Hello, my name is Charlie. During season 5, my account was hacked, and I lost access to it. The compromised account was registered under [redacted] I had purchased many items, including all the season 3 battle pass skins, and invested a significant amount of money. I kindly request assistance in recovering my original account. If that is not an option, I would appreciate it if you could gift me the Elite Agent skin to my new account under [redacted] associated with the username Charシ. If necessary, please reach out to me for the account password. I believe it is only fair to receive the Elite Agent skin, considering the situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

My son’s Fortnite and Epic accounts were hacked. We cannot access his account anymore due to the display name and ID being changed. We have invested a significant amount of money into his account and would like to recover it. Initially, his display name was TTV_LazerBeam337, later changed to MagicalBh_yt. The ID may be 9cc622cd3e7b53e89fa9 linked to [redacted] He has been using this account and email since he began playing Fortnite on PS4. Sadly, my son was tricked into sharing his email and password by another player who promised $50 if he won in a game mode. After winning, my son was directed to give his login details to claim the money, resulting in his account being compromised. The hacker changed the ID and display name but still has access. I am unsure of the steps to take to recover the account. Can someone please offer assistance? The hacker’s display name is s3th_Dynamik Yt with an ID number I believe to be 709a2c3a4c334d3ca45e66ed8c73a1c6. Your help is appreciated.

I am seeking a refund after my son bought v-bucks for Fortnite without my permission. We share the same apple id, and I usually monitor his activity. Unfortunately, there was a delay in receiving a notification from Apple about the purchase. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed the charges were processing on the same day and immediately requested a refund. My son understands the situation and is willing to work to pay me back. As I am currently a student without income, I cannot afford the over $[redacted] spent on v-bucks. This incident has taught us a valuable lesson, and my son will not be playing the game until he can cover the expenses himself. I would be grateful if you could refund the money and remove the items bought with the v-bucks.

My email address is [redacted] The Fortnite account belonging to my grandson, Jacob T., has been hacked, and I have invested thousands of dollars in it over the years, accumulating over [redacted] skins. On May 30, my email was also compromised, and someone named Abdulla reached out to Epic claiming he used a random email to set up an account and requested to change the registered email and enable two-factor authentication. Epic provided the requested information without verifying the account details. Abdulla now has control over my grandson's Fortnite account. I am certain this is a case of identity theft, and I am eager for a human representative to investigate this matter. It is crucial that the account is recovered promptly to prevent any further alterations or unauthorized access.

I need to discuss a situation with some bullies. Initially, they seemed friendly, but when they interacted with me and my friend, they suddenly labeled my friend as toxic, which was not true. I admit I reacted emotionally by cursing, but I have since stopped. I believe reaching out to Epic Games could be a good idea. I am hoping to speak with someone over the phone to address this matter more comprehensively, possibly in a detailed letter of about two pages. If calling is an option, that would be greatly appreciated.

I need help to recover my account. Someone has accessed it and changed the email associated with it. This account is significant to me as I have been using it since I started playing the game just before the end of season 2. The usernames linked to this account are xXR0L1NG85Xx, Not slanted, and Loosoe On Sticks. My real name is Mekhi Vaughn, but the account name should be Michael. I usually play on my Xbox account "Loosoe," and the previous email linked to the account is "[redacted]" Assistance in reclaiming my account would be greatly appreciated.

I believe someone has gained unauthorized access to my account and has changed the associated email to theirs, even though my password remains the same. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my email address as the verification code is being sent to the hacker's email. I have submitted three support tickets to Epic Games to address this issue. Initially, I mistakenly sent the ticket to the hacker's email as it was automatically selected, so I sent a second ticket with my correct email. However, I received a response indicating the issue was already addressed in the first ticket. I then submitted a third ticket explaining the situation, but received the same automated response. Regrettably, I am unable to resolve the problem and regain control of my account. My Epic Games username is Jan_Dynasty.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Purchases on Fortnite Account To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out to raise a complaint regarding unauthorized purchases on our Fortnite account. Normally, we monitor and approve additional credits/v-bucks purchases made by our son. However, we recently noticed a debt of £79.96 (4x£19.99) on our account, which we did not authorize. Given the fluctuating amounts in previous months, we are concerned about these unauthorized transactions. Due to my current unemployment situation caused by COVID-19, I cannot afford these charges. I have discussed this with my family, and we believe either our account has been compromised externally or internally. Our son does not know the password, which was changed recently by my wife for added security. I kindly request a full refund for these unauthorized purchases and would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, A. S. I am an Xbox player who enjoys Fortnite, but the skill-based matchmaking has made it difficult for me to have fun. The game pits me against PC players with better performance, causing my friends to avoid playing with me as they find it too challenging. It's disheartening to have no one to join me in the game due to the mismatched skill levels. Despite purchasing the new battle pass, I am considering giving up because of this issue. Last season, when skill-based matchmaking was removed in squads, it was a refreshing and enjoyable experience for me and my friends. However, its reintroduction in the current season has left me feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I don't want to strain my friendships over a game, but it's tough to find the balance. Fortnite used to be my escape, but now it only adds to my stress.

After my computer crashed and I reinstalled the operating system, my Epic Games account was uninstalled. The account name I remember is Irregular_Account or IrregularAccount, but I have forgotten all the other account details as it has been a long time since I last used the Epic Games application. The account is old, and I can't recall the password. I wanted to update the email associated with it, but I lack the necessary information to do so. Reclaiming my account would make me very happy. I believe the email linked to the account was [redacted], which I used when I first signed up using my school email. I remember having Crashlands, GTA5, and possibly other games that I acquired during free sales. I haven't made any purchases on that account. I hope this information is useful in recovering my account.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out regarding my 8-year-old son's hacked Epic account. Despite numerous attempts, Google has been unable to assist in recovering his email. I have invested substantially in his Fortnite account but am prepared to have it deleted if necessary. The individual using the account under the PS4 username Xotic_RomeoYT must be stopped. The Epic account ID is 480ec40212d74795a8e12f7fe59a2b08. Please deactivate this account promptly. You can reach me via email at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Managing my accounts has been a struggle for over two years now, and I could really use some help from Epic. My Epic account is connected to an unverified noob account, which I believe originated when my Nintendo Switch broke, and I couldn't remember my password to log back in. The situation was complicated by a previous mobile account from seasons 7-9, which had similar issues. Upon resetting my password, both my Epic and iPad accounts lost valuable items. I suspect this may be due to hacking, although I lack concrete evidence. To add to the confusion, I am unsure of my current Epic account's password, as I initially only linked it to my Xbox without setting a new password. Contacting Epic support directly seems like the best way to address and resolve these account issues.

Good afternoon! I'm using my PC to reinstall the Epic Games launcher as I want to download Fortnite. However, when I try to reinstall it, I keep getting an error message indicating that the launcher has crashed multiple times. I declined the online support option, but then a different error message appears, mentioning an unrecoverable issue that leads to the Unreal Engine support page. Despite leaving several messages there, I have not received any responses. I simply want to completely uninstall or repair the Epic Games launcher so I can download Fortnite and enjoy playing it on my PC again. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you and have a great day!

I am extremely stressed out and seeking help. My younger brother's account was hacked into while I was asleep at 2 AM. Upon waking up, I discovered that the password had been changed, and the account was unlinked from his PS4. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Our mother works diligently to provide for us, and she had recently made a purchase on his Fortnite account, only for it to be compromised by hackers. This situation is causing me a lot of distress, and I am in need of assistance.

While on vacation in the mountains, I missed important emails regarding my account issue. Upon returning from my two-week break, I noticed that I couldn't log into my game account as it seemed to have been compromised. Someone accessed my email and changed my account details, using a different name than mine, which triggered a change in the email address linked to the account. Despite my attempts to address the problem through customer service, I am unable to resolve it as my account information is no longer recognized. Additionally, I discovered that my alternative account was also linked to an Xbox account without my authorization. I want to clarify that I never shared my login details with anyone other than my mother and didn't allow anyone else to use my account on any platform.

Hello, I am seeking help for my son to access his Epic account and set up 2FA. His original username, Soul-Squad-CG, was created using PSN, but we never associated it with an Epic account. Now, while trying to merge, I am prompted to create a new Epic account to match the PSN username, yet I don't know the linked email address. One son's Switch Epic account is under [redacted], and his other profile is under [redacted] However, entering these emails directs me to accounts unrelated to Soul-Squad-CG. Is there a method to input his username to discover the account details for Epic setup, or could you assist in merging the [redacted] accounts? Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I have been playing Fortnite for more than 2 years now. Lately, for the past few months, my microphone has not been working in the game. I have checked all my settings repeatedly, and they seem to be correct. I bought an adapter for my PC, and although it initially fixed the issue, it reverted back to not working. Every time I log in, my microphone won't work on Fortnite but works fine on other games and apps. I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot and have tried everything I can think of. After the last update, my microphone worked well for a few days before encountering the same problem. I am at a loss and really want to continue playing the game without communication issues. This problem also occurs frequently for some of my friends. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this as I just want to chat with my friends in the game.

When I try to merge my Switch and Epic accounts, I receive a message saying they are already linked. I don't know how this happened. It's preventing me from using my V-Bucks card. I have followed all the online instructions and emailed Epic Games about this issue a month ago but haven't received a response yet. Today, I'm trying to link my Nintendo and Epic accounts to redeem a V-Bucks card. Last month, I was attempting to link them for 2FA to get rewards for dance and gifting, but even though it says we have 2FA, my young son didn't receive the rewards. I'm seeking guidance step by step to resolve this so my son can fully enjoy playing and hopefully stop bothering me. I want to identify any unknown accounts, delete them without losing any progress in his current game, and then link the correct accounts. Thank you.

I downloaded two updates for Outer Worlds on September 8. After the first update, I could play the game. However, after the second update, I am unable to load any previous saves or continue the game. I am only able to restart from the beginning. I have already tried deleting and re-downloading the game, but the issue persists. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
