The rental car wouldn’t start and left me stranded and late for my appointment today. This is the second rental car that enterprise has given me in less than a week with check engine lights popping on. On top of that I’ve been given poor customer service over the phone and at the two locations that I went to get the cars from. They were both so dirty still I had to go clean them myself and the smell was so bad in the one I’m in now I had to do one of those air purifying treatments so I wouldn’t get sick from the smell. On top of that I was supposed to be put in a premium vehicle to match what I currently drive which is an Infiniti and I’ve been given a Camry and an Altima. Both with engine problems.

GetHuman5425809 did not yet indicate what Enterprise Rent-A-Car should do to make this right.
