Help with my Enterprise Rent-A-Car issue

Wasn't told rental place closed at *:** on Friday May **th. Read on agreements that car has to be dropped off at the location branch it was rented from. Not knowing they weren't open on Safurday. I was charged * days ... On May **th **** I reserved a car to rent for the day. Picked up approx *:** and was to return it the next day. May **th **** I called the location to let them know I'd be late and asked if it was ok the guy said that was fine I asked if I could drop off at a different location. I ended up dropping it off around *:** pm on the **th at the location I rented it from. I am now being billed * days may I ask why but the agreement states you must drop it back off at the store you rented it from. I can see being charged a extra day but not understanding why *days.
I called and the guy in plainwell mi said it would be fine n I asked if I could drop off at another location. Then was reading it had to be returned at the original location. And the guy said I didn't call
I want my money refunded for the * days I didn't have the car
I'm a new customer. Wasn't told Any of this information
I've called and the guy said I never called and nothing they can do
