword, but the stat remains unchanged. My Fortnite username is FazeKAYFAN#[redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. The issue affects all Save the World quests, and it's been causing me to miss out on rewards for the past few days. I kindly request assistance with resolving these problems as they are both related to Fortnite. Can I please speak with a live representative for further help? Thank you.

I was billed three times on December 4 for the Fortnite game, totaling over $60.00. These charges are unauthorized, as I do not have the game or an account with your company. I request a refund for these transactions. It appears my debit card number was used without my consent, and I would like to know who made these charges, if possible. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes made to Fortnite and other games I used to enjoy. The updates have not been well received by the community and many players are unhappy. I hope the developers will listen to feedback and make improvements to bring back the excitement that the games once had. From: Concerned Gamer

Every time I try to log in to Fortnite, I encounter an issue where it prompts me to press x to start, then proceeds to check for updates before getting stuck on the "checking epic services queue...retrying" loop. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling the game, testing my internet connection, and restarting my PlayStation 4, but the problem persists. I've been experiencing this issue for approximately 3 weeks now. I've read that it might be a bug, but I haven't found anyone else facing the same problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Amberlen W.

I played Rocket League yesterday as usual, closed my computer for the night, and when I returned to the game today, it opened in a small window, shut down the Epic Games launcher, crashed immediately, and relaunched the launcher. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like clearing caches, reinstalling, updating drivers, and clearing temp files, the issue persists. I even tested loading Fortnite to see if it was a launcher problem, but it worked without any issues. I hope to hear back from you soon so I can resume playing. Thanks!

I'm Harry P. I logged into my theflash737 account on Friday, December 11, [redacted], on Xbox One S. My Fortnite skins were removed and refunded without my permission. When I skipped that, my game froze, so I restarted the console. After rebooting, my game froze again in the lobby despite repeated attempts. I tried troubleshooting by resetting and redownloading the game, but the freezing issue persisted. Can someone assist me with this problem, please?

I tried logging into my account to play GTA 5, but received an incorrect information message. When attempting to reset the password, it stated there was no account with my email. I later found that my email had been changed without my knowledge. I did not share any information for this change. Please assist in recovering my account. Thank you. The original email was [redacted], and the username was BLOOD_Ivaka.

My PlayStation account got banned because of something someone else said on my account. I'm now moving to PC and I want my old Fortnite account back. When I try to use the email linked to the banned PlayStation account, it logs me into an empty Epic Games account. My Epic ID is TrippieLIon, and the PSN account it was linked to was YT-Trippielion. Please get in touch with me on how to resolve this issue, and I'm willing to answer any questions to fix this.

I reached out to your customer service team about being overcharged for Fortnite a week ago, but I have yet to receive a response. Three unauthorized charges appeared on my account, totaling over $60. These charges from December 4 must be refunded as my debit card was compromised. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. I'm disappointed with the lack of response from your company, showing a lack of trustworthiness. Please address this issue promptly and refund the overcharged amount. Thank you. - Judith R.

I would like to contest a 72-hour ban imposed on my account due to an incident where I was harassed. It is clear that I was a victim of harassment from the beginning, but unfortunately, my reaction was the focus of the report. I tried to report the individual harassing me, but as a new user to Epic Games, I struggled to find how to report a console player. Admittedly, my response was impulsive and unprofessional. I believe the ban is unwarranted and urge a closer examination of the other player's actions and the overall behavior of harassment and negativity in this situation.

Hello, I would like to address an issue I am constantly facing on Fortnite. Despite repeatedly activating the 2FA, I am still unable to access tournaments, gift items, and I have not received the "boogie down" dance. (I have followed the videos and instructions, but nothing has worked. I have contacted your technical support multiple times to no avail.) This is my final attempt reaching out to you, hoping you can resolve my concern. Here are my contact details: you can reach me via email at [redacted] Thank you in advance.

For the past 3 years, I've had my Epic Games account. However, today I'm unable to access it or reset the password. When I try to log in, it says that the email is not associated with an account. It appears that someone has taken control of my account, which holds a significant amount of game progress and personal details, including my banking information. I've invested a considerable sum of money into this account and would hate to lose everything. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. - Lewis S. Username: XX1 TOXIC

My son was recently kicked off his Fortnite game. After checking his email, we found a message stating that his email address linked to Epic Games was altered and advised to contact Epic Games immediately if it wasn't authorized. Upon following the instructions, we received a notification about an issue with Fortnite Crew, stating the feature has been disabled temporarily and is being addressed. They assured no disruption for current subscribers. His sign-in email is now [redacted], which was where the notification of the email change was sent, despite us not making any changes.

I bought the Fortnite Crew pack but later refunded it to purchase something else. I canceled the pack on the first day of the new season, and today when I logged in, I noticed that the Fortnite Crew Pack items, including The Skin, The Pickaxe, and 1,[redacted] V-Bucks, were no longer in my inventory. As part of the Crew Pack benefits, you receive the battle pass for free. Yesterday, I had 1,[redacted] V-Bucks, but today I have -[redacted] V-Bucks because the battle pass was not removed when I refunded the pack. Somehow, it deducted the remaining V-Bucks in my account to pay for the battle pass as well.

Hello Epic team, I have encountered an issue with my account recently that I am seeking assistance with. I found myself logged out of my account with the message "Login Expired or logged in elsewhere". Upon investigating with a friend, we discovered that my account was being accessed from a different console, where an Xbox account was connected without my authorization. When attempting to disconnect this platform, I was prompted to verify my email, which I realized was linked to my school email address that has been inactive for nearly a year. I am reaching out to kindly request a resolution to this matter by updating the email associated with my account to [redacted] Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. My account name is qbbiee.

Hello Epic, I encountered an issue with my account recently and am seeking your assistance. I was unexpectedly logged out of my account with the message "Login Expired or logged in elsewhere." Subsequently, my friend informed me that I was being logged out from a different console. I then noticed there was an Xbox account linked to my profile that I did not associate. I attempted to disconnect this platform, but I was prompted to verify my email address. Unfortunately, the email linked is my school email, which has been inactive for nearly a year. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter, possibly by updating the email address associated with my account. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

Upon logging into my Fortnite account, I was surprised to find that I only had [redacted] V-Bucks despite not making any recent purchases. Upon visiting the Epic Games website, I received a notification stating that my account may have been compromised, with a provided link to update my account information. Following the link's instructions, I removed any unfamiliar accounts linked to mine and discovered a PS4 account that was connected without my knowledge. I proceeded to delete it, and the system mentioned that any lost items would be reimbursed. In total, I unexpectedly lost [redacted] V-Bucks due to being hacked.

My account has been compromised, and I no longer have control over it. All sign-in details, including my IP address, have been changed by the hacker who is currently using my account on PS4. With the help of a friend, I obtained the hacker's details during online play and set up two-step authentication. However, the hacker managed to regain access despite this added security measure. Now, when I try to sign in, my account is not found. I urgently need assistance as my bank details were linked. I have attempted to delink all accounts. I hope this issue is resolved promptly, and the hacker is apprehended and face consequences.
