I am experiencing a problem with my Fortnite account that I need help resolving. I had purchased the Triage Trooper Skin, but later someone unauthorizedly refunded it and bought the Musha Skin in its place. I am requesting assistance in removing the Musha Skin from my account and restoring the original Triage Trooper Skin. It is important to me that the skin I originally bought is reinstated. I suspect my account was hacked as I did not authorize this change. Please review my purchase history to verify my ownership of the Triage Trooper Skin. I can be reached at [redacted]

I am experiencing issues with my Epic account where I lost all progress and cosmetics on Fortnite. When trying to log in, I received a prompt to link my account to my PSN. Despite not recalling creating an Epic Games account or adding an email to it, I used my console email to create one with the same username as my PSN. Prior, my Epic account was Hyper_killer, and I changed it to XHyper_Killer19X. After linking them, I returned to Fortnite to find everything wiped. Epic Games informed me that a nameless account was generated, advising me to connect a new email to it and link it to my PSN before switching back to my original Epic account, Hyper_killer. Despite my efforts, I can't access the mystery account with any of my credentials. I reached out to Epic for the linked email, but they couldn't disclose it. Now, I am struggling to get in touch with them as they haven't responded to my recent emails.

Dear Epic Games and Fortnite Support, I am writing to address an issue I have encountered concerning the purchase of the Season 6 battle pass in Fortnite. Despite buying a $15 Xbox gift card and acquiring a thousand v-bucks, I was unable to purchase the battle pass due to the greyed-out purchase button, which persisted throughout the entire season. As an OG player who started off on PC in seasons 3 to 4, this has been a disappointing experience for me. I was particularly keen on obtaining the Season 6 battle pass for the Calamity skin, but the technical difficulties prevented me from doing so. In light of these challenges, I am requesting all Season 6 rewards from tiers 1 to [redacted] with the skins maxed out as compensation for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I completed all the challenges during the Getaway event, yet I did not receive all the rewards, specifically missing out on the red llama and the crowbar pickaxe, which are my favorites. It is disheartening to face these issues and not receive the desired rewards despite meeting all the criteria. For resolution, I kindly ask for the missing rewards to be added to my account. I hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to these matters to restore my trust and enjoyment in the game. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, ChuksBows

Approximately a week ago, I noticed an unauthorized purchase on my account. Initially, I assumed it was my mistake and refunded the charge. However, the same situation occurred with a different item. I reached out to the customer service center but received minimal assistance. I refunded the purchase once more. After experiencing a third unauthorized transaction, I discovered a PlayStation account linked to my Epic Games account, despite not owning a PlayStation. This prompted me to realize my account had been compromised. Upon contacting support again, they were unable to verify my ownership, leaving me vulnerable. I am concerned about my lost v bucks, unsure if the hackers still have access, and do not know how to prevent future occurrences.

While attempting to activate two-factor authentication, my account became linked to my Xbox and Facebook, which is acceptable. However, during this process, all my skins, V-Bucks, friends, and almost everything else got removed. In my opinion, it's disappointing how a mistake like this could occur. I would appreciate it if my earned items could be restored. I am willing to provide evidence confirming both accounts, with Facebook being my main linked account. It seems there was an issue with setting up two-factor authentication when the account is linked to Facebook. The decision to include Facebook as a linking option without proper functionality seems illogical. Although I can now set up two-factor authentication with my Xbox linked, I have lost access to my friends from various platforms and all my in-game items. Please address this matter promptly to prevent dissatisfaction among other customers due to the current setup issues.

I encountered an issue with my PS4, and after fixing it, I realized that all my games from my library were missing. When I reinstalled Fortnite, I noticed that my progress was reset. Upon logging back into my account, I discovered my username was Lightwhite6, but the progress was tied to HydraLightwhite. I attempted to change my email to [redacted], but now I seem stuck as my PlayStation insists I'm connected to Lightwhite6 and requests email verification, claiming it's linked to another account. I'm considering deleting Lightwhite6 but unsure if that's the correct solution. My main aim is to recover my progress from HydraLightwhite, but I'm feeling very confused. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I woke up to discover that my Fortnite account, "Hat Trick [redacted]," was being accessed by someone else on Xbox. I haven't shared any information with anyone, so I switched to a different console to confront the person. He claimed to have purchased the account for $60 from a website called MMOGA, a Fortnite account marketplace where real money is exchanged using credit/debit cards. He demanded $60 from me, even though I did nothing wrong as he bought the account initially. My friend and I attempted to secure my account by accessing my email to change the details, but this was unsuccessful. Now, I've learned that he used all my hard-earned V-Bucks on items I didn't want. I'm reaching out for help as a final resort, hoping for assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I am a fashion designer and tailor located in Knightsbridge, London. I am a big fan of your game as it helps me relax from work stress. Playing your game has inspired me to create a themed collection and window display for my boutique store. I am looking to purchase props to enhance the display. For instance, I am interested in getting a giant llama prop to showcase with my mannequins in suits, accessorized with backpack bling inspired by the game's outfits. I admire the vibrant rainbow clothing and accessories paired with the farming tool in the game. I am excited to incorporate these elements into my new collection for inspiration. I appreciate any assistance you can offer in directing me to official suppliers of Fortnite products. Best regards, Sean

Hi, I've encountered an issue with my PlayStation account linked to Epic Games. It appears that there is another account associated with my email, this time linked to Facebook. Despite having only one Epic Games account connected to both my PSN and Facebook, I'm unable to link it to my PS4. I've diligently followed all account creation, linking, and 2FA setup instructions, yet I cannot connect to my PSN using the same email supposedly tied to two accounts. If you're as puzzled as I am about this situation, perhaps after contemplating for a while, you might find yourself stuck like me. The email shared on both accounts can be found in the email box below. If a call would help clarify things, you can reach me at +[redacted] 07 9[redacted].

I inadvertently bought online currency twice when I only intended to purchase it once. Could you kindly refund $25 to my PlayStation account? You can deduct the extra V-Bucks that I haven't used. I calculated the amount remaining after deducting the V-Bucks spent. I initially had [redacted] V-Bucks in my account from the Battle Pass. I bought the Summer Bright Bomber for myself and my little brother, costing [redacted] V-Bucks. After subtracting these, there are [redacted] V-Bucks left. Please remove the remaining V-Bucks ([redacted]) and return the extra $25 that was mistakenly spent back to my PlayStation account. This matter is important to me and I appreciate your prompt attention to it. Thank you for your assistance.

I made an online currency purchase, and it seems to have been processed twice. I kindly request a $25 refund to be added to my PlayStation account. Considering the duplicated purchase, you can deduct the extra unused VBucks. Here's the breakdown: I initially had [redacted] VBucks from the Battle Pass. With two $25 bundles purchased, totaling [redacted] VBucks, and subtracting the [redacted] VBucks for the Summer Bright Bomber I bought for myself and my sibling, leaving [redacted] VBucks. Kindly take back the remaining [redacted] VBucks and refund the accidental $25 into my PlayStation account promptly. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance; I hope this can be resolved swiftly.

I'm having trouble accessing my Epic or PlayStation account because I can't receive the two-step verification code on my old phone. I still know my email, password, and the numbers but can't get the code. Is there a way to change my phone number for the verification or reactivate two-step verification? I no longer have the PlayStation console and now play on Xbox Series S. I want to retrieve my account to access my skins and purchases on Fortnite. Thank you.

To whom it may concern at Epic, I am writing to report an incident involving a player with the gamertag BartBoss2004 who entered my game and destroyed everything while I was away. I understand that I made an error by granting permissions to everyone, but I believe it is unfair for someone to come in and ruin all the hard work I have put in. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken against BartBoss2004 to prevent this from happening to others. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that as a reputable company, you will address it accordingly. I look forward to a resolution. Sincerely, TheeNorseman

Hello, in June, my 6-year-old grandson made an unauthorized online purchase of Fortnite skins. After contacting PS4, the charges were refunded, and I secured my account to prevent future incidents. Although the purchased skins were taken back, I noticed a negative V-Bucks balance of approximately 3,[redacted]. I then bought $24.99 worth of V-Bucks this morning expecting to receive 2,[redacted] V-Bucks plus a [redacted] V-Bucks bonus. However, my balance now reflects a negative [redacted] V-Bucks. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. PS4 directed me to contact EPIC Games (you) for further assistance. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the account name is MrCrabbyPants925.

Dear Epic Employee, I am struggling to change my password as I no longer have access to the associated email. Could you please assist me by providing a new password to my email [redacted] for my Fortnite account under the username G3tGud2003? I will summarize my situation briefly to avoid any confusion and save time. Summary: Due to dissatisfaction with my original account's performance, I created a new one, G3tGud2003. However, my email was mistyped during registration as [redacted] instead of the intended email. I later discovered this error when attempting to enable 2-factor authentication. Despite my efforts to correct this by creating a new Gmail account, the similarity to the incorrect email prevented me from doing so. Deleting the mistaken Gmail account also did not resolve the issue. I can still access my account on Xbox but need email access for upcoming tournaments. Your previous response was appreciated, but I reiterate that I do not require access to those emails. Failure to address this promptly may impact my participation in the upcoming Xbox tournament and future investments in the game.

Today, I used a GameStop gift card at the Microsoft Store. While browsing, I bought the Wilde pack and [redacted] V-Bucks for Fortnite without realizing it was for Xbox One only. Unfortunately, I cannot refund it, and when I checked my linked PC account, I didn't receive what I purchased. I spent around $16-$17 on items I can't use without an Xbox One and gold subscription, which costs much more. I've contacted Epic, but there's been no resolution after 6-7 hours. I'm hoping for a refund in the form of a $15 iTunes card or a similar option that I can actually utilize.

A couple of months ago, I emailed you a skin idea I had, including a drawn photo of my creation. I never received a response. Today, July 23, [redacted], I noticed a skin called MIKA in the item shop for the first time. This skin closely resembles the drawing I sent you. I am not seeking credit, vbux, or money. I am ten years old and just want to know if this skin was intended to look identical or if it's just a huge coincidence. I think it would be really cool. I wish I could send a photo of the skin I drew, but my cousin used my phone and I can't provide much proof. I put a lot of effort into this drawing for two days. I hope to hear back from you soon. If you'd like to discuss this email or more skin ideas, please contact me through the following options: Email: [redacted], Youtube: Its ayay, Phone: [redacted].

My son is having trouble playing Fortnite. The game loads, gets through the lobby, then makes a noise and goes back to the Microsoft screen. Sometimes he can play in creative mode only. We also have a similar issue with Star Wars Battlefront. Even when trying to play offline, the problem persists. We tried several troubleshooting steps such as rebooting the Xbox, checking cables and software updates, and ensuring connectivity with no success. Microsoft reset the Xbox, but the issue remains unsolved. This has been happening for weeks. Before considering purchasing a new Xbox, I'm hoping Epic could provide a solution. Any advice is welcome. Thank you. D.H. Woodland Hills, CA

I received an email stating that someone from Argentina (presumably using a VPN) tried to access my Gmail account. I promptly changed my password and thought the issue was resolved. However, today I received multiple emails within a short span of time informing me that my Epic Games account password was changed and two-step verification was enabled. The final email was in Arabic and addressed to someone named Raed instead of me. Despite my attempts to reset my password, the link provided was labeled as "expired." While I hope to regain access to my account, my top priority is safeguarding my personal details like credit card information and name. If necessary, I am willing to deactivate the account to ensure my information remains secure.

Around four days ago, my Epic account was inexplicably unlinked without my knowledge or consent. When I logged into Fortnite, I was prompted to link my account, assuming it was already linked, I skipped the step. Suddenly, my account vanished, and a new empty account was created. Despite my attempts to relink my original account, I received a message stating it was associated with another Epic account. I have reached out to customer support, but the verification information I provide seems insufficient. I am a dedicated Fortnite player since season 1, having made significant in-game purchases. I believe Epic mistakenly deleted my account when I requested the removal of the empty account. They now claim retrieval is impossible, which I disagree with and urge them to reconsider. My account username is LeslieGrace1, and the associated email is [redacted] I am eager to regain access to my original account, which contained valuable items, including 25 remaining V-Bucks.
