My son enjoys playing Fortnite on his Nintendo Switch but has forgotten his username and password after a couple of years. This has prevented him from linking his account for rewards like the recent Avengers Beta gift. We have 2 Fortnite gift cards he can't redeem. His Epic Account ID is 86c23bf1ae3043c0a31eb7413b63ab01. We need assistance recovering his login details so he can use the gift cards worth $50 in v-bucks received for his birthday. It would be helpful if gift cards could be redeemed in-game to simplify the process for young players who struggle with managing usernames and passwords across devices. Thank you - Brian Heber (on behalf of my son, Alex)

I have been waiting for almost a day to have my accounts merged on Rocket League. I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue. There have been several instances where I waited hours for a response that did not help or seemed to ignore my concerns. Waiting for hours with no assistance is becoming frustrating as all I want to do is play the game. I have never encountered such an issue with any other company, and this situation is starting to wear on me. The problem should have been resolved within an hour or less if they had dedicated the necessary time. I understand there may be other customers to assist, but waiting for hours without any progress is not acceptable.

Hello, Epic Games support team. I am reaching out regarding a recent issue with my Fortnite account. Less than a week ago, my account was banned, and I suspect it was due to being hacked by a player named Faygo with a dot in their name. I am eager to recover my account as I have been a loyal player since [redacted], transitioning from mobile to keyboard and mouse. My account holds sentimental value as I have invested in it, purchasing skins like the Marshmello skin in Season 7 and the Harley Hitter pickaxe. I estimate spending around $[redacted] on various skins, totaling about 60-70 in my collection, including Scarlet Commander, Iris, Dynamo, and many more. I miss the gaming experience without my collection and hope to regain access to my account soon. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, [Initials]

I would like to find out my son's account information for Fortnite. He plays on his Xbox One without needing to log in, but now he wants to use his account on his PS4. We never had to log in on the PS4 before, and now my husband can't remember the username or password for "ElasticFun Boy." He plays the game as well, and when he logs in with "Elasticfun boy," it shows his email address ([redacted]), but his gamer tag is "nolo..." I have already sent an email but haven't heard back yet. I really don't want to lose all the money we invested in my son's account, so please help me access it.

My son and I have been sharing a Fortnite account, taking turns playing. Recently, while my son was playing, he was harassed by individuals who seemed to be game developers. They ganged up on him, treated him poorly, and even displayed a threatening red dot gun sight that would often cause the screen to black out. I decided to create a new account for myself so we could be targeted separately, allowing my son to keep his progress while I started fresh. Upon returning to the game, the developers added an inappropriate image to my son's character, which he found amusing and wanted to keep. I recorded it and shared it with others to shed light on the questionable behavior of the game developers at Epic Games. I am curious to know who made the decision to include such content and whether they believe it is acceptable. While it may have some humor to it, I believe it's important for people to be aware of this situation.

I recently discovered that my email associated with my Epic Games account was compromised after a period of inactivity. On July 23, [redacted], my email was hacked, and I am unable to regain access to the account despite my attempts to contact the provider. The main item I purchased on the Epic Games account was Borderlands 3, and I am willing to provide any necessary purchase details to verify my ownership. Details: Epic Games Account Email: [redacted] Account Name: Poobels (username may not be accurate) I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help. Good evening, I suspect my account has been hacked. The email and password were changed, preventing me from accessing it for some time. Recently, when I tried to log in, it prompted me to create a new email. Due to time constraints, I couldn't reach out to Epic Games support. I'm concerned about the significant amount of money I've invested in the account. I couldn't access my Google account to see the emails from Epic Games informing me about the changes. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Epic Games Support, My son Leon approached me today feeling upset and disillusioned. He disclosed that he was tricked into giving away credits in Rocket League. These credits represented countless hours of gameplay accumulated over the 3 years since he first acquired the game! The other party was supposed to trade something of equal value for what Leon offered, but instead, they took everything without providing anything in return. It's not just disheartening that such deceitful actions are possible, but it's especially dismaying considering the effort he put into earning those credits. This scammer is likely to continue defrauding other honest players and stealing their hard-earned rewards. Leon's username is L_J_M_23. The scammer's username is SwaVyDrxpp. We have a video clip documenting the incident. I would have thought that unless both sides are satisfied, the transaction should not go through and everything should revert back. Unfortunately, it appears the system doesn't operate that way, leaving it vulnerable to exploitation. Please advise if there is any resolution available for this situation. Thank you, David Morris

Hello, I am having trouble setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account. I have attempted multiple times without success. I received an email confirming it was enabled by Epic Games, but when I logged into Fortnite, it still wasn't activated. Despite my efforts over the past eight months, including assistance from my mother, I am unable to resolve this issue. I wish to participate in competitions for Black Widow and tournaments as well as get the boogie down reward. Any help in enabling 2FA on your end would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Ariela. I enjoy playing Fortnite, but I encountered an issue with enabling 2fa due to forgetting my password. Unfortunately, the email linked to my account was deleted, complicating the password reset process. Despite attempting various solutions, like watching instructional videos, I have been unsuccessful for two weeks. I am hesitant to create a new account because my dad and I have invested money in this one, including purchasing skins. My mom suggested reaching out to request a change of email associated with my account. Here are two email options for the switch: [redacted], [redacted] My username is Arieladayeet3r. I appreciate your assistance and hope for a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention.

I have a lengthy issue regarding a Fortnite gift card I won. Unfortunately, my sister used up the balance without my permission. I reached out to an Epic Games representative who stated that since the funds were spent, I would need to purchase V-Bucks. Initially, I had 1,[redacted] V-Bucks, but after my sister bought two skins, I was left with only 1,[redacted]. Upon trying to buy a [redacted] V-Bucks emote, my sister mistakenly purchased two unwanted back blings from the Banner Set. I am hoping to have either 2,[redacted] V-Bucks or 2,[redacted] V-Bucks refunded. If not, I am requesting the option to refund or swap the items. Additionally, I would like the Aura and Crystal items added to my locker. There was also an issue with a pickaxe code that I redeemed but was told it had expired, even though this occurred two weeks before Christmas. I believe I should receive the items I am requesting as I was not at fault for these mistakes.

Dear Fortnite, I am a dedicated player who admires the progress of the game. Since season 7 chapter 1, I have noticed significant changes that have made it less enjoyable for me. The increased skills of players have made it harder for me to succeed in solo matches, leading to some frustration. Despite this, I appreciate the efforts put into the lobby design in season 1 chapter 2 and the enhancements to the battle pass. However, I have some suggestions for improvement. Season 8 chapter 1 and subsequent seasons lacked a compelling theme compared to the past, except for the engaging Marvel collaboration this year. When it comes to adding old skins back, I believe it's essential to consider the preferences of all players, not just original players. Additionally, introducing a game mode to test the double pump mechanic could be exciting for many players. As for weapons, buffing the gray, green, and blue pumps could be well-received, and considering player feedback on existing weapons through surveys would be beneficial. I have a strong affinity for the OG burst from season 3 chapter 1 and suggest enhancing the golden and purple modern burst. Lastly, suggesting the implementation of a gifting system for VBucks and keeping Creative mode updated could further enhance the gameplay experience for many users. Best regards, James L. While playing Rocket League, I unfortunately received a three-day ban for using inappropriate language ("kys") in the chat. The other team's toxic behavior had gotten to me, and I made a mistake in the heat of the moment. I acknowledge that my actions were wrong, and I deeply regret what I said. Typically, I only have access to my dad's house, where I play Rocket League, every other weekend, making this ban particularly frustrating. I assure you that this incident was out of character for me, and I am committed to being a positive player moving forward. I understand my error and am sincerely sorry for my behavior. Please consider lifting the ban so I can enjoy playing the game I love without further disruptions. I seek assistance in resolving this matter as I believe the situation arose from another player's toxic behavior, which led to my unfortunate response.

I recently purchased Rocket League and I've noticed some changes that have made the game less enjoyable for me. In the current season, it seems like you have to dedicate a significant amount of time to complete challenges and receive rewards. Unfortunately, my schedule is busy, and I can only play around 30 minutes a week. It's disappointing to see the game I once loved being transformed into something that feels overwhelming and time-consuming. I'm frustrated with the new system and I wish the game hadn't been altered in this way.

Last night, after the event, I logged in and saw that it needed about 9 hours to get the new season. However, when I logged in this morning, it stated that my account wasn't linked to any account. Consequently, my PS4 and Switch were also disconnected. My last purchase of [redacted] V-Bucks for $7.99 was on November 17, and my last gift was from "scribbleyavenger" Natasha, with a previous gift from my nephew "Xmisify" for Psylocke. I need assistance as I started playing midway through Season 7, played the last two seasons fully, and I believe I reached level [redacted]. I can provide pictures of the Epic invoice I have on my account.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my son's Epic account. We are unable to access the email linked to his account. Despite attempting to recover the password using the "forgot your password" link, we have not been successful. It seems we mistakenly used [redacted] instead of the intended [redacted] for his account. We need guidance on how to switch the account to the correct email. We are setting up his Fortnite account on a new PC, although he has been playing on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and iPad. How were we able to log in on those devices without access to the correct email? Thank you. - Felicia A.

I have set my Epic account as the primary one, and it is linked to Steam. If I change my primary back to Steam, will I retain my progress and receive my season rewards? Is there a possibility for Epic to remove the cooldown after an accidental account link? It would be greatly appreciated if they could do so. If not, I simply want to ensure that I will receive the season rewards I earned on my Steam account.

While playing squads, a connection issue occurred, escorting me back to the lobby and announcing a 24-hour ban for alleged exploitation, which happened while I was innocently on the spawn island. I kindly request for a thorough review of this situation to lift the ban promptly from my account, enabling me to resume enjoying my preferred game without hindrance.

Hello Epic Games, I am reaching out because I accidentally activated parental controls on my email and I am unable to change it. This has restricted my access as I now need an access pin for everything, and in order to reset it, I require my email, which is on a device I no longer possess. I urgently need your assistance in resetting my email. I understand this may raise concerns, but I assure you this is my account and I am in need of immediate help to regain access. My username is "MaybeAnwar". Thank you, Anwar N.

Yesterday, on December 5, [redacted], when browsing the item shop, I mistakenly bought the Monks skin (the stuffed monkey skin). Regrettably, all my refund tickets were used up back in Season 4 Chapter 1. I am hopeful that there might be a possibility to obtain a refund for the skin, even if it means receiving only half the V-Bucks. It feels unjust that players like myself from Season 3 Chapter 1 are limited to only three refunds. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
