I have a $25 VISA prepaid gift card which I want to use to buy Rainbow 6 from the Epic Games Store. Despite waiting 24 hours, the card keeps getting declined. I also have a $10 Epic coupon to apply to the purchase. The card has the necessary funds and has been registered for online use. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my account was hacked, and as a result, it has been banned. Despite reaching out via email, some support members have informed me that the ban cannot be lifted. I am certain that I have not violated any rules as I last accessed my account on the 3rd and was surprised to find it banned when I tried to log in on the 8th. This ban feels unjust as I believe I have done nothing wrong. Someone falsely accused me of cheating, and now, I cannot even use my partner's account on my computer. I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this game, and I am hoping for a resolution to this issue so that I can regain access to my account.

I am having trouble accessing my Fortnite account on Xbox as I can't remember the password and the associated email address. I need to log in to other devices like the Nintendo Switch and mobile. When I try to update my email, a verification code is sent to the old email I can't recall. Enabling 2FA on Xbox is necessary for competing in Fortnite cash cups, but I can't set it up as the verification code is sent to the forgotten email. Epic Games directed me to their help services. I also need to update my phone number and correct errors in my last name. I seek assistance from an Epic Games representative to resolve these account issues. My contact number is [redacted] and my Fortnite account name is MakaiPS4xyz35.

I have contacted Epic Games multiple times about my son's Fortnite account being hacked. Every time we try to play, we get immediately logged out by the hacker who changes my son's skin without permission. I have noticed the hacker even used my son's account to join parties. I fear the hacker has accessed my credit card information. I urgently need this issue resolved. My Epic account email is [redacted], account name is DefiantYard8429, and I am Diahna Atwood. I have deleted all friends but the hacker keeps adding them back. My son, only 9 years old, doesn't interact with strangers for safety reasons. I am shocked at the lack of security measures in place. Epic Games must investigate and ban the hacker immediately. Security measures need to be enhanced to prevent unauthorized access. I am desperate for help to remove the hacker from my son's account.

I am a parent who purchased a V-Bucks card from Walmart for my son, who plays Fortnite on PlayStation. Even though the card should be usable for PlayStation, we are unable to redeem it because the only device options available are for mobile and computer, which he doesn't use. I've tried redeeming the code on PlayStation console, in the game, and on Epic Games website, but to no avail. I am frustrated with the process and would like a refund since the code remains unredeemed for the correct platform. I've reached out to Epic Games with no response and found others facing similar issues on forums. I wish to get a refund to buy V-Bucks through a PlayStation card directly in the game. My son’s in-game name is MonsterHouse633, and my work colleague also encountered the same problem. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have a problem. Recently, I tried to play Fortnite on my PC after returning from working in another country from 04.03.[redacted] to 02.01.[redacted] and found my account deactivated for what seems like no reason. I suspect my account may have been hacked as my password was not very strong due to memory issues caused by an illness. Although the hacker didn't have access to my email, I changed my password for security. However, my account remains deactivated. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue. My Epicgames account name is "Rising_Phoenix00." I would be grateful for any information on this matter and for the reactivation of my account. My parents invested a significant amount of money into it, and I am worried about the loss. Thank you.

I am Shane Adams, the Community Manager at Esports Arena. I am looking to arrange a live chat or discord call with a member of your team to address some issues we encounter during our local events. There are two main points I'd like to discuss. Firstly, we need assistance with whitelisting our IP addresses at our event locations to avoid being locked out of our accounts. Secondly, we are interested in purchasing a custom server that would allow us to spectate and shoutcast our matches. Esports Arena hosts events weekly and we are focused on enhancing the Esports aspect of Fortnite. Kindly respond to the information provided, and if this is not the appropriate contact person, please direct me to someone who can assist us. Thank you!

Dear Epic Games, I've experienced a disappointing situation with my Fortnite account. Initially, I woke up looking forward to a great day but found a concerning message regarding a refund and the removal of the ikonik skin that a friend gifted me for my birthday. This skin meant a lot to me as it was a thoughtful present, so its removal has left me feeling upset. I received the skin from my friend on June 14th, and it was not purchased from any website. My Fortnite name on PlayStation is Faze_iNFINITY_00. I kindly request assistance in restoring my ikonik skin. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, #TeamEPIC_Games

Hello, I wanted to share that my son and I are big fans of Fortnite. We've been enjoying the game for over 90 days, with more than [redacted] hours of gameplay. We play on the Middle East server from Pakistan, using a PC and PS4 PRO on the same wifi network. Recently, we've noticed a strange bug affecting our ping. Some games have a ping of 60, while others unexpectedly spike to [redacted], causing inconsistencies and frustration. This issue seems to be widespread among Fortnite players globally, not just limited to the Middle East server. Many others have reported similar problems in the last week through various Reddit posts. We hope Epic Games can address and fix this problem soon as the high ping of [redacted] makes the game unplayable at times. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, M. Usman Gulzar

Hello, I am having trouble getting the Save the World package to work on my son's PC. We purchased it at the end of last year, and I recently discovered that it has never worked. Can this issue be resolved as soon as possible? Additionally, my son bought a Deep Freeze bundle but is unable to redeem it on his PC. The code is XML5 R8ND H6B6. Moreover, his friend bought a PS4 and gave my son the Neo Versa bundle with the code CECX 28NA 4LF2. My son's username is ProTrooper75. Please reach out to me via email provided. Thank you.

My friend recently started playing on my Fortnite account, and I encountered an issue. I had purchased [redacted] vbucks, and he asked to buy an [redacted] vbuck outfit, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I am unable to play on my account due to my laptop's limitations. From what I gathered, my friend has been purchasing cosmetics without my permission and using up my vbucks. I have other friends who also have access to my account, but I am unsure who is responsible. When checking my vbuck balance, I noticed a significant decrease that didn't align with my purchases. I would like the unauthorized transactions investigated, my vbucks refunded, and the purchased cosmetics removed from the account. I am not looking to have them banned yet but will consider it once my brother's smart TV is functional. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. -A Dedicated Gamer

Hello, my username is LeThaL_WoRmZz on PS4 and my Epic account as well. Unfortunately, I mistakenly purchased a skin from the item shop for 1,[redacted] V-Bucks. I intended to preview the skin but accidentally pressed square to buy it instead of x. I have used up all my refund tokens from before, so I kindly request a refund of 1,[redacted] V-Bucks. If necessary, please remove the accidentally purchased skin as well. Your assistance in returning my V-Bucks is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I purchased "Save the World" in December [redacted], I got the Ultimate Founder's Pack. Recently, someone asked me for specific weapons I didn't have. After checking the website, I realized I'm missing several items included in the ultimate package like the Masamune, Nocturno, Deconstructor, Recon AC, Recon Jess, and Lotus Assassin Sarah. There might be other things I didn't receive. I'm not sure how to verify this. I would appreciate it if all the missing items that were supposed to come with my purchase of the Ultimate Package could be added to my game.

On February 8th, I was scammed in Fortnite Save The World by someone I don't remember the name of. I wasn't too worried at first, thinking it was just a game. However, the scammer threatened to create a fake video using my voice in which his friend would pretend to scam me. His YouTube channel is Hip3x_Simply. If anyone has further information, please contact me using my Epic username.

My microphone seems to have been muted by Fortnite on my Xbox One. After contacting Xbox support, they explained that the issue lies with Epic Games muting me, not my microphone. While I can hear others through my headphones, I cannot communicate back. Interestingly, I can communicate in parties on other games. Despite checking all settings and network configurations, I am unable to resolve this mute issue. The number provided by Epic Games only leads me to their website, leaving me frustrated. I am eager to speak with a real person as machines are unable to assist with this problem.

I purchased the Harley Quinn outfit for [redacted] V-Bucks. Later, I decided to buy the entire bundle for an additional [redacted] V-Bucks. The bundle includes three challenges to unlock the second skin. I have successfully completed all three challenges, but the first challenge is showing as unavailable even though I have already completed it. This issue is preventing me from acquiring the second skin. I am disappointed that I spent [redacted] V-Bucks and am unable to obtain the second outfit.

My son received a $25 Fortnite V-Bucks card for his birthday. He plays Fortnite on his Switch, but we're struggling to access his Epic Account to redeem the card. I want to avoid losing the items we've already purchased. When I log in with my email and password, a different name appears, not his. My son's in-game name is TwizzlerBA, and my emails are [redacted] or [redacted] If there's a way to create a new account for him, that would be much appreciated.

Since January, my son has been experiencing account issues with unauthorized users being added by a presumed hacker. The account keeps logging him out, indicating a compromise. Despite changing the password multiple times for security, the problem persists. I'm attempting to update the email linked to the account but not receiving the verification code. Currently, my teenager's email is linked, who passed it to his younger brother. Upon logging in, I noticed a PlayStation Network linked that doesn't match ours, which I've disabled along with changing the password again. The account's first and last name appear altered, making it challenging to identify. Are notifications sent to the email for such changes? Additionally, the listed phone number doesn't match any in our household's last four digits.

I need to update my email to [redacted] as I deleted my previous email, [redacted] I have attempted to contact you through email and phone. This situation reminds me of a compelling plot for a movie where a character struggles to change their email to access important account information, only to be thwarted by a unhelpful corporation, leading to a dramatic turn of events. I simply need assistance with this matter. I appreciate your prompt attention to this request as I am eager to regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have an account on Fortnite with the username Emilyx.11. I play exclusively on my iPhone XS Max from Cyprus. Today, when I tried to log in, I was prompted to enter my password for the first time but unfortunately, I forgot it. I tried several passwords without success and also attempted to access my Yahoo email account ([redacted]) which I created 10 years ago. Yahoo requested to send me a message to my old phone number associated with the email, which is no longer in use. I reached out to Yahoo but haven't received any assistance. Considering your team's higher activity level, I am turning to you for help. My email and username are the same on Facebook. I can provide proof of ownership if needed. On my Fortnite account, I have three female skins - one from Harley Quinn, another from a Christmas event, and one more whose name I can't recall. The two skins from the item shop were gifted by my friend with the username Simis96CY/Similos96. I am willing to provide any information to verify my ownership. Thank you for your assistance.
