On January 28, my Epic Games account was compromised, but I only discovered it on February 21. While playing Fortnite on my PS4, I encountered an update that prompted me to either link my account or skip. By mistake, I selected skip, resulting in a new nameless account with all my skins, purchases, and progress missing. Following Epic's instructions, I linked this nameless account to a new Epic account with a different email. Subsequently, I deleted the newly created Epic account to try to regain access to my hacked original account. However, when I attempt to sign in via PSN on Epic Games, it indicates that my account is inactive. In Fortnite on my PS4, I am continuously faced with a message stating: "Unable to sign in to your account for PlayStation Network, please try again later." Clicking retry yields the same result. I'm currently unable to progress beyond this screen on my PS4. Epic Games insists that my Epic account is still linked to the nameless account, even though I can't log in after inadvertently deleting it.

I had two Epic Games accounts, one for my PC and another linked to my Xbox without a name. I logged into the nameless account, unlinked it from my Xbox, and linked my old account instead. Afterward, I requested the deletion of the new account. Despite some difficulty, I eventually succeeded in deleting it. However, upon trying to log into my old account, I was informed it was inactive and the credentials were unavailable. I was surprised as I had not initiated the deletion process while logged into the old account. I regret not double-checking which account the deletion email was being sent to. I recently purchased the £19.99 Fortnite Battle Pass, which seems to have been lost with my old account. I hope to regain access to my old account with all its contents restored, including Fortnite save progress, battle pass, V-bucks, and any redeemed free games. If that's not possible, at least restoring the battle pass and V-bucks would be appreciated. Thank you.

My partner and I both purchased a Fortnite extension pack simultaneously using the same card. Unfortunately, the card company mistakenly viewed it as a duplicate transaction, resulting in a chargeback and ultimately causing my account to be banned. According to the online information, resolving this issue might take up to two weeks, which has only been successfully done once before after sending daily emails. Given the significant amount we've invested in this game, it's disheartening that the customer support is lacking. It would be appreciated if they allocated some of their substantial earnings towards establishing a dedicated support line.

I have been playing Fortnite on an account that was gifted to me since season three. Initially, I played on PS4 and later switched to Xbox One without any issues until recently. I logged into Fortnite on PC a few times but preferred playing on Xbox. However, one night, I experienced terrible lag on PC, so I switched back to console only to find my account reset to zero. All my Save the World progress in Plankerton is gone. This happened on both PC and when I checked my old PS, I found the same issue. My account got wiped, including hundreds of dollars worth of skins and STW progress since season 3. I can provide screenshots and videos of me playing right before losing the account. The username is Brumah, email attached is [redacted], PS ID is jasonallenmccoy@ifloud, and Xbox ID is Hariboisawesome. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the original email. I have contacted support twice but received no response. I hope to get in touch with someone from Epic who can help me regain access to my account and pick up where I left off.

My Xbox account was recently hacked, forcing me to transfer all my progress to a new account. Since my Epic account was also compromised previously, I couldn't create a new one. The hacker linked all my purchased items and skins to their own Epic account, leaving me unable to access anything. I've spent a significant amount of money on this game, and this is now the second time my Fortnite account has been hacked. I received an email from you recently but haven't heard back after I replied an hour ago. I'm feeling upset about the situation and would like to know if there's any way to recover my items.

I am currently experiencing difficulties with building using the legacy settings. Despite adjusting the controller building sensitivity to 5.0x, the process remains exceptionally slow. Moreover, I no longer have the option to toggle the legacy look controls on or off. This predicament has hampered my gameplay significantly, rendering it difficult to enjoy the game as before. While playing Fortnite, I accumulated various items. Upon returning from a break, I discovered that some of my skins and battle passes were missing. The items that disappeared included the Season 3 and Season 8 battle passes, my soccer skin, my Skulltrooper skin, and my Season 1 Chapter 2 battle pass. I attempted to restart the game, but the issue persisted. If you could assist with this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a game but I am unable to download it using my old email address [redacted] I can log in to Epic Games and make purchases, but I can't download games. I am having trouble logging into my Epic Games account on my PS4. An error message keeps popping up saying "This Epic account was previously linked to a different external account. It can only be relinked to the old external account and not a new one." However, when I check my Epic Games account, there is no connection to any consoles such as PS4 or Xbox. Can you help me figure out what external account my Epic account might be linked to?

Epic Games, it was my birthday on March 4, and yesterday my account was suddenly deleted. I did not do anything to prompt this, not even hit any red buttons or go back. I was playing with the Deadpool battle pass on tier 83 and had purchased in-game items like the ice pack. I have encountered many issues and cannot find a way to recover my account without knowing the email linked to it. Hello Epic Games, I recently discovered that my account was unexpectedly deleted. It happened right after my birthday on March 4. I was actively playing Fortnite on my account until yesterday when I received a message prompting me to either create a new account or retrieve my old one. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email associated with my previous account. I am kindly requesting assistance regarding my account under the username SeanTTVgg. I had unlocked Deadpool, owned the battle pass, and had progressed to tier three or possibly further. Losing access to my account has left me feeling quite upset, especially after an enjoyable gaming session yesterday. If there's a way to rectify this situation, I would greatly appreciate it. Hello, I recently experienced a security breach with my online accounts. My Epic Games account (hypnoni), Steam, and EA accounts were all hacked. Fortunately, I was able to secure my Steam and Instagram accounts, but the hacker gained access to my EA and Epic accounts. I received an email from EA indicating that the hacker's IP address is from Poland. However, I have not opened any suspicious emails, including one from a Polish sender which I promptly deleted. I am concerned because my Epic Games account contains my credit card information. Despite reaching out to Epic Games three days ago, I have not received a response. I feel violated and unsure of what steps to take next to regain control of my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally purchased a camouflage while browsing the updated Fortnite store without needing to confirm the purchase. Unfortunately, I have already used up my in-game refund requests in past seasons. I had just enough V-Bucks for the next battle pass, so I would like to return the camouflage and get my V-Bucks back somehow.

I downloaded Just Cause 4 for free on EGS during the 16th April - 23rd April giveaway. It took a week for the game to work. I played for 10hrs and liked it, so I bought the Complete edition on 25th April. However, I cannot access the DLCs in-game. I refrained from playing more than an hour to adhere to the 2-hour refund policy. Despite waiting 4 days after the purchase, the issue persists. I'm disappointed as a first-time buyer on EGS to not receive the content I paid for. I respectfully ask for an escalation of my problem. The delayed responses from the customer service team have prolonged the resolution time. I have barely played the game for 30 minutes post-purchase to comply with the refund policy. Waiting for over a day to access the paid content with no resolution or refund is frustrating. This is not a pre-order, and the game has been out for years. I urge for a prompt resolution or a refund.

Upon launching Fortnite, I noticed that my beloved skin, Malice, had mysteriously disappeared and was replaced with a default skin in the battle royale lobby. Upon further investigation, it was evident that the Malice skin was indeed missing. Moreover, two new skins, Flare and Surf Rider, appeared which I have not purchased nor have any interest in owning. Equally concerning, my V-bucks balance plummeted from [redacted] to [redacted] without explanation. I am certain I did not accidentally return the Malice skin, as this would be highly unlikely. My main priority is to retrieve my Malice skin, regain the lost V-bucks, and address the disappearance of the return ticket. I have no intention of keeping the new skins. The idea of purchasing the entire set for Malice only to have her returned is illogical. This situation has caused me distress, prompting me to change my account password in search of a resolution.

Recently, an individual stole my Epic Games account and changed the email associated with it. The perpetrator is a seller of stolen accounts on Instagram. My friend asked for the email linked to my stolen account and we now know the new email. The Instagram user is named "geoterraccounts" and they are known for stealing other accounts as well. The new email linked to my Epic Games account is [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

I received a message on my PlayStation from someone I didn't know, asking me to join them on Discord. They claimed we played Fortnite together recently, but I haven't played in two years. After sending a screenshot of an account with my Epic Name: SA Dragonnite, which I had changed recently along with the associated email, [redacted], I realized it wasn't me. Concerned that my Epic Games or PlayStation account may have been hacked or linked to someone else's, I immediately changed my PSN password and signed out from all devices. I hope this resolves the issue, but I want to ensure my accounts are secure.

Hello, I have a question about Fortnite Battle Royale on Nintendo Switch regarding motion controls. Previously, when legacy aim assist existed, there was aim assist for motion controls. However, when linear and exponential settings were introduced for controller players and legacy was removed, aim assist for motion controls was also removed. I am specifically highlighting motion controls because I am a proficient player using yaw mode which allows full controller movement. Implementing aim assist for motion controls similar to linear and exponential settings in the new Fortnite season would greatly benefit new players and enhance the experience for Nintendo Switch players. Motion controls offer a unique gameplay style that sets it apart, and adding aim assist would provide players with more options and diversify the gaming experience on the platform. I also commend Epic Games for their design of the motion controls. I would be willing to assist in testing aim assist on motion controls as I have extensive experience in this area.
