airline referenceKDSKUZ *You have changed one of our flight to Bali and the timing is not acceptable as we have to be at Denpasar by midday. *The home ward journey is acceptable. Is it possible to have a refund for the outward journey, seeing as you have changed the itinerary. We chose this flight especially.*We booked via Opodo but cannot get throught to them having received an email to contact them urgently

Emirates could not help us at all because we booked their flight through Opodo ( even though it was Emirates that changed the flight time)
