Hello, I'm Kelly Hamilton, a member for a few months. I've noticed an issue with messages. I send messages to people who interest me but can't see their replies. I've tried to contact customer support with no success. If you could reach out to me, I'd appreciate it. I want to be able to communicate directly on your app while active. I am struggling to cancel my EliteSingles Premium Subscription as there is no customer service phone number available, and their headquarters is in Berlin, Germany. I forgot my password required for cancellation, and the process to reset it seems overly complicated as the password reset link expires within 24 hours. These obstacles appear to be intentional to discourage cancellations, which is disappointing as a consumer. Any help with this would be highly appreciated. Thank you, Ralph.

I wish to cancel my membership with Elite Singles as I have discovered that there are two accounts linked to my name. I find this site to be very disappointing and user-unfriendly. It is frustrating that there is no phone support available for assistance. It is unacceptable to have to pay to cancel my membership and I will be reporting this issue to the BBB. I have already contacted my bank regarding the charge and will be disputing it. I request a full refund of $[redacted].97 promptly. The website allows me to establish a new account even though there is an existing one, making the experience confusing. The lack of updated information and the difficulty in navigating between accounts reflect poorly on the service quality. It is unreasonable to charge users to cancel their memberships. I will be informing my friends to avoid using this site in the future.

Yesterday evening, I signed up for a Membership that I now wish to cancel today. Despite my error in understanding, I am an older lady and misinterpreted the terms when I signed up. Realizing that the future costs will exceed what I can afford on my Social Security income, I attempted to contact them on their website. Unfortunately, I only received automated responses prompting me to pay for tech support with no option to speak to a live representative. Despite leaving several messages explaining my situation, I kept being redirected to tech support for additional fees. The frustration of repeatedly explaining my circumstances and desire to cancel has left me feeling disheartened.

I recently encountered a troubling situation on Elite Singles dating site. After receiving an email about a new member, I began chatting with someone named Sean. He quickly tried to move our conversation off the website claiming it was for security reasons, then began asking personal questions and using endearment terms. His narrative about work on an oil rig raised red flags as it matched a scam I had seen exposed on Dr. Phil. I confronted him, and he reacted defensively before disappearing. His contact numbers were [redacted] and [redacted]. Feeling deceived, I terminated my membership in response. I believe I was targeted by a catfish scam and now seek a refund or reinstatement of my membership as I was not adequately warned about such dangers. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. However, when I selected a plan and was prepared to make a payment, I received an email stating that my profile was deleted due to IP address inconsistencies. I am currently residing in Panama City, Panama, as indicated on my profile. I am seeking international visibility and do not want to be restricted to my current country. I believed your website was international. I am still interested in joining, and I request more information regarding this issue. I received an email about payment and attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times but continued to receive messages indicating it was not canceled. After following the steps to cancel through customer care, I selected cancel subscription but was notified that it could not be canceled through this method. Frustrated, I ended up deleting my account for safety. It's concerning that despite my efforts, the subscription remains active. It has been a hassle and inconvenient process. I hope to resolve this without legal action, as my goal was to end the subscription promptly. The lack of alternative ways to contact customer care other than email was inconvenient, as I needed immediate assistance. I am eager to hear back from you about this issue.

I want to bring attention to a person named Greg Voss. He uses various email addresses and is active on numerous dating sites, not just in the US. On some sites like Match and Meetville, he uses his real information but also creates fake accounts. Greg Voss, a 40-year-old man with a 17-year-old daughter and a 23-year-old son, is a sex addict who frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps. He manipulates women by pretending to be sweet and romantic, sharing fake pictures, lying about his age, and then disappearing once he gets what he wants. He works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. His real contact number is [redacted], and some of his known emails include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], Ig voss942. He often uses burner email addresses as well.

I've been having continuous issues with my account. I can only view one suggested contact before being told no more are available. Over the past week, I haven't received any views, contacts, or any form of communication. Today, I can't even log in without receiving numerous error messages. Feeling frustrated, I tried Zoosk with the same profile and search criteria. Within a single morning, I received hundreds of messages and likes, showcasing a stark comparison to the lack of activity on your site. It seems impossible to seek assistance online when I can't even log in. I would like to cancel my account as I feel the service I paid for hasn't been delivered.

Hello, I have decided after three days that I no longer wish to continue using the dating site. I initially signed up out of curiosity and was unaware of the associated costs. I did not see a free option which I would have preferred to try first. After taking the personality test, I was prompted to subscribe. I was under the impression that the 6-month subscription cost would be £13.95, but I was surprised to see a bill of £83.70 after deciding to delete my account. The pricing was not clear during the sign-up process, and I do not feel comfortable paying this amount for a service I will not be using. I found the site unsatisfactory as I did not like the suggestions or people who contacted me. The site did not meet my expectations, and I feel misled by the pricing structure. Good evening, I recently upgraded to a premium membership, but I would like to cancel it as I'm not satisfied with the choices provided. The matches suggested to me do not match my criteria for an ideal partner, particularly someone with an athletic build and other qualities not covered on the site. Your website mentions having many singles aged 50+ with similar life experiences, but it's frustrating how widows are often assumed to be older. I'm in my 30s and lost my partner, so it's disappointing to see this assumption reinforced on your site. Help needed! My Elite Singles account has been hacked, and someone is using my picture and profile, even adding more pictures. I've come across numerous emails between this person and many men, asking for their email addresses. They claim to be from Lorraine, Ohio. I thought this site was secure, but this incident has me worried. I haven't deleted the account yet so you can see what's happening. I've started warning the men not to reply as it's not me and reported the issue. I'm concerned about this imposter potentially gaining sensitive information. I've attempted multiple times to register my account for invoicing after payment and to access my paid account. However, I keep encountering an error message prompting me to enter my house number in the address section. Even though I have input my address, the red flag error persists, preventing me from utilizing my account. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly so I can make use of my account. It's confusing why this error persists despite entering my address details.

I am unable to log in to elitesingles.com on my PC. Although I can access it on my cell phone, I prefer using my computer for larger picture visibility. I am frustrated as it feels like a scam. Despite being confident in my username and password, the login page seems to just cycle and then stop. I regret not researching more about the site before signing up. There is no phone number for emergencies or chat support available, which is disappointing. I would rate this experience as a "1." It is disheartening how many companies seem to deceive customers nowadays, leaving little room for honesty in the world.

I signed up for a dating site on either Jan 11th or 12, [redacted]. I made a payment using my visa ending in [redacted], authorizing $[redacted]. I recently found out that my personal information is being used on another dating site, Silver Singles, without my consent. A friend who uses Silver Singles provided evidence of this.
