I’m contacting you over a recent update to TERA on Xbox. I’m not sure if this was the most recent update, or from a while ago. I just started playing again, and to put it lightly, everything is fucked up. Instead of having multiple servers, there’s only two now, and because of that you threw all our characters onto one server. Now that’s great and all, minus the fact you won’t let us play any of them until we get down to two characters. I’ve bought clothing for three of my characters, so if I delete them, I’ll loose money, and that isn’t exciting. Is there any way to move any of my characters to the second server?**Another thing, it’s pretty messed up you just gave away usernames because of this server stuff. I specifically bought the game early so I could get usernames I liked. Meaning I PAID you guys for that privilege. I’m guessing you informed us before the server update, but like I said, I was away. Now every **** username I had is gone. Really appreciate it.
