I have had a problem with my account, as the meter was read incorrectly.*I have spoken with different people, and was told they would have the meter read again (which they did) and resend my account.*I have been waiting for the new account to be emailed for several weeks and have now been sent a disconnection notice for the **th Sept. *I am currently trying to contact someone by phone only to be told there is an issue with the phones.*I have never had an overdue account, and am very unhappy with the way this has turned out.**Please contact me by email or phone to resolve this unnecessary issue ASAP *Ph. **********
