A while back, my Fortnite account got hacked, and when I logged in, everything was reset - my name, settings, and even my arena points. I decided to start fresh and now have many skins and wins. However, I'm having trouble enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and accessing my account on my upcoming PC. I need to retrieve my account name, email, and password.

Hi, I have a Minty Pickaxe code that I redeemed, but I realized my Xbox account is linked to a different Epic Games account where I don't have the code. I need to cancel the code on this Epic account so I can use it on my other account. I can provide proof that both accounts are mine. Can I please get another code without having to make additional purchases? How can I merge both Epic accounts on my Xbox or transfer the code to my account? I'm in a panic trying to sort this out because all my purchases are split between accounts. I desperately want all the content on one account. Please assist me during the holiday season. I'm feeling quite upset about this situation. I hope to receive personal assistance and avoid automated responses. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

When I tried to play my game, a screen popped up asking to link my account or skip. I linked my account and when I pressed play, my locker was empty. Despite linking my account, all my items are missing. I've invested a lot in this account, and losing everything feels like losing a part of myself. Please assist me in recovering my items. I am reaching out because I am unable to access my account which contained precious skins like the Renegade Raider and Crackshot. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password via email, I have not received any reset emails after months of waiting. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my prize money. I participated in the console platform cup and came 83rd this season on week 3. Despite providing the necessary information and proof, I have not received any confirmation of my winnings. The customer support team mentioned I should expect an email by December 13th, but it's past that date, and I'm still left in the dark. As a 16-year-old, winning $[redacted] meant a lot to me, and the delay has dampened my spirits. I have submitted all the required details, including my Epic and Xbox usernames, associated emails, and full name (Jamie Raddon). Please address this issue promptly as I was hoping to have the money before Christmas.

When I tried to access my Epic Games account, I noticed that I was logged into my friend's account instead of mine. I used my own login details, but somehow ended up on his account. Now, the skins and v-bucks from my Xbox are showing on his account. I need either a refund or for these items to be moved to my actual account. This mistake was made by Epic Games, as I never linked my email or password to my friend's account. I am very confused and eager to have this issue resolved promptly.

I can't find my Fortnite account. When attempting to log in, all my purchased items are missing. I've owned the account since June [redacted], completed all game passes, and bought multiple skins and emotes. I'm seeking a restoration of my account or a refund for my transactions. Reclaiming my account is my preferred option as I've dedicated a lot of time and effort to it. Currently battling cancer, the game has been crucial to managing stress, and losing access has been distressing.

I made a promise to my son to give him the money he earned from helping with his siblings after I underwent 11 surgeries in the last 2 years. Unfortunately, my 3-year-old had an accident, and I was unable to give him the money in time for him to purchase the Star Wars skin on Fortnite that he had his heart set on. I haven't played Fortnite in a few days. When I tried to click the Fortnite icon to play, it took me to Epic Games. I play on PC, and it told me to log in, which is weird because I'm usually always logged in. I entered my password and email, and it says my account has been inactive and I cannot log in. There's nothing I can do to reset the password or access my account on epicgames.com because it keeps saying my account has been inactive. I don't know if I've been hacked but I had a lot of money invested in this game.

I mistakenly purchased a skin (Gage) in the item shop instead of gifting it to my friend who has no skins. I tried to cancel the purchase, but it redirected me to the V-Bucks page without canceling. Unfortunately, I no longer have any refunds available, and Fortnite did not cancel the purchase, possibly due to a glitch. I kindly request Epic Games to remove the skin from my account and refund me the V-Bucks spent, or provide me with an additional refund for this accidental purchase. My username is Legendaryleama.

I was in the process of adding 2FA to our Fortnite account when the game suddenly closed and restarted. Now, all the levels we had earned, the skins purchased, and the remaining vbucks are gone. This has upset my 8-year-old, who was at level [redacted] and we had just bought [redacted] vbucks today. I'm confused about why enabling 2FA would cause this issue. I'm hoping to have his account restored to its previous state with all the levels, skins, and vbucks intact. Thank you.

I have been a support creator for some time now and have earned money through Epic, but I am unsure of the total amount I have earned. How can I receive payments in my bank account? I created my Epic Games account while playing Fortnite on my PS4. It automatically used my PSN details to set up the account, but it mistakenly used the email "[redacted]" instead of the correct one "[redacted]". Now, I can't access Rainbow 6 Siege on my computer because the verification email is being sent to the incorrect email address. I am unable to unlink my PSN account or update the email for verification because it keeps sending the confirmation emails to the non-existent "[redacted]" address. Good evening! I recently bought an Android cellphone compatible with Fortnite, and when I tried to install the game on my device, I got a message asking me to update the Epic Games app. However, when I try to do the update, I receive an error message preventing me from updating Epic Games and subsequently installing Fortnite. Hello everyone, I purchased an Android phone that is compatible with Fortnite. When I attempted to install the game, I received a message prompting me to update the Epic Games application. However, when I tried to perform the update, I encountered an error message preventing me from updating Epic Games and subsequently installing Fortnite. The error message reads: LIBRARY-IN EXISTINGBADFINGERPRINT Setup encountered an unexpected error. I am hopeful that someone can assist me in resolving this issue. I recently bought Wattam for my PC. The game loads and plays the intro, but when the green cube is on the wall with a bracket saying "Start," nothing happens despite my repeated attempts. I saw a video where the green cube starts "talking" at this point. I was advised to download an older version of DirectX, but this didn't help as I already had the latest version. Epic Games recommended I reach out to Funomena on Twitter, which I did a few hours ago. I'm currently awaiting a response.

My granddaughter bought a $10 Fortnite card with her money for [redacted] V-Bucks, but the code b5wz-mz83-xbwx-l2bn isn't working. I've been trying to help her non-stop. She's 9 years old, upset, and desperate to use her V-Bucks. Can you provide a new code so she can get what she wants in the game? It would mean a lot to make her happy again. Thank you.

I am unable to access my Yahoo account linked to my Epic Games account because Yahoo has removed it due to inactivity. As a result, I am unable to participate in tournaments with my clan.
