The issue in GetHuman-muzamba's own words
My name is Edna Mukelabai. I flew with my daughter Nswana Samukonga on July ** from St.Louis to Seattle, then to Dubai, then Lusaka. On the flight to Dubai, we were literally forced to have vegetarian meals because they had run out of meals. We are not vegetarian. The food was so unappealing to us so we starved. We were not offered any alternatives! On the way back on August **, we flew from Lusaka to Dubai on flight ****. Sadly on this flight, our seats , and the had no inflight entertainment. Seven hours of flying with no entertainment! It was horrible. We connected on flight **** to Dubai on August **. This flight was a nightmare! Again they run out of meals and offered us vegetarian meals! The crew was not responding to the call lights! Not at all through out the flight! I have flown all my life on other airlines, but have never experienced such terrible service. To make matters worse, our four pieces of luggage did not make it to Seattle. The emirates staff there were so rude and unhelpful. As I am writing this email I have not yet received my luggage or phone call as promised. I have not got my money's worth on this trip! If I try to buy a ticket with one dollar short from emirates am sure they will not give it to me. So why should it be okay the other way round? I need a refund or compensation. There was stuff that I badly needed in that luggage!
GetHuman-muzamba did not yet indicate what Emirates should do to make this right.
