Help with my Epic Games issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Epic Games help.
The issue in GetHuman-cirispor's own words
My account was banned from competitive play for * weeks because your system believes I was trying to avoid the region lock by playing on * accounts. However this is not the case as me and my younger brother share the PC and both have OUR OWN accounts. After I played the world cup on EAST SERVERS he tried to play from HIS account on WEST servers. We are both aware of the region lock, however we did not know we would get a * week ban for both trying to play in it. I currently make my living off of competitive fortnite so there is a lot that i am losing from being banned for * weeks. I am a trusted member of the community with a SAC code, I have also never been banned for the year* that i have been playing your game. We are both now aware of the rules and guidelines regarding this, and can assure you it will not happen again. If there is any possible way to life this ban please let me know ASAP.**Thank you for your time,*Nicolas Ciri
