If you believe you have been overcharged on your billing please review the previous months bill and the new bill to compare where the charges may have come from. A small increase may be a result of an change in taxes in your area.

I am a frequent customer, I have never had an issue with this before, was very upset when I left your Valencia California location today.**When I originally rented the car it was only suppose to be for *-* days, my car was being repaired down the street. I had it a little longer than I had planned. But figured it would be ok because if I kept it for * days, I’d qualify for the weekly rate (THEY HABE ALWAYS done this for me, it even says online they will make the adjustment if the rental is extended to a weekly or monthly.)**Well, they refused to do it since I didn’t tell them at the time I rented it. I didn’t know at the time I rented it! So how could I have told them?! I was paying $**.** per day, if I did a weekly rental it would be around $** a day, but they wouldn’t make the change. **Was very upsetting. My rental * was **KLDX.**Can you please look into this and have them make the adjustments as it is outlined on your webpage. Is this location under new management? A lot of ppl seem to be complaining about it and I had NEVER in the * years of renting from them (VERY FREQUENTLY) had any issues, just the opposite.... until today.
