I have been experiencing several issues while playing Fortnite on mobile IOS for the past few months. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to edit any of my builds in the game, such as creating doors, windows, or turning stairs and pyramids. This problem persists even after adjusting my hud layout multiple times. Additionally, I have been struggling with switching between guns and builds during fights, often having to remain still to make the switch. Sending friend requests has also been problematic as the system is unable to find players even when their names are correct. I kindly ask for a review of these issues, especially the editing and switching problems, as they significantly impact my gameplay, especially when facing players on other platforms. While I appreciated the battle stars received as a response to my feedback, I am more focused on having a fair and enjoyable gaming experience. Thank you for your attention and support in resolving these issues.

My son has forgotten his email password, and he can't access his emails to receive the code from you. His email address is [redacted] I have spent a lot of money on his Fortnite skins, and now he can't access his Epic account because you send a security number to his email account. Thank you for a quick response. My contact email is [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my Epic Games account linked to my Facebook account because I no longer have access to the email associated with it. Customer support asked for $[redacted] to assist with changing the email, which I found unreasonable. I am hoping for a solution that will allow me to change my email without needing the password for the old email. It's crucial for me to access the unreachable email to input the 2-factor authentication code. By bypassing the verification process for the 2-factor ID, I aim to verify my account to receive special Fortnite items. My phone number is [redacted] and my primary email is [redacted].

I had a valuable account named "lol thotiana" linked to my Xbox, but when I returned after a few months, it was nowhere to be found. Consequently, I created a new account "Fanboy3526" and have been using it in the meantime. However, I desire to retrieve my lost account and seek assistance in doing so. The username was "lol thotiana" for the computer-linked account and "Fanboy3526" for Xbox. The password used was "The_Real_Rc80," and the associated email is [redacted] Please disregard the account with the username "suk dic big" as it is the one I do not wish to use. I kindly ask for your help in recovering my old account.

I had an account with all my valuable items, but after a few months of not playing, I returned to find it missing, which was linked to my Xbox account. I created a new account to continue playing, but now I desire to recover my original account. The lost account's username was lol thotiana on PC and Fanboy**** on Xbox, with the password The*Real*Rc** and the email *****@***.com. I've been using a different account named suk dic big, which I don't want. I'm seeking assistance in restoring my old account, especially as the Epic Games help center is inaccessible.

I had a account that contained all my progress and items. After a few months of being unable to play, I returned to find that the account was not found, which was linked to my Xbox account. I created a new account to continue playing, but it lacks all my previous data. I have been using this new account for a while now, but I desire to recover my original account. The lost account's username was "lol thotiana" on my computer and "Fanboy****" on Xbox, with the password "The*Real*Rc**" and associated email *****@***.com. I also use a different account, "suk dic big," solely for PC play. I seek assistance in reclaiming my old account, as the Epic Games help center is unresponsive.

I purchased the Jumbo Currency package of V-Bucks (10,[redacted] + 3,[redacted] bonus) for $[redacted].61 on my Xbox One on August 6, but encountered an error message stating "looks like something went wrong." Despite being charged for the purchase, I did not receive the V-Bucks. After contacting Epic Games and Xbox customer support multiple times, I have been directed back and forth between the two parties without a resolution. I have an email from Microsoft/Xbox confirming the successful purchase and advising me to contact Epic Games. I am reaching out to Epic Games again in hopes of either receiving the V-Bucks or obtaining a refund promptly, as it has been 6 days since the transaction and the issue remains unresolved despite trying various troubleshooting steps on my Xbox.

I am having trouble linking my Gucci_Vezpi Fortnite account to my new phone. I use the email [redacted] for Gucci_Vezpi and [redacted] for my other account, Monsterous5. When I log in with the hvespi email, it keeps directing me to the Monsterous5 account instead of Gucci_Vezpi. I am also facing a similar issue with my Abom and Monsterous5 accounts. I have tried to contact Epic Games to fix this, but haven't had any luck. I am hoping for some assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I purchased two items, one for [redacted] V-Bucks and the other for [redacted] V-Bucks. The next day, the items disappeared with an error message. I was refunded [redacted] V-Bucks out of the [redacted] spent, still owed [redacted]. Contacted customer support via email but the issue remains unresolved. Even after explaining in detail, they redirected me to Xbox, claiming it's an issue on Epic's end. Spent an hour confirming it's not Xbox-related, trying to contact Epic for a full refund of our V-Bucks.

Someone has changed my Gmail account and even my Epic Games account, and now I can't recover my Gmail because the verification number linked to it is no longer mine. I changed my number recently and can't access either account, losing my Fortnite account. I have tried to get help but received no response. It has been a day since this happened. My lost email is [redacted], the same one I used for Epic Games. Please help me recover what's mine. To contact me, here is my phone number +[redacted]5, and the other two emails I use are [redacted] and [redacted]

My son's PlayStation account was hacked. I managed to regain access, but someone else's name appeared on his account along with an Xbox, which we don't own. Additionally, our Epic Games account was also hacked, showing a nameless account that needs to be linked to our regular one. Although I recovered access to our regular account, I'm unable to access the nameless account. I contacted Epic Games, who instructed me to regain access to that account to reconnect it to the PlayStation account so my son can recover his Fortnite content. Despite contacting both PlayStation and Epic Games for over two weeks, I haven't received the necessary assistance to retrieve my son's content.

My account has been compromised, and despite two months of back and forth with customer support, I'm considering deleting the account and starting fresh. I have concrete evidence of the hack, and I am the rightful owner, though the associated email is over 7 years old and inaccessible. I'm exhausted from the circular conversations with customer support that always lead to requests for IP addresses and invoices. I want the account deleted. I can provide photo evidence that someone obtained my account from a third-party site. I will only accept either complete deletion or removal of the unauthorized PS4 account and changing the email. Customer support repeatedly asks for detailed information like IP addresses and purchase histories, but I don't buy a lot of in-game items. Please understand my frustration and desire to safeguard my account to continue enjoying the game stress-free.

I purchased a Fortnite account for my girlfriend in Colombia in May of [redacted] using my VISA ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the VISA is no longer active. The transaction number for the order is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. My girlfriend lost access to her original email and had changed the password before a Fortnite update caused her to forget it. She has a ticket open with number [redacted]3 under the account name Sheyka0980. I recall you requesting activation numbers in a previous response to her ticket over a year ago, but she can't access that email anymore. I understand the security concerns, but I'm hopeful you can help us regain access to the account. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my name is Carlos, and I have been experiencing persistent issues with my gameplay on Fortnite for approximately two months now. There is a particular player named Player256 who disrupts my gaming experience consistently. This player, along with others with similar names ending in varying numbers, seems to exhibit abnormal behavior, leading me to suspect that they might be bots rather than human players. Player256, in particular, taunts me during gameplay by making chicken sounds and outmaneuvering me in battles. This incessant harassment, coupled with what appears to be hacking and cheating within matches, has made my gaming sessions frustrating and unenjoyable. Even within Team Rumble mode, I have encountered teammates who attempt to sabotage me, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. Despite reporting these issues, no effective action has been taken to address them, leaving me contemplating discontinuing my gameplay altogether. I would prefer to be defeated by genuine human players rather than dealing with the aggravation caused by these cheating bots.

Recently, I encountered an issue while trying to access my Fortnite account on my PS4. Despite my account being linked previously, I faced a connection failure that reset my progress in the game. I managed to access my account on my MacBook without any trouble, leading me to believe the problem lies with the PS4 interface. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any option on the Fortnite PS4 screen to relink my account. Visiting the Epic Games website also didn't resolve the issue, as it indicated my account was already linked to another platform. Even though I tried accessing the account on my MacBook post-issue, the problem persisted. I am seeking assistance to restore my Epic account on my PS4. Thank you for your help.

I am contacting you regarding an issue with an account that was mistakenly deleted. The account associated with [redacted] and Xbox/Epic name Beansw3de was the one that was deleted in error. The intended account for deletion was [redacted] with Xbox tag wiserunicycle and Epic name Beansw3de. Unfortunately, when prompted to confirm deletion, there was no account description provided, leading me to confirm the wrong one. I have invested a significant amount of time in Fortnite, playing for six seasons, unlocking various in-game items, including character skins, back bling, contrails, and pickaxes. At this point, I had accumulated [redacted] V-Bucks to purchase the next season's battle pass. I am disappointed that after explaining the situation, I was told that nothing can be done except to start over with a new account, requiring me to spend more money on V-Bucks to regain access to in-game items. While I understand that the account recovery is no longer possible, I believe it is fair to request compensation in the form of V-Bucks for this inconvenience so I can continue to enjoy upcoming battle passes. I am a dedicated player of Fortnite, and after not receiving adequate feedback from Epic Games, I feel justified in seeking this resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Bryan H.

I am disappointed about the recent turbo building nerf in your game. It's affecting the gameplay negatively, and top streamers are not as engaged as before. To address this, I suggest buffing turbo building back to 0.05 sec. Additionally, new players could benefit from a practice world that explains game mechanics like building, sensitivity, and reasons behind past player drop-offs, such as the removal of double pump. As players, we would appreciate being able to vote on new additions before they are implemented. We care about the success of Fortnite and believe that input from players, including professionals, can enhance the gaming experience. I urge Epic to consider these suggestions and involve the community more in decision-making. It's crucial to listen to the players and address their concerns to keep the game thriving.

In May [redacted], I reached out regarding my Borderlands 3 pre-order to upgrade from the standard to the ultimate version. I was told it was past the 14-day window for such changes. This is frustrating as a pre-ordered game limits playtime, making it unreasonable to expect a decision within two hours for a refund. Though exclusive on your platform, this experience tempts me to cancel my account if there were alternatives. It seems counterproductive to upset customers rather than prioritize profit. Despite potentially purchasing expansions separately, I proposed paying the difference for the ultimate version - not seeking a free upgrade. If unresolved, I will retain the standard version, later investing in Steam for future game purchases due to this disappointment. I possess numerous Steam games and intended to enjoy both platforms, but this encounter has left me dissatisfied, with limited options for direct communication, hindering satisfactory resolutions.

When I initially set up my son's Xbox, I used my email address, which created a username for him. However, he has since changed his email and username. Now, when I log into Epic Games using his new email, it's still showing the old username linked to my email. I attempted to create a new account, but it says the email is already in use. I'm reluctant to delete the Epic Games account out of fear it will remove everything from the Xbox. It seems his email is somehow connected to mine. I can log into Epic using his email and password, but I can only see the original Xbox account, not the new one he made. I enabled 2FA, but it's not syncing with the Xbox. I'm worried about losing his purchases if I delete the account and start over.

Early Sunday morning, around 4 am, we received emails regarding password changes for my son's Xbox account. When he accessed his Fortnite account, he noticed that all his purchased skins and dances were missing. After communicating with Epic Games via email, they mentioned that the account was hacked, and there was an unknown account linked to his Xbox that needed to be removed. Despite following all the instructions provided, the issue persisted. While some steps resolved problems on his mobile account, the Xbox account still lacks his items. This ongoing situation has prevented my son from playing on his Xbox since Sunday, and the repetitive tech support instructions have not been successful in resolving the issue.
