Customer Service:**On October **, **** I sent you the following message and my gmail said delivery was incomplete. I would like to try again to get my issue resolved. Here is what I wrote on ***********I received a letter from you today in the mail. It informed me that you did not receive complete information on my credit card and therefore it could not be processed. I was informed that you took the liberty of entering a credit subscription for me and an invoice will be sent to me.I wish you had not done that. I find I do not read Entertainment Weekly magazine enough to continue subscribing to it. Is there a way to delete the credit subscription you have entered for me and not send an invoice to me? I would very much wish that would happen. In the future if I wish to subscribe to Entertainment Weekly Magazine again I will certainly let you know and provide complete credit card information.**Thank you for contacting me, I look forward to hearing from you soon on this matter.**Ann Drury**** Stiart Ave.*Leominster, MA *****
