I mistakenly used the wrong email for my Epic Games account, as the email I provided does not exist. I accidentally did this without signing out of my account, and now I can't log back in because I forgot the email address. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover the account as it's linked to a nonexistent email. The correct email I intended to enter is [redacted] I'm worried because I have made several purchases using this account and I don't want to lose them. Currently, my email is [redacted] If you could update it to the correct email, I'd be extremely grateful. Please, if possible, expedite this process. If needed, you can verify my identity by contacting me using the number provided in the account information. Thank you for your assistance.

I am struggling to remember my email and password for my account. I need this information to set up my two-factor authentication. I find it frustrating when I try to log in, and a verification email is sent to another account. If there is any way you can assist me with this issue, I would be grateful.

Hello, I go by the name PopsFN. I recently discovered that there is a player going by "PopsOCE" who is pretending to be me. Unfortunately, this imposter has been using racial slurs in lobbies, causing me to be falsely labeled as racist within the OCE Community. I have attempted to address this behavior by contacting them through Discord, but they have been uncooperative. This is not the first time this individual has impersonated me; they previously did so on Discord within the "Core Practice League," trying to have me permanently banned. I fear that this person will persist in damaging my reputation by continuing to impersonate me and spreading hate in various lobbies.

Hi, I'm concerned about the age gate my 12-year-old son, D., is worried about regarding Fortnite. He's been playing for a long time under the username dobydeez. He's worried his account might get deleted as he's underage. He has about [redacted] skins and enjoys playing. I, as a parent, set up the account with him, and he has my permission. Will the age requirement change to 13? Thank you.

Hello, I recently encountered a serious issue with my son's Fortnite account. Upon logging in, we found that all his valuable items such as V-Bucks and skins worth thousands of dollars have disappeared. The account has been reset back to season 1, causing a great deal of distress. The email linked to his account is [redacted], and his username is Tacoburrito11. I kindly request assistance in restoring his account to its original state with all the lost items. Thank you.

After taking a break from Fortnite, I recently returned to find my account at max level in a new season. However, when I try to play, I get kicked off, and I've noticed many new Epic friends whom I don't recognize. It seems like my account has been compromised, and someone else may be using it. I need assistance with this issue.

My Xbox One account is S4WY3R1. I was playing a Playground Free-For-All match and achieved three eliminations in a row with only one missed shot. After this, I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding possible cheating accusations, and shortly after, my game froze. Subsequently, every time I attempt to access Save the World, Creative, or Battle Royale modes, my game freezes. This issue is not present with any other games or apps on my console. I have video evidence of the gameplay that led to the eliminations to demonstrate that no cheating software was involved. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter to potentially lift any account restrictions that may be in place.

Hello, please write back to me. I have a significant issue. I accidentally entered the wrong email address while creating my Epic account. Due to a bug caused by a typo, I was able to register with the email address @gamil.com. I cannot access this email because it is not possible to create an email address with @gamil.com. I would like to change my email on my account from [redacted] to [redacted] Is that possible, please?

Hello, I own a Samsung device and I've been attempting to acquire the glow skin. I've previously inquired about it and was advised to contact Samsung. They then redirected me back to you because I lack the specific bank card required for the purchase. The skin is visible in the shop, however, I am unable to obtain it although I invest a significant amount of money into your game. As a streamer who showcases your game, I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide in obtaining this skin. Thank you.

I am currently trying to enable 2FA on my Epic account linked with my Xbox account. However, I am facing an issue as my Epic account is linked to an email that I do not recognize because Epic has it blocked out. The email that Epic displays is "b***[redacted]," and I am attempting to change email accounts but cannot proceed as the verification code is being sent to an email I cannot access. If you could provide me with the email linked to my account, I would be able to change it and enable 2FA. Assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I created an account when the mobile beta test started. I used [redacted], but that account got hacked, and Google couldn't assist me. I reached out to Epic, but they have not responded, and I've heard they might not help in these situations. I need my email changed to secure my progress. I haven't made any epic purchases, only used Xbox cards, so I can't prove ownership that way. I aim to compete for prizes and really hope for a resolution. Apologies for the lengthy message. I want to change my email to [redacted]

I have been wrongly accused of fraud on my Epic Games account and it resulted in a ban without an investigation. On 3rd March [redacted], a friend gave me their account to merge with mine since they no longer used it. The merge was completed on 17th March [redacted]. I have been playing Fortnite since Season 1 and have spent over $[redacted] on the game. Recently, a purchase was made on 11/10/19 for a game I did not buy. The account was given to me by Joey G. and I had nothing to do with the unauthorized purchase, especially because it was made using a PS4, whereas I merged a PS4 account with my Xbox account months ago. I have evidence of the account merge through emails and Xbox clips. I am requesting Epic Games to investigate this matter further, reinstate my account with all my purchases, or provide a refund for the unfair ban. I have been a loyal customer and seek resolution to this issue as I have been unable to get assistance despite my repeated emails. I am hopeful that Epic Games will address this situation promptly to allow me to continue playing on my account.

Hello, I created an additional account with Epic Games on 12/11/[redacted] under the email [redacted], unaware that I already had one to play Fortnite. Silly mistake, I know! I redeemed a code for the Minty Pick Axe on this new account successfully. Can you please transfer this code to my original account linked to [redacted] and delete the newer account created on 12/11/[redacted]? Also, I would like to add the username (screen name on Fortnite) temporalcoast37 to my original account as well. Thank you for your assistance; it is greatly appreciated. Best, Paula Sinnwell

I recently purchased the Minty Pickaxe for my son, but unfortunately, I do not have the receipt for the purchase. I have attempted to contact Epic Games via email numerous times, approximately 50 times, without any resolution. Surprisingly, I had redeemed the code, assuming I didn't have a mobile account, as I had deleted the app. I am requesting assistance in transferring the Minty Pickaxe to my son's Switch account from my mobile account. My email address is [redacted] Once you respond, I can provide my son's screen name on Switch for the transfer process. I have been dealing with this issue for two weeks now, and despite providing multiple details to Jordan from customer service, including screen names, account numbers, and the card used for the redemption, there has been no progress. The lack of response and assistance is frustrating, especially since I paid for this item. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

During my recent 5-minute game at 7:42, a member of my squad used a racial slur, which was followed by laughter from the rest of the team. When I addressed the severity of the situation by mentioning slavery, they dismissed my concerns by comparing me to a popular streamer. I believe Epic Games should address such behavior seriously, especially when it involves minors and the future of gaming. I hope that the necessary actions will be taken, and the three minors involved in this incident will be banned. Please contact me promptly regarding the outcome of this issue once it has been resolved.

In my recent game lasting 4 minutes and 39 seconds at 7:32 PM, there was an incident where one of my squad members used an offensive term, and the others found it amusing. Despite my attempt to address the gravity of the situation by discussing the issue of slavery, they dismissed it and likened me to Ninja. I believe that Epic Games should treat such behavior seriously, especially when it involves minors and our future. It is important that actions are taken promptly to address this issue. I kindly request a swift response to confirm that the matter is being looked into and that appropriate measures will be taken, such as banning the three offending players.

Hello, my son is experiencing issues with his accounts. He has multiple accounts that are not linking to PlayStation. He is attempting to set up the 2-step Authenticator for Fortnite, but it seems to be the wrong one linked to his account. Despite trying to unlink them, he is not receiving any emails. This is frustrating as I have bought him Christmas gifts that require the accounts to be linked for him to receive them. I am seeking assistance with this matter. His current email address is cruzeyboy08@icloud and his username is TTV_cruze.

I recently bought Satisfactory and attempted to claim The Wolf Among Us game for free on Epic Games. However, I encountered an error that prevented me from closing the Epic Games launcher, forcing me to use the task manager. Upon reopening the launcher, I received a general error message in English prompting me to return home, but this error reappeared in two other languages after clicking the button each time. Following a hard reboot of my PC, I accessed Epic Games via a desktop shortcut as the taskbar icon was non-responsive, then navigated to settings through the gear icon on the bottom left. I tried to switch the language settings from Spanish back to English-US, but English-US was not an available option and no other English variants were offered.

Hello, I own an MSI gaming PC that is updated and running on Windows 10. Everything was running smoothly on Fortnite until yesterday. Today, when I attempted to log back in, I received a message stating, "Sorry, you are visiting our service too frequently, please try again later." I played without any issues the night before, so this message caught me off guard. Despite multiple login attempts, the issue persisted. I decided to uninstall Fortnite and Epic Games, then reinstalled them, but unfortunately, the problem remained. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide. Thank you, Jay.

I am having trouble accessing my Epic account. My in-game name was Bobster1109, but I cannot remember the sign-in details, including the email address associated with it. I believe it might be an old email account that I no longer have access to. To confirm my account, I reached maximum level this season and acquired the Fish outfit with army gear and the coral backpack. I attempted to recover the account but cannot locate the email linked to it. If the email is [redacted], I cannot retrieve the password as I no longer use that email address. I would appreciate any assistance in changing the email associated with my account. Thank you.
