While playing Fortnite in Creative mode with friends, I got unexpectedly kicked out with a notification stating that another device is using my account. Upon reentering the game, I was kicked out again after 5-10 minutes. My friend, who was present, informed me that the hacker was in the same lobby as him and admitted to purchasing my account from a website called Fortnite Generation. The hacker demanded payment to return my account. I am reaching out for help as I am only 12 years old and wish to regain access to my account. My usernames are CanURage or KidGamerJA, and I believe I have already provided my email to you. I kindly request assistance to disconnect all devices linked to my account. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I need help retrieving a deleted Fortnite account linked to the same email as the main one. My brother requested I delete his alternate account, thinking the main one would be unaffected. He had over [redacted] v-bucks and season four skins. I hoped to gift him the new John Wick skin but couldn't log in after deleting the account. I contacted Epic via support ticket but couldn't find a phone number. I don't have his permission to contact you, only to securely log in. My goal is to get the John Wick skin to complete my collection. My Fortnite gamer tag is Awesome Man2466. Thank you for your assistance.

Upon waking up this morning to play the new John Wick LTM before school, I discovered that the email linked to my Epic Games account had been changed. Although I initially could sign in with my Xbox account, upon rebooting my PC, I realized the Xbox account had been unlinked, revealing the changed email ([redacted]). I am now unable to access my account and have lost all progress. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

This morning, I excitedly woke up to play the John Wick LTM on Fortnite as I heard it was coming out soon. However, I discovered that my Epic Games account had been signed out on the Epic Games Launcher. Luckily, I could still log in through my Xbox account which was linked to it. To my dismay, upon checking my account information, I found out that someone had changed my email, username, password, and more. Despite trying to reboot my PC and sign in again, I faced continued issues. Even attempting to sign in with my Xbox account proved futile as it was unlinked from my Epic account. Now, I am left with no access to my account except for the email of the person who has hacked it ([redacted]). I am baffled as to how this breach occurred and seek help in reclaiming my account or receiving compensation. This account holds significant value to me, with numerous hours and funds invested, including preorders like World War Z. I have made multiple attempts through various email accounts to reach out as my messages haven't been going through. Additionally, I can provide details of the original email and phone number linked to my account for further assistance.

I received a call from my friend from school, informing me that someone accessed my account. My friend showed me evidence on hangouts that someone was using my account on a PC. My best friend, whom I trust completely, has my password to help me play on my PS4 since I am unable to at the moment. I have invested over $[redacted] and played from season 2 to 6, accumulating numerous in-game items. Despite having 2-step authentication in place, my friend noticed someone on my account whom he couldn't identify. I have changed my password, but I am concerned about the security breach. I am attempting to reach customer support to report the hack. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I logged out of my account to use my friend's account with his permission. When I tried to switch back to my account on PS4, I couldn't log in. After resetting Fortnite as advised, the issue persisted. Today, I created a new account, but now I can't find my original one. My Epic username was "whyst1930-mrstea". When I attempted to log in, it didn't recognize my account, and I ended up with a default one. I would appreciate it if you could provide a customer support contact number for me to seek further assistance. Losing my season 2 account has been disappointing, and I can provide evidence of its existence.

About a year ago, my Fortnite account was hacked and the hacker made a refund request for my Ghoul Trooper skin. Despite providing proof of my ownership and the unauthorized refund, Epic Games Player Support stated they don't usually offer refunds. I've reached out numerous times, wanting my Ghoul Trooper back, a skin that meant a lot to me. Dr. Mario from Fortnite Player Support did make an exception once and refunded the V-Bucks for the skins Ghoul Trooper and Reaper. The hacker managed to get the refund before the system was in place. I've shared videos from Plays.tv showing me playing with the skins and linked my account with Steam and League of Legends. I've tried to communicate with Epic Games multiple times, but the response remains the same. I'm desperate to have my skins back, so I hope they can assist me as soon as possible.

I kindly request for the John Wick skin to be removed from the shop. It has been available for 5 consecutive days, and I am growing weary of it. Perhaps you could consider granting it for free or awarding extra V-Bucks, as constantly having it available might not be the most profitable strategy. I recently achieved 3 wins in solo mode, but unfortunately, they don't seem to be reflecting on my profile. Should it be impossible to rectify this matter, feel free to compensate me with a gift. For accessing my Fortnite account, my email linked to the profile is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I encountered an issue with someone I've blocked on PlayStation Network. Despite blocking and removing them from my friends list, they're still able to disrupt my experience by joining the Lobby. I reached out to PlayStation, but they were unable to assist. The individual in question is engaging in inappropriate behavior, making false accusations, and sending unsolicited content. This situation is distressing, and I am disappointed by the lack of action taken by PlayStation. The user names to be aware of are TTV_wildbean and TC-wildbean007. It's disheartening to feel defenseless against such behavior in the gaming community.

My account was hacked on April 24th. I noticed this because I received four emails from Epic Games. The first email mentioned I had disconnected from Xbox servers and connected to PSN servers. The second email informed me that my password had been changed. The third email stated that two-way authentication had been disabled, which surprised me. In the fourth email, it mentioned that Facebook and my email had been removed from the account. I reached out to Epic immediately, but so far, I have only received automated responses. It seems like they might be preoccupied with the World Cup. I have the original email, Epic Games username, and any other information they might require, including credit card details.

I accidentally purchased the Fishstick skin instead of the Hangtime set I intended to buy due to controller differences between my Switch and PS4. I've heard that Epic Games is understanding of these mistakes and willing to assist, so I hope this is true. I was saving up for the Hangtime set, and I would like to use the same V-Bucks to buy it. Hoping for a refund on the Fishstick skin so I can proceed with purchasing the set I had originally planned on. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, O.N.

Dear Community, I am reaching out for advice regarding a situation that occurred during my son's recent Fortnite-themed birthday party. One of the attendees made unauthorized purchases of £[redacted] in V bucks, which has put me in a difficult financial position. As a single mother, this expense is overwhelming, especially after already investing in the party. I have taken steps to address the issue by disciplining the children involved, attempting to return the items, and blocking further transactions on the credit card. Despite the usual policy of no refunds for V bucks, I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter as it has significantly impacted my finances. The charges were made on 25/05/19, and I am hopeful for a resolution. Warm regards, Afka Ray

I was trying to log into my account, but I accidentally logged out for some reason. I attempted to change my name initially, but after logging out, I couldn't remember my password. After a few failed attempts, I found my password written down in my room. However, the system wouldn't let me in. I'm frustrated because I've invested over $[redacted] in this account. I need to regain access to it as it holds all the money I've saved for cool skins. I have plans to become a Twitch streamer and YouTuber, so this account is important to me. If this issue isn't resolved, I'll have to take legal action.

I recently received an email notifying me that my account is now linked to a Playstation, even though I mainly play Fortnite on my Switch and never share my account details. Strangely, my account has been experiencing unauthorized activities like being logged out, changes to my skins and settings, and even displaying different usernames such as YoutubeMiddFN, MiddFN, and FadePantiez. Furthermore, unknown friends have been added to my account despite my efforts to block them. Although no unauthorized purchases have been made yet, I am worried that it might happen soon. While I sometimes manage to access a lobby, I frequently encounter errors indicating that I am logged in elsewhere. Despite my attempts to reach out to Epic and reset my password, I have not been successful. I am eager to regain access to my original account and prefer not to create a new one.

I was assisting my younger brother in setting up 2FA on his Epic Games account. However, upon logging in, I discovered that he had used an incorrect email address during the account creation. Despite trying to change the email to his actual one, which is [redacted], we are unable to access the original email ([redacted]) linked to the account. He is only 14 years old, and I am trying to ensure the security of his online accounts. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

A few months back, my Fortnite account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized Vbucks purchases worth over $[redacted] by the hacker. The team restored my account and refunded the purchases to my Paypal. Recently, I noticed a negative Vbucks balance of 11,[redacted] due to Epic refunding the unauthorized purchases after the hacker transferred my existing balance and new Vbucks away. Although playable, I couldn't make purchases without spending over $[redacted] to get a positive balance. This was frustrating as I wanted to buy the Avengers cosmetics. After contacting support, they reset my balance to zero, but after the cosmetics were no longer available and didn't include my previous balance. I mentioned being willing to buy the cosmetics if they could add the Vbucks to my account, which was not feasible according to support. I hope for further investigation to determine the correct Vbucks amount and another chance to buy the Marvel cosmetics. I appreciate the team's efforts but feel only part of the issue has been resolved.

I recently stopped playing Fortnite and tried to give my account away for £40 on Steam. I engaged with someone on Discord, shared my account details, including a code, and he took over the account. After realizing I'd been scammed, I attempted to contact him but was blocked. The scammer changed the email associated with the Epic account, locking me out. I need to revert my old email, [redacted], to my Epic account to regain access. I'm located in the UK and can be reached by phone at 07[redacted]04 between 1pm to 10pm GMT. I have the scammer's Discord ID and server link; he might have conducted similar scams before. I urge for a swift response to temporarily disable my account.

I recently experienced a hacking incident on Fortnite Battle Royale. All my progress, including battle pass skins, emotes, sprays, back blings, gliders, banners, and v-bucks, was wiped out, going back to season 7. After being locked out of my account for a month and a half, I managed to regain access only to find myself back at default settings. I purchased season 7, but I couldn't reach tier [redacted] due to the setback. I am requesting assistance to restore all my previous battle pass skins, such as Drift, Black Knight, Ragnorok, Ice King, Dire, Carbide, Calamity, Dark Voyager, Omega, The Reaper, and Valor, along with my 5,[redacted] v-bucks. It would mean a lot to me to have my skins, gliders, back blings, emotes, banners, and other items restored. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Despite being able to log back into my account, everything was reset. Although I could purchase the new season *, I couldn't progress beyond tier *** because I was locked out for a month and a half. I urgently need to recover all my previous battle pass skins such as Drift, Black Knight, Ragnarok, Ice King, Dire, Carbide, Calamity, Dark Voyager, Omega, The Reaper, and Valor, along with my *,*** v-bucks. The focus is on restoring my lost items, and I'm hoping Epic Games can assist in returning all my season rewards. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Adan R. I am 20 years old and I live in California NA West. I encountered an issue while trying to log in to Fortnite from Epic Games Launcher. I discovered a random person's email address, which led me to suspect that my account was hacked. Despite having two-player authentication and not sharing my login details, I lost access to my account where I've invested a significant amount of money and time since Season 1. My in-game name is AmbitiousVybs, and I can provide evidence of my purchases and gameplay. I'm feeling quite stressed about this situation and would appreciate it if you could reach out to me promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
