Hello, my name is Renzo G. I can be reached at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] I discovered that my son made an unauthorized purchase of $[redacted] worth of V-bucks on Fortnite using the account name PrepFaun[redacted] on 04-17-19 at 5:57 pm PST. I am seeking a refund for the funds. He might have the receipt of the $[redacted] Microsoft gift card he used, purchased from Walgreens in Cotati, CA on 04-16-19. I also require assistance on closing down the account. Considering donating his gaming system to a charity for needy children. Please provide guidance on this matter as well. As a family of six, we cannot afford such expenses, which led to his frustration and addiction to the game. Kindly assist with processing the refund.

My eight-year-old son was approached by a stranger in Fortnite, asking for his email and password in exchange for 10,[redacted] V-Bucks. I intervened, and the person claimed to know our address and threatened to steal my son's skins. After attempting to report the user, strange things started happening with the controller as if someone else was controlling it. I managed to block the person, but they were still appearing in my son's Lobby. Shortly after, all my son's skins disappeared but miraculously reappeared, and he was back to Tier [redacted] as if nothing happened. I have all the messages saved on my son's account, but I'm unsure how to proceed as I'm not familiar with Fortnite. The hacker was using the gamer tag killerGain. I reported them on Xbox One, but the issue persisted. My son's gamer tag is Southarcher4135. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated as this person has scared my son and made me uneasy. Thank you.

I was playing Fortnite on Xbox this morning and encountered a player named "TheRealBird" who was disrespectful and used inappropriate language towards me. Despite my attempts to address the situation calmly, the behavior continued. I am seeking assistance in addressing this issue as it is unacceptable. I have a photo showing we were in the same game, but I could not find his gamertag when looking it up. I prefer to handle conflicts without resorting to the same disrespectful behavior. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

Hello, I am reaching out because I am experiencing an issue with my two-factor authentication (2FA). Every time I enter my email address, I receive a code, but when I input the code, it says it's expired and prompts me to try again. Despite my attempts, the same issue persists. Additionally, I have purchased V-Bucks that have not been credited to my account. I require the 2FA to make purchases from the item shop and thus, need assistance with this matter urgently. I rely on Epic Games for support as the company, and I am reaching out to seek your help to resolve this pressing issue.

On Sunday, April 21, [redacted], at 2:17 AM, I received an email informing me that my Epic Games password had been changed. The email address associated with the change is [redacted] I did not initiate this password change, and my Fortnite account has always been linked to this email since pre-season 1. Upon checking through my PS4, I discovered that the hacker altered my account name on PC from "duskyΩ" to "ASMR-." Moreover, I noticed unfamiliar PC stats associated with my PSN name. Despite my efforts to reset my password multiple times, I am not receiving any emails from Epic. I suspect the hacker may have changed my linked email address. I still have access to the original email through 2-step verification, which revealed the unauthorized password change. Over the past day, my PC username, password, and potentially linked email have been altered. ASMR- is now using my account on PC, even making purchases with my V-Bucks. I am eager to regain control of my account and secure it, as all account history is tied to this email. Any assistance to reclaim my account would be greatly appreciated since I have invested significantly in this game.

I'm experiencing an issue with merging my two accounts. When attempting to change my email address or merge the accounts, I'm prompted for a security code. While I have access to the specified email address, it appears empty with no incoming mails. The email I'm using to contact you is my newer one. The older email, [redacted], may not be receiving emails due to potential server problems at Centrum. Could you please update my email address to the new one I've created, [redacted], for the account named ostuda_Naruto? Your assistance with resetting my email would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to address Epic Games regarding the current state of Fortnite. Unfortunately, the game has been overrun by cheats and players using default skins inaccurately, while clearly owning battle passes. It appears that anyone using a default skin may be exploiting the game. My gamer tag is antlfc83, and I have invested nearly £[redacted] in the game. I refuse to spend more money until this issue with hackers, who rob honest players who support the game, is resolved. The enjoyment of the game has diminished due to cheaters not playing fair. Please address this matter with immediate effect, or you will lose a loyal player. I will escalate this concern whenever possible until action is taken against these dishonest individuals ruining the gaming experience.

My name is Jonathan M. This incident occurred about two weeks ago, but I only realized what happened a couple of days ago. I attempted to merge my accounts, but I couldn't add my secondary account as it was deemed ineligible. This puzzled me because I hadn't merged my secondary account before. After a few days, I accessed my seldom-used second account, where I engage in trolling and voice impressions. Upon signing in, I discovered that all my secondary account's information had merged with my second account. I noticed various changes like new challenges and different character skins. I am seeking assistance to separate these accounts so I can merge my main account, where all my friends and progress are stored.

Three days ago, when I tried to log into my Epic Games account on Fortnite with my Xbox One, I encountered credential issues. After attempting to reset the password without success due to not having my old password, I logged into another Epic account on my Xbox. Unable to unlink the Xbox from the Epic Games account, I followed a YouTube tutorial but was still unable to link it back. I then tried playing without an Epic account but found my progress missing. Concerned about losing my progress and skins, I am unsure how to log into my Epic Games account on Xbox now. I hope to reconnect my original account to regain progress or transfer my progress and skins to a new Epic Games account. My original Epic Games account is under the name "ItsMarkyBros."

While attending school, I was startled to receive an email from Epic Games informing me that my account email was changed. I am certain I did not make this change. I have diligently tried to investigate if I mistakenly altered the email to one of my other accounts, but this was not the case. Despite Epic's suggestion to reset my password, I am unable to do so without access to the email. I hope to regain entry to my account and retrieve any lost progress. Additionally, my PlayStation and Xbox accounts, previously linked, are now associated with separate accounts and cannot be consolidated. Disappointingly, both accounts do not show any of the items I purchased in-game, despite spending over $75 on each platform.

I am considering combining two Xbox accounts. There was a secondary account, xxkvngrt117, on my initial Xbox account. To reset it, I provided my email and verification code, completing the process by solving a "not a robot" challenge. After resetting the password, I attempted to merge the two accounts through Epic on my computer but encountered issues as the skins did not transfer. Despite trying to address this with online resources and videos, I couldn't find a solution. I attempted to reach out to Epic for assistance but couldn't locate a contact number. Consequently, I created a new account and proceeded to play Fortnite and purchase new skins. With the recent season 3 update introducing new skins, I now wish to regain access to my old account or merge it with my current one before it's too late.

Dear Epic Games, I have noticed a decline in the Fortnite Battle Royale game over the past year, especially since the removal of popular locations like Dusty Depot, Moisty, Greasy Grove, and others. The community feels that the game has strayed from what players truly want. Many are missing the health per kill feature, as it felt rewarding and engaging. Players are suggesting improvements such as balanced gameplay, the ability to select skill-based lobbies, more players in a match for excitement, and the availability of multiple Limited-Time Modes simultaneously to keep gameplay fresh. While additions like Playground and Creative modes are appreciated for practice, the constant changes to the map during events are disruptive. Players are hoping for more thoughtful updates and a return to some of the beloved original locations. The community urges for better listening to player feedback and delivering what they truly desire. Thank you for your attention and consideration.

Since November, my life has taken a turn for the worse. Struggling with depression has been a challenge, but things are improving. During my illness, my 11-year-old son has been using an Xbox without my consent. Unexpected charges have been accruing on my account while we were away or not using it, leading to tension between us. Transactions for items like skins keep appearing, even though he didn't make them. I suspect my account has been compromised, as unauthorized payments continue. Kindly block my account and look into potential hacking, as I never authorized anyone to use my bank information for these payments. Regards, Anita Peattie

I encountered an issue when trying to log into my Fortnite account on my PC, as I appeared to be signed out. Despite several attempts with my email and password, I was unable to access it. I suspected a forgotten password and tried to initiate a reset, but no password reset email was received from Epic Games. Meanwhile, I noticed strange activity within the associated email account. Fortunately, I managed to access my Fortnite account from my phone, where I was still logged in, allowing me to play. When attempting to log in via Xbox, which is linked to my PC Fortnite account, it stated the Xbox account was not associated with any Epic Games account, contrary to the actual situation. This makes me suspect that a hacker has tampered with both my email and password details. Concerned that my Fortnite account has been compromised, I urgently seek assistance, especially considering my investment in valuable skins and items. I have handy my Epic Games email and user ID for reference.

I recently purchased [redacted] V-Bucks for my son, who wanted the Avengers Star Lord skin. I hope you can address this promptly and provide him with the skin he wanted. I am disappointed with the handling of this issue and will escalate it to the BBB and social media if not resolved today. I am also planning to reach out to your president and CEO regarding this matter. Contacting someone via phone could have expedited the resolution, and I have left my phone number twice for callbacks. I expect an immediate response and resolution; otherwise, Epic Games may face one of its worst social media reviews. Best, JS

I was eligible for the Fortnite "Save The World" Storm King pin and followed the instructions to claim it after receiving an email from Epic Games on January 1st. I quickly submitted my details and received a confirmation email the same day. However, the pin has not arrived, and I have since moved to a new address in March. I am requesting for the pin to be sent to my new address. I contacted Epic customer service and spoke with a representative named "Matthews" regarding Conversation ID: #[redacted]4. Despite me insisting that I did not miss the cutoff date, he stated he could not assist me further. I have invested a significant amount of money in Fortnite and put in a lot of effort to complete the storm king pin challenge on time. I am disappointed with the customer service experience and kindly request that Epic Games look into sending me the pin at my current address. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -Dan

Hello, I am having trouble logging into my account on the PlayStation network. Every other account works fine except for Fortnite. I contacted PlayStation support, and they confirmed the issue is not on their end. I have tried reaching out to customer service and followed the online suggestions without success. Can you please investigate and assist in resolving this matter? Thank you, Sean

Hello, this is Herron Lacy. I need to update my email address as my son entered the wrong one when creating the account. Please change it to [redacted] I haven't used hlaced@gmail for a while and cannot access it anymore. It would be helpful to have a one-time free change password option. If changing the email is not possible, I request a refund for my purchases totaling around $1,[redacted] to $2,[redacted] as I've been trying to resolve this for six months. My 16-year-old son, Hayden Lacy, has been playing this game since season 1 and knows the account well. For any inquiries, please contact him at ([redacted]) as I am quite busy. Thank you.

Hello Epic Games employee, I began playing Fortnite towards the end of season 3 under the account name "apk_the_boss." I later passed this account to my younger brother and created a new account, "Lightning_Lii," due to my dissatisfaction with the original username. By season 8, my brother stopped playing Fortnite and returned the account to me. I was eager to merge the accounts to regain access to my Rust Bucket back bling and other cosmetics. However, each time I attempt to merge the accounts, I receive an error message stating that they cannot be merged because one account must have been played on Xbox One or Nintendo Switch, and the other on PS4. I am confused as my account was used on the Nintendo Switch, while my brother's was on the PS4. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you - L.B.

I am a regular viewer of a Fortnite custom stream by @DJgaf. Lately, there have been concerning threats and harassment targeting him. Despite the efforts of the mods to ban the perpetrators on Twitch and in Fortnite, they continue to return using different accounts. Some of the usernames used by these harassers include: dewqo_YT, dewqoisback, dewqoisbackthethird, dewqoisbacktokilld, dewqoisagangmember, iminnocentakadewqo, NBK_Lil_Nasty, and nbkisback. I believe an IP ban could help maintain community safety. I have also reached out to Twitch regarding this issue, but I am concerned about preventing any further harm. The harassers have resorted to threats and hate speech, with some even mentioning going to his residence. I strongly feel that this situation may require legal action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
